Description

  

      Handschraubeupresse    zur Herstellung von Nudeln und     Makkaroni.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine     Handschraubenpresse    zur     Herstellung     von Nudeln und Makkaroni, welche sich da  durch auszeichnet, dass die Handschraube in  einer an einem oben offenen Druckzylinder       angelenkten,    nach Auszug eines zugehörigen  Kolbens     umlegbaren    Traverse geführt ist und  dass der Boden des Zylinders zum Einsetzen  von mit dem Querschnitt der herzustellenden  Teigwaren entsprechend geformten Durch  brechungen versehenen Platten eingerichtet  ist.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 ist ein     senkrechter        Mittelschnitt     durch den Apparat, und       Fig.    2 und 3 sind Ansichten zweier ver  schiedener Formen von Einsatzplatten.  Gemäss Zeichnung ist eine mit Handrad  1 versehene Druckschraube 2 in einer an  einem oben offenen Druckzylinder 3 auf den  Zapfen 4 mittelst biegsamer     auseinander-          spreizbarer    Arme 5     angelenkten    Traverse 6  geführt.

   Die Arme 5 sind mit ihren ösen-    artigen Enden von aussen, in Richtung der  Zapfenachsen, auf die Zapfen 4 aufgescho  ben und diese, um ein Abgleiten der Arme  zu verhindern, nach innen leicht konisch ver  jüngt, entsprechend den sie mit Spiel um  gebenden     Osenlöchern.    Die Druckschraube 2  ist im Kolben 7 drehbar festgehalten. Eine  Schraubzwinge 8 ist mit dem Druckzylinder  verbunden, um diesen an einer Tischplatte  festschrauben zu können. Am untern eben  falls offenen Ende des Zylinders ist eine  Eindrehung 9 als Lager für in     Fig.    2 und 3  dargestellte Einlageplatten 10 vorgesehen.  Diese Platten sind mit Hilfe eines am Zylin  der     angelenkten    und mit demselben durch  Schrauben 11 verschraubten Druckringes 12  feststellbar.  



  Die Presse dient zur Herstellung von       nudel-    und     makkaroniförmigen        Teigproduk-          ten    und     wird    nach dem Einspannen einer  Platte 10 und dem Abnehmen des Bügels 6  samt Kolben 7 mit Teig gefüllt. Der Kolben  wird nun eingesteckt und der Bügel durch  Einhängen der Arme 5     angelenkt,    worauf der  Teig durch die Platte 10 gedrückt wird. Da  die Presse leicht auseinander genommen wer-      den kann, ist auch für deren bequeme In  standhaltung gesorgt.

       Fig. 1 is a vertical center section through the apparatus, and Figs. 2 and 3 are views of two different forms of insert plates. According to the drawing, a pressure screw 2 provided with a handwheel 1 is guided in a cross member 6 articulated on the pin 4 by means of flexible arms 5 that can be spread apart on a pressure cylinder 3 open at the top.

   The arms 5 are pushed with their loop-like ends from the outside, in the direction of the pin axes, onto the pins 4 and these, in order to prevent the arms from slipping off, are slightly conically tapered inwards, corresponding to the loop holes they have with play around . The pressure screw 2 is rotatably held in the piston 7. A screw clamp 8 is connected to the pressure cylinder so that it can be screwed onto a table top. At the bottom if the open end of the cylinder, a recess 9 is provided as a bearing for insert plates 10 shown in FIGS. These plates can be fixed with the help of a pressure ring 12 which is hinged to the cylinder and is screwed to the same by screws 11.



  The press is used to produce pasta and macaroni-shaped dough products and is filled with dough after a plate 10 has been clamped and the bracket 6 and the piston 7 removed. The piston is now inserted and the bracket is hinged by hanging the arms 5, whereupon the dough is pressed through the plate 10. As the press can easily be dismantled, it is also easy to maintain.
