Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man diazotierte 4- Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfosäure mit ä Aminonaphthalin-1,8-dikarbonsäure vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rötlichbraunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit gelbroter, in Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe löst. Er färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in bordeaux Tönen, welche beim Nachchromieren nach gelbolive umschlagen. Im Chromdruck auf Baumwolle erzeugt er olive Töne.
Beispiel: 10,7 Teile 8-Aminonaphthalin-1,8-dikar- bonsäureanhydrid werden mit Hilfe von 10 Teilen 80 %iger Natronlauge in 150 Teilen Wasser heiss gelöst, mit 10 Teilen Soda ver setzt, abgekühlt und mit der aus 11,7 Teilen 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfosäure herge- stellten Diazoverbindung versetzt. Nach er folgter Kupplung wird der Farbstoff ausge- salzen, filtriert und getrocknet.
Process for the production of a new dye. It has been found that a new dye is obtained if diazotized 4-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol-6-sulfonic acid is combined with aminonaphthalene-1,8-dicarboxylic acid. The new dye forms a reddish-brown powder that dissolves in water with a yellow-red color and in sulfuric acid with a yellow color. It dyes wool from an acid bath in burgundy tones, which turn to yellow olive when chromium plating. In the chrome print on cotton it creates olive tones.
Example: 10.7 parts of 8-aminonaphthalene-1,8-dicarboxylic anhydride are dissolved in 150 parts of hot water using 10 parts of 80% strength sodium hydroxide solution, 10 parts of soda are added, the mixture is cooled and the 11.7 parts are added 4-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol-6-sulfonic acid produced diazo compound added. After coupling has taken place, the dye is salted out, filtered and dried.
