Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 127260.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man das     3-IyIethyl-          5-pyrazolon    mit dem     diazotierten    Farbstoff  aus     diazotiertem        a-Naphthylamin    und     a-Naph-          thylamin    kuppelt. Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt  ein schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich mit  oranger Farbe in verschiedenen organischen  Lösungsmitteln löst.

   Er ist zum Färben von  Lacken sehr gut geeignet und färbt diese  Erzeugnisse in rotbraunen Tönen von vor  züglicher Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine wie üblich hergestellte     Diazolösung     von 29,7 Teilen des Farbstoffes aus     diazo-          tiertem        a-Naphthylamin    und     a-Naphthylamin     wird in eine mit 30 Teilen kristallisiertem       Natriumacetat    versetzte Lösung von 10 Teilen         3-klethyl-55-pyrazolon    eingegossen. Der sofort  ausfallende Farbstoff wird alsdann     filtriert     und gegebenenfalls getrocknet.

   It is very suitable for coloring lacquers and colors these products in red-brown shades of excellent lightfastness.



  <I> Example: </I> A conventionally prepared diazo solution of 29.7 parts of the dye from diazo-tated a-naphthylamine and a-naphthylamine is mixed with 30 parts of crystallized sodium acetate solution of 10 parts of 3-klethyl-55 -pyrazolone poured. The dye which precipitates out immediately is then filtered and, if necessary, dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das 3-1Vlethyl-5-pyrazolon mit dem diazo- tierten Farbstoff aus diazotiertem a-Naphthyl- amin und a-Naphthylamin kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich mit oranger Farbe in verschie denen organischen Lösungsmitteln löst. Er ist zum Färben von Lacken sehr gut geeig net und färbt diese Erzeugnisse in rotbraunen Tönen von vorzüglicher Lichtechtheit.
