Dies entspricht xiem normalen Betriebszustand.
In.
Regulating switch for step transformers. The invention relates to a regulator switch for step transformers, which allows voltage regulation under load.
According to the invention, the contacts of the rows of contacts of at least two tap selectors are connected to the taps of the controllable winding in pairs, which are switched one after the other to .den contacts of the rows during voltage regulation and are connected to the load line via a load switch that alternates between the De-energizes the step selector with every switching step.
1, 2, 4 to 13 show the switching schemes of various embodiments of the regulating switch; Fig. 3 shows the diagram of the protective choke coil 511 of Fig. 2; 14 shows structural parts of the regulating switch in two different views; FIG. 15 shows a part of the switch gear near the plane X-X of FIG.
In the diagram of FIG. 1, a simple form of the regulating device is presented. The winding 1 of the transformer is divided into individual steps of the same voltage by the taps 11, 12, 13, the other transformer winding is omitted for the sake of simplicity. The contacts 111 to 113, 211 to 213 of the step selector 100, 200, which are indicated by sliding contacts for the sake of simplicity, are connected in pairs to the individual stages.
The stage selector 100 is connected to the contact 502 via a primary winding 507 of a transformer, the stage selector 200 via the other primary winding 508 to the contact 503 of the circuit breaker 500. The primary windings 507, 508 are applied to an iron core together with the secondary winding 509. The windings 507, 508 act magnetically in opposite directions on the iron core, in such a way that the fields generated by the through currents cancel each other out when the load current is evenly distributed over both windings. In this case there is practically no voltage drop in the windings.
This corresponds to the normal operating state. The transformer is with the winding end and Odem load switch 500 to the. Load circuit connected.
The load switch 500 and the step selector 100, 200 are expediently coupled to one another by means of a transmission, with such a mode of operation that inevitably first one step selector 100 is de-energized during voltage regulation and then switched to one step, then both step selectors connected in parallel are switched, then the other stage selector 200 is de-energized and adjusted to the voltage level of the first selector 100. Finally, both level selectors are switched in parallel again.
In order to reduce the equalizing current, which occurs during the bridging .the step selector connected temporarily to different voltage levels, resistors are switched on between the step selectors and the contacts of the load switch. This switch-on can be done either directly or indirectly. In the diagram of FIG. 1, the balancing resistor is switched on indirectly. The secondary winding 509 is connected to a balancing resistor <B> 510 </B>.
The resistance 510 and the transmission ratio between the windings 507 to 509 are dimensioned such that the compensating current does not exceed half the normal load current.
The switch operates at the following V # Teise: If, for example, the voltage is to be lowered by one level, the contact 502 is first de-energized by rotating the load switch 500. The step selector <B> 100 </B> is then moved on from the contact 111 to the contact 112.
Then, by turning the load switch further in the same direction of rotation, the contact 502 is reconnected to the contact 508, then by turning the contact 503 power is turned off and the step selector 200 is moved from the contact 211 to the contact 212 and finally by turning the load switch in the same sense, the contacts 502, 503 are bridged again and thereby the normal operating position is established. When the voltage increases, it is switched in the opposite sense.
Another embodiment in which the balancing resistor is switched directly into the load circuit is shown in FIG. 2. Here the load switch 500 has four contacts 501 to 504. The contacts 501, 502 are short-circuited with one another, the contacts 503, 504 through the Resistor 505 bridged, which is best made equal to the quotient of step voltage and normal load current. Otherwise, the device is the same as in Fig. 1. The same reference numerals are used for the one other corresponding parts.
The switching process is essentially the same, with the difference that the load switch 500, when the tap selector 100, 200 are connected to different voltage levels, -the resistor 505 switches between them. The direction of rotation of the load switch is indicated by an arrow.
The balancing resistor 505 can be dimensioned to be relatively weak since it only carries current for a short time. However, there is then the risk that it will be destroyed in the event of an external short circuit in the transformer. To eliminate this danger, a choke coil 511 is connected in parallel to the balancing resistor 505, the iron cross-section of which is appropriately dimensioned so small that its iron is saturated, with a terminal voltage that is equal to the voltage drop between the ends during operation the equalization resistor 505 corresponds.
The dependence of the voltage drop occurring between their terminals on the current flowing through them is shown in the diagram in FIG. Here, E is the voltage difference that temporarily occurs between the ends of the balancing resistor 505 during the regulation process during normal operation. At this voltage the iron in the choke coil is already saturated. The choke coil absorbs a comparatively small current J at this time.
If the voltage drop between the ends of the regulating resistor increases only slightly in the event of overload or short circuits, for example by the amount e, FIG. 3, then the inductor 511 withdraws by far the largest part of the load current from the balancing resistor 505. The current in the choke coil increases by the amount i. This protects the balancing resistor from overload.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the balancing resistor 505 of FIG. 2 is not switched directly into the circuit of the tap selector, but it is, similar to FIG. 1, electrically separated from it with the interposition of a transformer. The circuit diagram of such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 4.
In contrast to FIG. 2, the primary winding 508 of a transformer is inserted between the contacts 503, 504 of the circuit breaker, and the balancing resistor 510 is connected to the secondary winding 509 of the transformer. This has the advantage that the resistor can be brought to a low potential and is not connected to the full operating voltage.
It can therefore be conveniently attached outside the transformer oil or outside the transformer container without the need for expensive bushings that are insulated for high voltages. If a short circuit occurs in the switched-on state of the resistor, which strongly heats the resistor, at least the heat generated by the resistor is kept away from the transformer oil. If the resistance should be destroyed, it can, as it is attached outside the container, be replaced in whole or in part.
Another advantage is that if the iron cross-section of the transformer, in whose secondary circuit it is switched on, is correctly dimensioned, the resistance can be conveniently protected against overcurrents such as those that occur in short circuits. The iron core of the transformer is expediently dimensioned in such a way that it is already saturated with the current that normally occurs. When short-circuit currents occur, the secondary terminal voltage increases only slightly. The protective effect can be increased by using special spreading devices.
Since the balancing resistor has to destroy relatively large amounts of power, it is quite expensive. For certain Betriebsver ratios, however, it can be advantageous if devices for reducing the equalizing currents are attached not only in the branch of one tap selector, but in the branches of both tap changers.
In order to be able to manage with a single resistor in this case, the secondary side, similar to FIG. 1, is used. Winding 509, Fig. 5, with the balancing resistor 510 connected transformer with two primary windings 507, 508 ver see the selector 100, 200 between the main contacts 502, 503 and the pre-contacts 501, 504 of the load switch 500 in a branch of the stages be switched on.
If a circuit is connected to the adjustable winding of the transformer that can both consume and generate energy, it is advisable to either distribute the equalizing resistance evenly over both circuits of the tap selector, or to design the regulating arrangement so that the equalizing resistances depend on the Direction of the energy flow in one or the other iStromzweig! The stage selector can be switched on ..
To explain the effect in more detail, the arrangement according to FIG. 2 is shown again in FIGS. 6 and 7, in FIG. 6 with a power distribution,. Which corresponds to a power consumption in the connected line, in FIG. 7 with a power distribution which corresponds to a power generation in, the connected line.
If the connected electrical machine 9, Fig. 6, acts as a motor, and the step selector 100, 200 have the position shown, so if they are connected to different voltage levels, the load current has the course indicated by the solid arrows 600 . The course of the equalizing current is marked by the slightly solid arrows 700.
The load current is divided into two branches, one part goes from winding 1 via contact 112, step selector 100, contact 501, load switch 500 to motor 9, the other part from winding 1 via; the contact 213, the tap selector 200, the balancing resistor 505, the contact 504, the load switch 500 also to the motor 9.
The direct current generated by the voltage between the taps 12, 13 and held by the resistor 505 about half the load current closes from the contact 112 through the tap selector 100. the contact 501, the Load switch 500, the contact 504. the balancing resistor 505, the step selector 200 and the contact 213.
As shown in FIG. 6, only the difference between one part of the load current and the equalizing current occurs both on contact 504 and on equalizing resistor 505. The contact and the resistance are therefore only slightly stressed. If the load switch 500 leaves the contact 504 during the rotation after the contact 501, there is therefore no risk of the contact 504 being destroyed.
The situation is different when the electrical machine 9 operates as a power generator. This case is shown in FIG. The switching position is the same as in FIG. 6. The compensating current 700 also has the same direction; on the other hand, the load current 600 is directed the other way round. This has the disadvantage that a significantly higher current, namely the sum of part of the load current and the compensating current, now occurs at the switching contact 504 and in the resistor 505. These parts would therefore have to be built to be more resistant.
Since the resistor 505 has to temporarily destroy a relatively large amount of power and is therefore quite expensive, this stronger dimensioning of the resistor would result in considerable costs.
According to the invention, this difficulty is eliminated by the fact that the equalizing resistor does not always remain switched on between the one pair of contacts 503, 504 of the circuit breaker 500, as in FIGS. 6 and 7, but that a special switching device is provided which alternates between the contacts of the two pairs 501 and 502, 503 and 504 switch on the balancing resistor or alternately short-circuit the balancing resistors switched on between the contacts of the pairs.
Such switching devices are shown in FIGS. 8 to 10. In. Fig. 8 is between the pair of contacts 501, 502 of the resistor 5052 with the short-circuit device 5053, between the pair of contacts 503, 504 of the counter was 5051 with the short-circuit device 5054 switched on. With load ratios according to FIG. 6, resistor 5052, with load ratios according to FIG. 7, resistor 5051 is bridged by the corresponding switch.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 9, the balancing resistor 505 with the choke coil 511 connected in parallel is switched on by the switches 5056, 5057 alternately between the contact pairs <B> 501 </B> and 502, 503 and 504, the other contact pair each via the Head 5055 shorted to wind.
In FIG. 10, the balancing resistor 510 is again indirectly switched into the load current branches. It is connected to the secondary winding 509 of a transformer, whose primary windings 507, 508 alternately between the contact pairs of the load switch 500 through the switches 5072, 5082 -Eirr @ b @ -esaha-1'Ee wer en konn @ erda @ -au = their contact pairs each through a conductor 5071 respectively. 5081 is short-circuited.
Also in the embodiments according to FIGS. 9 and 10, the balancing resistance is in the circuit of the: step selector 200 with loading ratios according to FIG. 6, in the circuit of the step selector 100 with load ratios according to FIG. 7.
The switching of the resistance he follows when the flow of energy in the transformer winding 1 changes direction. Switching can be done manually. But you can also have the switching device monitored by a current or energy relay. that makes this switch automatically. The switchover allows the equalization resistance to be switched on in that branch of the load switch in which the difference between equalizing and load current occurs. The resistance can therefore be dimensioned to be correspondingly weaker.
A further relief of the contacts of the load switch 500 can be brought about by using two parallel-connected, synchronously operating load switches, which are connected to the load line for the purpose of splitting the switching power via a compensating choke. Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 11. Here, the load switches 5001, 5002, which correspond in detail to the embodiment of FIG. 2, are switched parallel to each other and are placed on a common shaft. The load switch 5001 is connected to one end 5005, the load switch 5002 to the other end 5006 of the choke coil 5004, the middle 5007 of which is connected to the load line 5003.
If more than two load switches are to be switched in parallel to each other, a combination of choke coils can easily distribute the switching power evenly across the individual switches. If, for example, four load switches are to work in parallel, the arrangement is according to -Fig, _ 11 ._zn __ @@ xdnppelny_Ilie @ P-itnngen_5OQ @ are not connected directly to the load line, but just like the load switches 5001 and 5002 via another Choke coil, the center of which is connected to the load line.
In order to enlarge the regulation range of the transformer without making a finely graded subdivision of the entire transformer windings necessary, in addition to the finely subdivided winding, a coarse step winding consisting of at least one step is used. The voltage of a coarse stage is made at least approximately equal to the voltage of the sum of the finely divided winding stages. As for the fine stage winding, two stage selectors are provided for the coarse stage winding, the contacts of which are connected in pairs to the taps of the coarse stage winding.
The coarse stage selectors are connected to the fine stage winding.
In order to be able to manage with a relatively small number of stages, according to a special embodiment of the invention, the regulating arrangement is equipped in such a way that it provides both a series and a counter-circuit of the regulatable winding parts. For this purpose, the beginning and the end of the fine step winding are each connected to a contact of a reversing switch connected to the coarse step winding. You can go further and you can also connect the beginning and the end of the coarse winding to a contact of a reversing switch connected to another winding.
In order to prevent voltage jumps when the finely adjustable winding is connected in the opposite direction, a replacement winding is provided that supplies a voltage corresponding to the total number of steps of the finely divided winding, with the end contacts - the step selector of this winding is connected and through an intermediate switch at the transition from the series connection to the counter connection a step selector of the coarsely subdivided 1wiclkIä; ILeu -will. The - Schetna of such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 12.
1 is the finely subdivided winding with the taps 11 to 19, 2 the winding which is subdivided in coarse steps with the taps 21 to 29. 3 is a non-adjustable winding. 4 is the Ersatzwicklunb, which is switched on at the transition from the series to the counter circuit.
The taps 12 to 18 of the finely divided winding are connected to the contacts 112 to 118 of the step selector 100 and to the contacts 212 to 218 of the 200 step selector. The tapping points 21 to 28 of the coarse step winding are connected to the contacts 321 to 328 of the step selector 300 and to the contacts 421 to 427 of the step selector 400.
The level selector 100 is connected to the short-circuited contacts 501, 502, the level selector 200 to the contacts 503 and 504 of the circuit breaker 500 connected through the resistor 505 and the inductor 511.
The end contact 119 of the step selector 100 is connected together with the end contact 219 of the step selector 200 to the end 41 of the replacement winding and to the contact 51 of the intermediate switch 5. The start 42 of this winding is connected to the other contact 52 of this switch.
The beginning 19 of the finely divided winding 1 is connected to the contact 61, and the end 11 of this winding is connected to the contact 62 of the reversing switch 6. The intermediate switch 5 is connected to the step selector 400, the reversing switch 6 to the step selector 300 .. The contact 321 of the step selector 300, which is connected to the winding end 21 of the coarsely divided winding 2, is at the contact 72, the beginning 28 of this winding is connected to the contact 71 of the reversing switch 7. The reversing switch itself is connected to the non-regulable winding 3 and to the contact 428 of the step selector 400.
The switching sector of the 'load switch 500 is duroh-oirc - 14la @ te @erkreu @ be @ i-iebe - mitwdc @ n- Trieb 120 and the eight-pointed Maltese cross 121 niit, the step selector 100, also by Ida's Malteserkreuzgetrxebe with the drive 220 and the holding cross 221 coupled with the step selector 200.
The step selector 100 is connected to the drive 310 by the Maltese cross gear, the Maltese cross 311 to the step selector 300, the step selector 200 through: the Maltese cross gear to the drive 410 and the cross 411 to the step selector 400. On the shaft of the step selector 300 sits the drive 312 of a further Maltese cross gear, the cross 313 of which is coupled with the reversing switches 6 and 7. Likewise, the drive 412, whose cross 413 is connected to the intermediate switch 5, sits on the shaft of the step selector 400.
The regulating device works as follows: If the voltage of the transformer is to be gradually downregulated from a maximum value;] the load switch 500 is turned in the sense indicated by the arrow. As soon as its switching sector has left contact 502 through the Maltese cross gear 120, 121 of the Stu fenwähler 100 from the contact 112 to the contact 113, so switched back by one level. The step selector 200 remains on the contact 212 until the switching sector, the contacts 504, 501 bridged.
Expediently, as in. Fig. 2, the opponent was 505 such that the quotient of the voltage of a stage of the finely divided winding 1 and the resistor 505 is equal to half the normal load current.
As soon as the switching sector of the load switch 500 leaves the contact 504, the step selector 200 is switched to the contact 213, that is to the same voltage level: the step selector 100, via the Maltese cross gear 220, 221. This process is repeated with continued rotation of the load switch 500 until the step selector 100 has reached the contact 119 and the step selector 200 has reached the contact 219.
If the switching sector of the load switch 500 leaves the contact 502 again, the step selector 100 is rotated further from the contact 119 to the contact 112, but at the same time the step selector 800 is rotated from the contact 321 to the contact 322 via the Maltese cross-frieze 810, 311 The beginning 19 of the finely divided winding 1 is therefore switched from the tap 21 of the coarsely subdivided winding 2 to the next lower tap 22.
During this switching process, the entire load current flows only through the step selector 200, the contact 219, the contact 51 of the step selector 5 and the contact 421 of the step selector 400 to the tap 21 of the coarsely divided winding. The entire finely divided winding is de-energized at this moment, so it can easily be switched over in the manner indicated.
If the load switch 500 now leaves the contact 504 with further rotations, the step selector 200 is switched from the contact 219 to the contact 212 in the de-energized state, but at the same time also via the Geneva drive 410, .111, the step selector 400 from the Contact 421 to contact 422. The entire load current is taken from the step selector 100, the finely divided winding 1: the contact 61 of the reversing switch 6, the contact 822 of the step selector 300 and the tap 22 from the coarsely divided winding 2 .
From now on, the switching process is repeated again as before, until the entire finely divided winding 1 is switched through. Then again the level selector 800 and 400 of the coarsely sub-divided winding 2 are successively advanced by one contact u. ff., until these voters are reached on the end contacts 828 and 428.
From now on the counter-switching of the winding stages begins. If the load switch 500 now leaves the contact 502 again, the tap selector 100 is switched from the contact 119 to the contact 112, while the tap selector 300 is from the contact 328 to the contact 321 Furthermore, the reversing switch 6 from the con tact 61 to the contact 62 and the reversing switch 7 from the Kontaht 71 to the con tact 72 are switched via the Maltese cross gear 312, 313.
The entire load current flows through the contact 219 of the step selector 200, the contact 51 of the intermediate switch 5 and the contact 428 of the step selector 400 to the non-adjustable winding B. So in this moment the finely graduated and the coarsely divided winding is currentless the polarity can be reversed without further ado. After this switching process is no longer the beginning 19, but the end 11 of the finely divided winding 1 to the step selector <B> 300 </B> and no longer the beginning 28, but the end 21 of the coarsely divided winding 2 to the non-adjustable winding 3 connected.
If the step selector 200 is de-energized when leaving the contact 504. of the load switch 500, it is switched from the contact 219 to the contact 212, but at the same time also the step selector 400 from the contact 428 to the contact 421, furthermore via the Geneva cross gear 412 , 418 the intermediate switch 5 is switched from the contact 51 to the contact 52. Da = by between the end contacts 119 and 219 of the level selector 100 and 200 and the level selector 400, the replacement winding 4 is switched on.
The voltage of this winding is just as great as the total voltage of the finely subdivided winding 1 and, like this, is connected against the winding 3 which is not subdivided. The substitute winding 4 is normally de-energized and only takes over the load current instead of the finely divided winding when the step selector <B> 100, </B> 200 has passed through the contact rows at the end contacts 119, <B> 219 Have arrived to switch. of the finely divided winding 1.
from one to the other stage of the coarsely subdivided winding 2 - in the "no current Z - state: The switches and selectors work in the same way as in the case of the series connection - and the coarsely subdivided winding is de-energized.
In the next switching step, the voltage level between the taps 11, 13 of the finely divided winding, then the voltage level between. -the at taps 11, 13 of the winding 3 wired against, etc., until the tap 18 it is enough.
Then instead of the finely divided winding, the replacement winding 4 is switched in the opposite direction. Then instead of the replacement winding 4, the first stage between the taps 21, 22 of the coarsely subdivided winding and the first stage between the taps 11, 12 of the finely subdivided winding of the winding 3 are switched against, etc., until the tap 18 is reached again.
From here on, the process is repeated in such a way that, as soon as the finely divided winding is regulated by, it is replaced by the replacement winding 4, then a new voltage step is added to the coarsely divided winding.
When the voltage increases, the load switch 500 is rotated in the opposite direction to the arrow and reverse the switching sequence described.
Another embodiment: the regulating arrangement with coarsely and finely divided winding is shown in FIG. 13. It offers the advantage that a fine stage can be saved and the exciter winding belonging to the fine stages only requires half the copper expenditure of the exciter winding according to FIG. Here the beginning 11 of the finely divided winding 1 is connected to one coarse step selector 300, the end 18 of this winding is connected to the other coarse step selector 400 and the finely stepped winding 1 is divided into two parts yes, - 1b,
iwhich are electrically separated from each other. The subdivision ez @ olgt-en-t = connection of two levels or, even better, by removing one, appropriately the middle level. Normally, at most one half, i.e. either 1 a or 1 b, of the fine step winding carries current; the associated excitation winding can therefore be dimensioned much weaker than in the execution according to FIG. 2, in which the load current flows through the entire fine step winding in certain switching positions.
The voltage of the total number of steps - the fine step winding 1 is one step less than the voltage of a coarse step.
The regulating switch works in the same way as that of FIG. 2 until the step selectors 100, 200 have reached the tap 14. As long as the stage selectors 100, 200 are connected to the contact pairs 11 to 14, the coarse stage selector 300, as soon as they are connected to the contact pairs 15 to 17, the coarse stage selector 400 carries the load current. An abnormal voltage jump during the transition from stage 14 to stage 15 does not take place, since the potential difference between these stages is equal to that of a fine stage.
From the end position, where the level selector 100, 200 are on the pair of contacts 1 7, after turning off the selector 100, the selector 300 is first switched to the con tact 22, then the voter 100 to the con tact 11. After the selector 100 has been switched on and the selector 200 has been de-energized, it is connected downstream to the contact 11. Now the winding part 15 to 18 of the fine-stage winding is de-energized and the coarse stage selector 400 can be moved from the contact 22 to the contact 23.
From now on, the voltage is regulated, as before, by disconnecting the power and continuing to scold the step selector 100 and 200 until the last switching step 17 is reached again. Then who will switch the coarse level selector again, etc.
In order to prevent the occurrence of thrust forces when switching off individual winding stages, the two parts yes, 1b of the finely divided winding 1 are magnetically well linked with one another, for example by placing a coil between each two coils - one part yes which part 1b arranges.
The tapping points 14, 15 can be bridged by a high ohmic resistance or the like in order to prevent electrostatic charging of individual winding parts.
14 and 15, a more constructive version of the switch gear is shown. The electrical connection of the individual switch parts is omitted here.
The moving part of the circuit breaker 500 is set in rotation by means of the bevel gear 513. 502, 503 are the switch contacts according to FIG. The contacts 501, 504 are covered. Parts' a.00 to 504 are stored on a container wall of the transformer by means of insulators. The switch 500 is used to couple the disk 512 to the pins <B> 1220, </B> 220. The pin 120 works with the Maltese cross 121, the pin 220 with the Maltese cross 221.
The Maltese cross 121 is connected to the brush 223 and the slip ring 22.1 of the step selector 200 by means of the shaft 122, as is the Maltese cross 221 by means of the hollow shaft 222 to the brush 123 and the slip ring 124 of the step selector 100. Of the contacts of the step selector arranged in a circle only two diametrically opposite contacts 11, 116 and 212, 216 are shown. About: these contacts slide when regulating the brushes 123 respectively. 223 away.
The currents are taken from the slip rings 124, 224 by means of the brushes 125, 225 and fed to the contacts 501 to 5.04 of the switch 500. All con tacts and brushes are isolated, arranged; For example, they sit on insulating sleeves, only slip ring 124 and brush 123, and slip ring 224 and brush 223 are conductively connected to one another.
As soon as the load switch is set in motion by the gearbox 513, the Maltese crosses are alternately switched by one point with each revolution of the disk 512 by the pins 120, 220, which are offset from one another and are attached to opposite sides of the disk 512.
The angle enclosed by the adjacent teeth of a Malesian cross is equal to the angle at which the individual tapping contacts, for example 112, are offset from one another: The drive shaft of the bevel gear 513 is driven by means of a shaft led out through the container wall of the transformer.
