Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes    aus dianotiertem     o-Chloranilin    und     1-          (2'-        Sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure-          äthylester.     



  Der Farbstoff kann sowohl in Substanz,  als auch auf einer geeigneten Unterlage er  zeugt werden.  



       Beispiel:     <B>312</B> Gewichtsteile     1-(2'-Sulfophenyl)-5-          pyrazolon-3-karbonsäureäthylester    werden in  etwa 2000 Teilen Wasser und der äquiva  lenten Menge Soda in der Kälte gelöst, dazu  gibt man 180 Gewichtsteile     1Vatriumacetat,     kristallisiert und lässt in die so vorbereitete  Lösung eine in bekannter Weise erhaltene       Diazolösung    aus<B>127,5</B> Gewichtsteilen     o-          Chloranilin    einlaufen. Der gebildete Farbstoff  wird durch     Aussalzen    abgeschieden, filtriert    und getrocknet.

   Er stellt ein gelbes, in Was  ser leicht lösliches Pulver dar, das Wolle in  sehr gleichmässig     sehönen,    gelben Farbtönen  von sehr guter Lichtechtheit anfärbt.

       Example: <B> 312 </B> parts by weight of ethyl 1- (2'-sulfophenyl) -5- pyrazolone-3-carboxylate are dissolved in about 2000 parts of water and the equivalent amount of soda in the cold, 180 parts by weight of sodium acetate are added , crystallizes and allows a diazo solution obtained in a known manner from <B> 127.5 </B> parts by weight of o-chloroaniline to run into the solution prepared in this way. The dye formed is deposited by salting out, filtered and dried.

   It is a yellow powder which is easily soluble in water and which dyes wool in very even, yellow shades of very good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dianotiertes o-Chloranilin mit 1-(2' Sulfophenyl) - 5 - pyrazolon - 3 -karbonsäure- äthylester vereinigt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes, in Was ser leicht lösliches Pulver dar, das Wolle in sehr gleichmässig schönen, gelben Farbtönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit anfärbt.
