Die Fig. 1 und 2 sind beispielsweise Schaubilder zur Erläuterung der Wirkungs- weise des Erfindungsgegenstandes; die Fig. 3 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines einfachen Kapselwerkes laut Erfindung im Querschnitt; Fig. 4 ist ein Aehsialschnitt durch das Kapselwerk gemäss Fig. 3, wobei auf gemeinsamer Welle zwei um 180 ver setzte Kolben angeordnet sind; Fig. 5 gibt einen Teil des Querschnittes in Fig. 3 in grösserem Massstabe wieder;
In rig.

Capsule system for pumping liquids and gases, as well as for the transmission and generation of forces with respectively. from liquids and gases. The invention relates to a capsule plant with at least one piston, in which the piston is shaped such that the conveyance effected by it BEZW. its swallowing during such half a revolution of the same, during which its power increases from a minimum value to a maximum value:, runs as a function of the angle of rotation according to a point-symmetrical curve with respect to the point corresponding to the central abscissa.
In addition, the design of the capsule system can be such that only one machine part separating the underpressure side from the overpressure side of the machine is required for each piston and that the piston is shaped even further so that it automatically controls the machine during its rotation controls. Finally, the friction in the capsule system can be reduced to a minimum through a special design and storage of certain parts of the capsule system.
FIGS. 1 and 2 are, for example, diagrams to explain the mode of operation of the subject matter of the invention; 3 shows an embodiment of a simple capsule system according to the invention in cross section; FIG. 4 is an axial section through the capsule structure according to FIG. 3, two pistons set by 180 being arranged on a common shaft; FIG. 5 shows part of the cross section in FIG. 3 on a larger scale;
Fig. 6 is an example of a single representation of the piston seated on ge common shaft.
In order to explain the action of the capsule system, only a cross-section is considered below, since in the case of the cylindrical configuration of the capsule system, the change in the spaces is proportional to the change in their cross-sectional areas.
The following explains how a capsule mechanism can be built whose rotary piston is shaped in such a way that during such half a revolution of the same, during which its output increases from a minimum value to a maximum value, its output curve, recorded as a function of the angle of rotation, is point-symmetrical in with respect to the curve point corresponding to the central abscissa. In rig. 1 shows the sight line, for example, for the promotion of such a rotary piston. This line differs from the performance curves of the known rotary pistons in that
that is, the same point symmetry with respect to the curve point corresponding to the central abscissa 90 with the ordinate

exists, that is, a curve perforated symmetrically to one branch half is symmetrical to the other branch half.
The shape of the curve is: apart from the described symmetry condition, <B> 0 </B> valid for calibration. This means that there are infinitely <B> Z '</B> many piston shapes that meet the given conditions.
The shape of the piston quadrant corresponding to curve part III or IV (FIG.?) Can therefore be selected arbitrarily - ground. The shape of the diametrically opposed piston quadrant can then be determined point-by-point on a rec.irrisehem '\\ Tege.
An arrangement with a circular cylindrical housing 1 and a piston deviating from the circular cross-sectional shape is selected here as an example, the slide 3 protruding from the outside into the housing.
The rotatable about the zen tral axis 6 piston 2) is in your a quarter turn corresponding TeilIII between 7 and 8 lrezw. the symmetrical part III 'between 7 and 8' Lueis-shaped and closes in. Punlde 7 sealingly on the housing wall.
To anticipate, however, it should be noted here that the piston is actually still shaped in this way. is that a part of its circumference, which is symmetrical on both sides around point 7 (approximately <B> 0 ', </B>, depending on the assumption), the housing bore is shaped the same (part C-D in Fig. 3),
so that the piston slides on the housing wall lids_rnd with as large an area as possible during the revolution and on the other hand it fits in its power zero position (if

The diametrically opposite slider length <B> X </B> "results from the condition that both together should always displace the amount V max corresponding to the full circular ring area.
Accordingly, @c (P @ - [R-A "'@ 2), from which equation _-1" can be calculated as the only unknown quantity for each A', so that the symmetrical circumferential pieces IV and IV fig. \ 3 ') can easily be determined point by point.
For the assumption made that the piston peripheral parts III and III 'are circular arcs, the result for the entire piston is a heart shape that is slightly indented at 9. If two or more such pistons are arranged offset from one another by <B> 180 '</B> on a shaft, then, as shown in FIG. 1, they together give a constant performance. The performance curve of a second piston offset by <B> 180 '</B> compared to the first piston and the sum of the performances of both pistons are shown in FIG. 1 indicated by dash-dotted lines.
The target slide 3 is replaced by a shovel 10 according to FIGS. 3 and 4. 4 shows two pistons 2 'and 2 "offset by 180 on a common shaft. The blades are located in an easily accessible and exchangeable housing part 11 inserted into the main housing 1 from above. which is fastened by a cover 12 in the main housing 1. The shaft 13 is mounted in this housing part 11 in such a way that the blades can be easily rotated about the same, each blade has two arms.
While one arm 14 slides with its outermost edge during the entire revolution on the piston, the second arm 15 is provided at its end with a wall-like arc segment 16, which slides lidend during the blade movement on the blade housing and to improve the eyelid with Labyrinth channels 16 'equipped; is. As Fig. 3 shows, the entire blade is exposed to the fluid pressure while the machine is in operation; both arms are burdened by this pressure.
Therefore, only that fluid pressure comes into effect which is given by the difference between the pressure on one arm 14 and on the other arm 15. Taking into account the torques occurring during the weighing of the blade and the piston, the two blade arms must therefore also be calculated precisely.
From the difference between the largest of the blade: the torque given by the piston 2, which acts as a cam, and the torque exerted by the fluid on the blade, the surface area with which the blade slides open (cn piston) follows.
In this case, this surface pressure can be calculated just like a; it can be precisely adapted to any need. In the case of small machines that are running slowly, the blade can be replaced by a resilient lamella fastened in cylinder 1.
The same type of ligation as with segment 16 of the blade is between piston 2 and. Cylinder 1 @claclu: It is possible that the piston, as already mentioned at the beginning, is shaped like the cylinder with a larger segment C'-D (Fig. 3). This piston segment is also provided with labyrinth channels (Fig. 3).
The same thing happens with the piston side walls, wühei: the piston is positioned in the cylinder in such a way that its boundary surfaces are only as close as possible to the surrounding surfaces without them being able to touch them, even under the greatest possible fluid pressure.
In this case, too, the ligation is provided in the best possible form by the fluid swirling in the canals.
In the case of capsule mechanisms with several pistons on a shaft, these pistons can turn, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, formed by a single cylindrical body, which is the same as the housing cavity, in which grooves 17 are let into it that the two pistons diaxing body has the same function as two separate pistons.
The capsule system can be used both for pumping liquids and glasses, as well as for transferring forces with liquids and gases, and for generating forces from liquids and gases.
