Airplane with soundproofing. The present invention is a soundproof aircraft.
In the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely in Fig. 1 a device for damping the propeller noise in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a detail of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 to 7 sections according to the lines III-III, IV-IV, VV, VI-VI, VII-VII of FIGS. 1, FIG. 8 is a longitudinal section through a device for damping the exhaust noise, FIG. 9 is a side view of the embodiment according to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a front view, FIG. 11 is a rear view.
The propellers in use up to now make a loud noise when they are working. In order to dampen this, according to the invention, the propeller blades are provided at their outer ends with a cylindrical blade concentric to the propeller axis of rotation. This prevents the air from being thrown away when the propeller moves in a radial direction, and this greatly reduces the propeller noise. Furthermore, an increase in the Fluggeschwin speed is intended through this construction.
The propeller attached to the axis 1 (FIG. 1) has two sheet metal pieces 2, 3 which are riveted to one another in such a way that they form recesses between them, which recesses become flatter towards the outer end of the wing. In this recess a hub piece 4 is net angeord, which is firmly ver connected to the sheet metal pieces 2, 3.
At the outer ends, the sheet metal strips 2, 3 are bent at right angles and cylindrical blades 6 are connected to these bent parts 5, which blades are arranged concentrically to the axis of rotation 1. The two sheet metal pieces of the wings protrude from one another on the wing edges, and the protruding Blechstrei fen are bent abge to the edges 2a and 3a.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 8 to 11 relates to a device for damping the exhaust noise: A pipe 8 is connected to the exhaust line 7 (FIG. 8) and is divided by a wall 9 between. By means of a lever 12 adjustable flap 13, the exhaust base can be directed into one or the other department. A housing 10, in which a turbine wheel 11 is arranged on a shaft 14, is connected to one section of this tube 8. On the shaft 14 sits next to the turbine wheel 11 (FIG. 9) a fan 16, the blades of which are slightly bent backwards, in a special housing 15 provided with an opening 17.
On the Ge housing 10, an air inlet pipe 19 is also arranged, which holds fixed blades 20 ent, the curvature of which corresponds to that of the blades of the turbine wheel 11 look.
The housing 15 and the tube 8 open into an outlet pipe 18 in which Hemm webs 21 are attached.
The mode of operation is as follows: The exhaust gases from the engine flow through the lower section of the pipe 8 when the flap 13 is up and turn the turbine wheel 11 and thus the fan 16. By the action of the fan 16, fresh air is sucked in through the opening and into the Outlet pipe 18 pressed. As a result of the movement of the aircraft, fresh air is also pressed into the opening of the fresh air pipe 19 facing the direction of travel, which is deflected by means of the fixed blades 20 and supports the movement of the turbine wheel 11. The fresh air and the exhaust gases are mixed in the outlet pipe 18 as a result of hitting the inhibiting webs 21 and at the same time the exhaust noise is muffled.
