Gerät zum Reinigen von Fussböden. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Reinigen von Fussböden, welches durch eine praktische Vereinigung der hierzu nötigen Hilfsmittel die Ausführung der Reinigungs arbeiten an Fussböden viel müheloser und bequemer gestaltet, sowie rascher auszuführen ermöglicht.
Das Wesentliche dieser Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein Scheuertuchhalter mit einer Putzbürste bezw. einem Schrubber an einem gemeinsamen Stiel und einem an diesem an geordneten Schieber so angeordnet sind, dass durch Betätigen dieses letzteren entweder die Bürste, oder das Scheuertuch in die Arbeits lage gebracht werden kann, oder durch Drehen desselben ein Wickeln des Tuches um den Stiel bezw. Schieber und damit ein Auswin den des nassen Tuches erfolgt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solches Gerät nur in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, wobei die Fig. 1 und 3 Seitenansichten des selben in zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsstellun gen zeigen, während die Fig. 2 und 4 Drauf sichten davon veranschaulichen.
a bezeichnet dabei die Putzbürste bezw. den Schrubber, welche an einem am Vorder teil e des Gerätestiels gg angeordneten Bügel d um c drehbar gelagert ist. b ist ein am Bürstenholz befestigter Bügel, um dessen Vorderbogen b' das Scheuertuch h geschlun gen ist, dessen freie Enden mittelst einer Bindung<I>i,</I> il an dem auf dem Stiel<I>g</I> ange ordneten Schieber befestigt sind, der hier aus einem Rohr f besteht. Die auf der Dreh achse c der Bürste a angeordneten Federn cl suchen dieselbe immer so zu halten, dass sie wie nach Fig. 1 und 2 mit dem Rücken auf dem hierbei nach vorne gezogenen Scheuer tuch h aufliegt.
In dieser Arbeitslage des Werkzeuges kann mit diesem Tuch, je nach dem es mehr oder weniger nass gemacht, der Fussboden gewaschen oder feucht aufgewischt, oder abgetrocknet werden, wobei das Scheuer tuch durch das Bürstenholz gegen den Boden gedrückt wird. Durch Vor- oder Zurückstellen des Schiebers kann man die Längen des Scheuertuches regeln, mit welchen man mit demselben arbeiten will. Soll die Bürste a zur Anwendung kommen, so braucht man nur bei strichpunktierter Lage des Stiels g (Fig. 1) den Schieber f zurückzubewegen.
Dabei nimmt das Scheuer tuch<I>lt</I> seinen Haltebügel<I>b,</I> b1- mit zurück, wobei dieser letztere die Bürste bezw. den Schrubber a unter Spannung der Federn cl um ihre Achse e, in die aus Fig. 3 ersicht liche Arbeitslage dreht. In diese Lage wird das Scheuertuch ebenfalls gebracht, wenn es ausgewunden werden soll. Dazu braucht man dann nur das Rohr f einigemale nach der einen oder andern Richtung zu drehen, da hierbei das Tuch durch die Bindung i, il mitgenommen, stramm um den Vorderstiel e gewickelt wird, wobei ein kräftiges Auswin den des Tuches erfolgt.
Bei diesem Vorgang ermöglicht der Bogen b1 des Bügels b ein selbsttätiges Hereingleiten der beiderseits nach aussen zu liegenden Enden des Tuches an den Stiel e heran, um welchen dasselbe ge wickelt wird. Lässt man den Schieber jeweils wieder nach vorne, gehen, so bewirken die Federn<B>ei</B> selbsttätig ein Zurückbewegen von Bürste und Scheuertucb in die aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtliche Ruhelage.
Soll der Boden vor dem Schrubben erst entsprechend eingeseift werden, so kann dies ebenfalls mit Hilfe dieses Werkzeuges erfol gen, indem nach erfolgtem Netzen des Bodens mittelst des Tuches h, die Seife unter dieses (bei Stellung Fig. 1) gelegt und dann durch Hin- und Herbewegen des Werkzeuges auf den Boden aufgetragen wird.
Wird das Scheuertuch allenfalls für den Handgebrauch benötigt, so kann dasselbe nach Lösung der Bindung i leicht und schnell vom Halter b bezw. bi genommen werden.
Desgleichen ist auch die Lagerung der Bürste bezw. des Schrubbers a am Bügel d derart, dass dieselbe von jedermann ohne weiteres von demselben genommen und nöti genfalls durch eine andere ersetzt werden kann. Ebenso kann die in der Zeichnung angenommene Federanordnung durch eine anders gestaltete, oder durch geeignete Gummi züge ersetzt werden.

The essence of this invention is that a cloth holder with a cleaning brush BEZW. a scrubber on a common handle and a slide on this are arranged so that by pressing the latter either the brush or the abrasive cloth can be brought into the working position, or by rotating the same a winding of the cloth around the handle BEZW. Slide and thus the wet cloth is extracted.
In the drawing, such a device is shown in only one embodiment, FIGS. 1 and 3 side views of the same in two different Arbeitsstellun conditions, while FIGS. 2 and 4 illustrate top views thereof.

The springs cl arranged on the axis of rotation c of the brush a always try to hold the same in such a way that, as in FIGS. 1 and 2, it rests with its back on the scouring cloth h which is pulled forward.
In this working position of the tool, the floor can be washed or wiped with a damp cloth or dried with this cloth, depending on whether it is made more or less wet, the scouring cloth being pressed against the floor by the brush wood. By moving the slider forwards or backwards, you can regulate the length of the abrasive cloth that you want to work with. If the brush a is to be used, one only needs to move the slide f back when the handle g is in the dot-dash position (FIG. 1).
The scouring cloth <I> lt </I> takes its retaining bracket <I> b, </I> b1- back with it, with the latter holding the brush or the scrubber a under tension of the springs cl rotates around its axis e, in the working position apparent from Fig. 3 Liche. The abrasive cloth is also brought into this position when it is to be unwound. To do this, one only needs to turn the tube f a few times in one direction or the other, since the cloth is taken along by the binding i, il and wrapped tightly around the front handle e, whereby the cloth is vigorously rolled out.
During this process, the bow b1 of the bracket b allows the ends of the cloth to be located on both sides to the outside to the handle e, around which the same is wrapped. If the slide is allowed to move forwards again, the springs <B> ei </B> automatically move the brush and scrubbing pad back into the rest position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
If the floor is to be lathered with soap before scrubbing, this can also be done with the help of this tool by placing the soap under the cloth h after wetting the floor (at position FIG. 1) and then and moving the tool onto the ground.
If the abrasive cloth is needed for hand use at most, the same can be easily and quickly removed from the holder b and after loosening the binding i. be taken bi.
The same is also the storage of the brush BEZW. of the scrubber a on the bracket d in such a way that it can be easily taken from the same by anyone and, if necessary, replaced by another. Likewise, the spring arrangement assumed in the drawing can be replaced by a differently designed one or by suitable rubber trains.
