Pinsel. Es sind bereits Pinsel mit Vorband be kannt, bei welchen das Vorband aus streifen weise abnehmbaren Metallblechen besteht. Solche haben sich jedoch in der Praxis schlecht bewährt, da durch die abtrennbaren Bleche ein festes Anpressen der Pinselhaare an die Korkeinlage unmöglich wird. Das Eindringen der Farbe unter das Pinselvor- band ist daher nicht zu vermeiden und hat das Verschmutzen des Pinsels und Faulen der Haare zur Folge.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Pinsel, bei welchem die genannten Nach teile dadurch behoben werden sollen, dass ein abnehmbares, in der Längsrichtung des Pinsels verstellbares Vorband vorgesehen ist, welches eine an ihrem freien Ende mit Schlitzen versehene Hülse aufweist, wobei der Hülsenrand nach innen gebogen ist, da durch eine in ihrem Durchmesser veränder liche Öffnung zur Aufnahme der Pinsel haare bildend, und .dass ferner eine von den Pinselhaaren umgebene Korkeinlage vor gesehen ist, die mittelst eines ,Stiftes im Pinselstiel geführt und der Einstellung des Verbandes entsprechend einstellbar ist.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung in einer Ausführungsform dar gestellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch dieselbe.
Das untere Ende des Pinselstiels 1; der den Pinselkopf 2, die Korkeinlage 3, den Verschlussring 4 und die Haare 5 trägt,, ist mit einer Bohrung 6 versehen, in welche ein in der Längsrichtung des .Schiebers ver schiebbarer Stift 7 eingesteckt ist, der eine zweite Korkeinlage 8 trägt. Über den Ver- schlussring 4 ist eine Hülse 9 geschoben, welche an ihrem vordern Teil 11 konisch ausgebildet und deren äusserer Rand 12 nach innen umgebogen und am Kopfe 2 mittelst Schrauben 10 festgeschraubt ist. Die Pinselhaare 5 werden durch den äussern Rand 12 der Hülse 9 gegen die Korkeinlage 8 gepresst.
Zu diesem Zwecke ist der konische Teil 11 der Hülse aufgeschnitten, so dass sich die federnden Enden 13 gegenseitig iibergreifen können. Um die Hülse in dieser gespannten Lage festzuhalten, ist eine Blech kapsel 14 über die Hülse 9 geschoben und mit dem Deckel 15 verschraubt. Der eben falls konische 'feil 16 dieser Blechkapsel zieht den Teil 11 der Hülse fest an, so da.ss ein Lockern derselben nicht zu befürchten ist.
Sind die Haare abgenutzt und wird ein Verstellen der Hülse erforderlich, so genügt es, den Deckel 15 zu lösen und die Kapsel 1.4 herauszuziehen. Hierauf wird die Hülse 9 nach Lockern der Schrauben 10 nach oben verschoben, wozu sich in der Hülse 9 Sehlitze 17 vorfinden, durch welche die Schrauben 10 hindurchgeführt sind. Die Korkeinlage 8 wird entsprechend näher an die Korkeinlage d herangebracht, die Schrau ben 10 wieder festgezogen und die Blech kapsel 14 mit dem Deckel 15 verschraubt.
Zum Reinigen des Pinsels kann der Dek- kel 15 abgeschraubt werden und darauf die Blechkapsel und die Korkeinlage 8 entfernt werden.
