Description

  

  Halter für     Kollektorbürsten.       Bei     gekühlten        Babnmotoren    zum Beispiel  ist das Bedürfnis vorhanden, den Halter für  die     Kollektorbürsten    in einem Gehäuse ein  zuschliessen zum Schutz gegen zerstörende       Anfressung    der Bürstenflanke durch mit dem  Lüftungsstrom in den     3,1otor    eintretenden  <B>o</B>     "t   <B>g</B>       aub    oder Sand.    Die vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    eine  besonders einfache Konstruktion eines solchen  Halters mit Gehäuse.  



  Nach beiliegender Zeichnung, die ein     Aus-          führungsbeispiel    des     Erfindungsgegenstandes     im Schnitt darstellt, weist der Halter einen  Kistenunterteil 1 auf mit einer     Parallelfüh-          rung        '.>    für die Bürste 3.

   Der     ,Kastenteil    1  wird an einem Maschinenteil (nicht gezeichnet)       befestigt.    Im Kastenunterteil 1 ist ferner  eine an sich     bekannte    Vorrichtung, bestehend       aus    einer Klappe 4 und einer an der letzteren  angreifenden Zugfeder 5 für den automa  tischen Ausgleich der Abnützung der     Kollek-          toroberfläche    6 einerseits und der Bürste 3 auf  dem     Köllektor    anderseits, angeordnet.

      Der Kastenoberteil besteht aus einer     halb-          zylinderförmigen    Kappe 7, zum Beispiel aus  Blech oder gepresstem     Isolierstoff.    Die Kappe  7 ist in der Zylinderachse bei 8 am Unter  teil 1 drehbar gelagert und wird mittelst  des Riegels 9 in der Schliesslage     (Fig.    1)  gehalten. Zum Entfernen und Wiedereinsetzen  der     Kollektorbürsten    wird die Kappe 7 nach  Lösen des Riegels 9 unter den Unterteil 1       geschwenkt    und die Bürstenklappe 4 zurück  gestellt     (Fig.    2).

  According to the accompanying drawing, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in section, the holder has a box base 1 with a parallel guide for the brush 3.

   The box part 1 is attached to a machine part (not shown). In the lower part of the box 1 there is also a known device consisting of a flap 4 and a tension spring 5 acting on the latter for the automatic compensation of the wear of the collector surface 6 on the one hand and the brush 3 on the collector surface on the other.

      The upper part of the box consists of a semi-cylindrical cap 7, for example made of sheet metal or pressed insulating material. The cap 7 is rotatably mounted in the cylinder axis at 8 on the lower part 1 and is held in the closed position (FIG. 1) by means of the bolt 9. To remove and reinsert the collector brushes, the cap 7 is pivoted under the lower part 1 after loosening the latch 9 and the brush flap 4 is set back (FIG. 2).

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Holder for collector brushes, characterized in that the same is enclosed in a two-part, hinged box. SUBCLAIM: Holder according to claim, characterized in that the foldable box is part of a semi-cylindrical cap that can be pivoted under the other box part.
