Band zum Spannen des auf den leisten gebrachten Oberteils von Schuhwerk. Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin dung bildet ein Band zum Spannen des auf den Leisten gebrachten Oberteils von Schuh werk. Wie in der schweizerischen Patent schrift Nr. 126178 erwähnt ist, hat ein sol ches Band den Zweck, den Zwickrand des Oberteils zu ersetzen, und kann zum Bei spiel an den Rand des Schaftes angesteppt werden. Gemäss Erfindung besitzt das Band an einer Längskante eine lose eingelegte Zugschnur, mittelst welcher der Schaft über den Leisten eingebunden werden kann. Die lose eingelegte Zugschnur kann in Schlaufen lose eingelegt sein; die Schlaufen der Zug schnur können auch aus dem Bande hervor ragen.
Auf der anliegenden Zeichnung sind meh rere Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Band an einem Schaft angesteppt; Fig. 2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines ersten Beispiels des Bandes; Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie III-111 von Fig. 2; Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen je eine andere Aus führungsform des Bandes; Fig. 6 schliesslich zeigt den Querschnitt durch ein Band mit gegabelter Fusskante.
In Fig. 1 ist das Band mit a bezeichnet; dieses Band ist an den punktiert gezeich neten Schaft b angesteppt. In eine Längs kante des Bandes ist eine Zugschnur c lose eingelegt. Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen dieses Band in Seitenansicht und im Querschnitt.
Um beim Einbinden des Oberteils über den Leisten mittelst der Zugschnur c ein bequemes Angriffsende zu erhalten, sind in der Zugschnur c gemäss Fig. 4 Schlaufen gebildet, so dass beim Ziehen an den Zug schnurenden ein genügend langes Stück aus dem Bande hervorgezogen werden kann. Um das Herausholen der Zugschnur aus dem Bande zu erleichtern, kann die Zugschnur mit Schlaufen so eingelegt sein, dass, wie dies Fig. 5 zeigt, die Schlaufen c' aus der gante des Bandes hervorragen.
Um das Ansteppen des Bandes a an den Rand des Oberteils b zu erleichtern, kann gemäss Fig. 6 die Fusskante des Bandes a in zwei Schenkel a' gegabelt werden, so dass beim Ansteppen der Oberteilrand b in die Gabelung eingeschoben werden kann.

In Fig. 1 the band is denoted by a; this tape is stitched to the dotted designated shaft b. A pull cord c is loosely inserted into a longitudinal edge of the tape. Figs. 2 and 3 show this band in side view and in cross section.
4 loops are formed in the pull cord c as shown in FIG. 4 so that a sufficiently long piece can be pulled out of the band when the upper part is tied over the strips by means of the pull cord c. In order to facilitate the extraction of the pull cord from the band, the pull cord with loops can be inserted in such a way that, as FIG. 5 shows, the loops c 'protrude from the gante of the band.
In order to facilitate the stitching of the tape a to the edge of the upper part b, the foot edge of the tape a can be forked into two legs a 'according to FIG. 6, so that the upper part edge b can be pushed into the fork when stitching.
