<tb> Katodenverstärkers <SEP> parallel <SEP> schaltet, <SEP> so <SEP> d;"s;:

Während der Impulspausen fliesst u.a.

<SEP> now <SEP> oscillation of the oscillator is also possible. However, this circuit has the major disadvantage that it fails at higher oscillator frequencies. The practically achievable limit is 20 MHz, a <B> capacitance <which cannot be neglected / B> of the cathode amplifier is parallel to a cathode resistor, so that it loses its effect of dampening the circuit at higher frequencies, the oscillator then oscillates continuously and only changes its frequency with the tactile pulse,
The disadvantages of the known circuit arrangements are eliminated by the fact that, according to the invention, negative pulse pulses with steep flanks are fed to the cathode of an oscillator tube and are transmitted from the oscillator tube to a parallel resonance circuit with a large Z / C ratio, thereby placing the anode of the oscillator tube at one end is connected to a circular coil,
while the other end is fed to the control grid of the oscillator tube via a capacitively bridged voltage divider and the anode voltage for the oscillator tube is fed to the circular coil via an active resistor.
The circuit arrangement according to the invention allows perfect keying of the highest oscillator frequencies and also combines the following advantageous properties: 1, the oscillator is switched on with a positive edge and switched off with a negative edge of the key pulse, 2, the pulse duration and pulse sequence of the key pulse are not restricted .

<tb> and <SEP> the <SEP> resistance <SEP> 1c '<SEP> at <SEP> a <SEP> such <SEP> tap <SEP> of the coil 26 is placed that the damping of the oscillator circuit is small remains. The feedback occurs via the inner tube capacities of the oscillator tube 6 (capacity from anode to cathode and capacity from the control grid to cathode) and can be changed if necessary by connecting external capacities.
The voltage divider for setting the grid potential for the oscillator tube 6, consisting of the resistors 12, 8 and contains a capacitively bridged resistor B.
This resistor 8 is bridged with a capacitance 9 dimensioned in such a way that the feedback branch from the oscillator circuit to the control grid of the oscillator tube becomes frequency-independent and does not need to be changed when the frequency changes. During the pulse pauses, among other things,
a current from + U3 through resistor 11 and the two diode sections of tube 10 to + U2. The oscillator circuit is aperiodically damped by the conductive diode sections. The square-wave key pulse with the steep negative leading edge supplied by the interrupter 4 and partially transmitted by the oscillator tube 6 appears again as a negative pulse at the resistance 12, which immediately blocks the two diode sections in the tube l0.
so that the constant attenuation of the oscillator circuit by these diodes during the pulse duration is eliminated. At the same time, the steep flank triggers the oscillator circuit, so that the oscillator oscillation is initiated at the anode of the oscillator tube 6 with a negative half-wave and at the control grid of the oscillator tube with a positive half-wave according to the feedback conditions.
In the embodiment of the circuit according to the invention, the amplitude end value is already reached in the first half-wave of the oscillator oscillations, to which all subsequent oscillations are limited by the tube 10 (see FIG. 2c). The value to which the oscillator amplitude is limited results from the anode current of the oscillator tube 6, which generates a corresponding voltage drop across the resistor 12 and thus the two diode sections of the tube 10 biases negatively.
At the end of the test pulse, the oscillator tube 6 is blocked. The negative bias voltage of the two diodes stretch disappears with the anode current of the oscillator tube. The current from + U3 through resistor 11 and the diode lines to + U2 makes the diode lines conductive.
The oscillator circuit is damped aperiodically, so that the oscillator oscillations are suppressed in a fraction of a period and do not decay as a damped oscillation (FIG. 2c). The constant diode attenuation is therefore switched off automatically with the anode current of the oscillator tube during the Dai @ e- of the test pulse and on again at the end of the test pulse.
With the amplitude limitation by the diode sections it is achieved that the amplitude is constant for all oscillator oscillations and a gradual increase in amplitude according to the control grid time constant is prevented.
The diode delimitation creates a curve deformation which is definitely desirable as a time mark generator for the circuit example at hand. In order to obtain cleanly delimited time marks with a uniform line width, the cathode ray tube 20 must e.g. on the control grid of the interrupter 4 with a one-sided ver distorted, i.e. unilaterally flattened sine curve can be controlled.
This desired curve deformation is provided by an end tube 13 operated in a known C setting (FIG. 2d). Via a capacitively bridged ohmic voltage divider, consisting of the resistors 14 and 16, the capacitor 15 and the input capacitance (not shown) of the end tube 13, negative square pulses from the anode of the oscillator tube 6, on which the oscillator oscillations are superimposed, reach its control grid via a capacitively bridged ohmic voltage divider (Fig. 2c ).
The size of the capacitor 15 is selected so that the voltage divider is frequency-independent and square-wave pulses with a low pulse repetition frequency and long pulse duration can reach the control grid of the end tube 13 undistorted through it. For the same reason, the voltage divider between the end tube 13 and the cathode ray tube 20, consisting of the resistors 17 and 19, the capacitor 18 and the input capacitance of the cathode ray tube 20 not ge, is designed as a frequency-independent voltage divider.
So that the curve deformations achieved in the end tube 13 are retained, it is advantageous to keep the ohmic external resistance 21 sufficiently small because of the harmful capacitances. An external resistance is used to transmit the highest oscillator frequency to the control grid of the cathode ray tube 20
EMI0012.0009
-Circuit consisting of the inductance 22, the output capacitance (not shown) of the end tube 13 and the input capacitance of the cathode ray tube 20 (also not shown).
For the second highest oscillator frequency, the external resistance is a parallel resonance circuit, which is strongly damped by the ohmic resistor 21 and consists of the inductance 23 and the output capacitance of the tube 13 and the input capacitance of the tube 20. Both resonance circuits are tuned as far as possible to the 2nd harmonic of the respective oscillator frequency, to obtain the curve deformations achieved for the two highest oscillator frequencies.
It should also be mentioned that between the switch contacts 24 and 25 and the voltage + U2 a resistor combination can be switched instead of an oscillator circuit if the cathode ray tube 20 is only to be scanned brightly with the key pulses without time stamps.
