Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     neuen        chromhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den durch     aufeina.nderfolgendes        Chro-          mieren    mit     Alkalichromit    und     Nitrosieren     erhältlichen chromhaltigen Farbstoff aus       dia.zotierter    1-     Amino    - 2 -     oxynaphthalin    -     4-          4ulfosäure    und     a-N     <RTI  

   ID="0001.0016">   aphthol    mit reduzierend  wirkenden Mitteln behandelt. Das neue  Produkt stellt ein schwarzblaues Pulver dar,  welches sich in Wasser ziemlich leicht. mit  grünblauer, in Natronlauge mit rein blauer  Farbe löst und Wolle und Seide in stahl  blauen Tönen von vorzüglichen Echtheits  eigenschaften färbt.  



       Beispiel     Der aus     3,9,4    Teilen des     Azofarbstoffes     aus     diazotierter        1-Amino-2-oxyna.phthalin-          4-sulfos5,

  ure    und     a-Naphthol    durch     aufein-          anderfolgendes        Chromieren    mit     Alkalichromit     und     Z'itrosieren    erhaltene     Farbstoff        -wird    in    500 Teilen -Wasser und 25 Teilen Natron  lauge von 36       B6    gelöst und bei 40   mit  36 Teilen kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium  versetzt. Hierauf wird langsam aufgewärmt.  wobei die rotblaue Farbe der Lösung nach       reinblau    umschlägt.

   Man rührt noch längere  Zeit unter vorsichtigem Erwärmen bis zum  Verschwinden der     Schwefelnatriumreaktion     Nach dem Neutralisieren mit     Essigsäure     wird dann der Farbstoff bei 60       ausgesalzen,          abfiltriert,        gepresst    und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH:" Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den durch aufeinander folgendes Chromieren mit Alkalichromit und Nitrosieren erhältlichen chromhaltigen Farb stoff ans diazotierter 1-Amino-2-osynaphtha- lin-4-sulfosäure und a-Naphthol mit reduzie rend wirkenden Mitteln behandelt.
