Description

  

  Schnee- und     Schaumscbläger.       Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin  dung bildet ein Schnee- und Schaumschläger,  welcher vorteilhaft bei maschinellem Betrieb  und in Konditoreien Anwendung finden kann  und sich durch erhöhte Schlagwirkung aus  zeichnet, so dass die zu schlagende Masse  in viel kürzerer Zeit fertiggestellt werden  kann.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs  gegenstand in einem für maschinellen Be  trieb vorgesehenen Ausführungsbeispiel zur  Darstellung gebracht, und zwar zeigen ihn:       Fig.    1 im Längsschnitt, und       Fig.    2 im Querschnitt nach     A-B    der       Fig.    1.  



  Der dargestellte Schläger weist einen in       bekannter    Weise aus Drähten 1 gebildeten  Schlagkorb auf, der in dem an der nicht  gezeichneten Maschine     befestigten    Futter 2  festgehalten wird. Innerhalb des     Korbes    ist  im Futter 2 ein mit einer Anzahl Schaufeln 3  versehenes Rührwerk mittelst der Welle 4  drehbar gelagert. Vorteilhaft wird man die  Welle 4 in Kugellagern lagern. Um die Wir  kungsweise des Rührwerkes noch zu erhöhen,    können dessen Schaufeln 3, wie in der Zeich  nung punktiert angedeutet, mit     Durchbre-          chungen    5 versehen sein.  



  Der Schläger beschreibt bekanntlich einen  Kreis, wobei die Flügel des Rührwerkes  durch die zu schlagende Masse in entgegen  gesetzter Richtung bewegt     bezw.    gedreht  werden. Auf diese Weise wird ein äusserst  gründliches Schlagen der Masse erreicht  und dadurch die Arbeitsdauer bedeutend  verkürzt.  



  Die den Korb 1 bildenden Drähte sind  in dem Futter 2 auswechselbar angeordnet,  wodurch eine eventuell notwendige Repara  tur leicht und     bequem    vorgenommen werden  kann.

  In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment provided for mechanical operation, namely: Fig. 1 in longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 in cross section according to A-B of FIG.



  The racket shown has a hammer basket formed in a known manner from wires 1, which is held in the chuck 2 attached to the machine (not shown). Inside the basket, in the feed 2, an agitator provided with a number of blades 3 is rotatably mounted by means of the shaft 4. The shaft 4 will advantageously be stored in ball bearings. In order to increase the effectiveness of the agitator, its blades 3, as indicated by dotted lines in the drawing, can be provided with openings 5.



  As is well known, the bat describes a circle, with the blades of the agitator being moved in the opposite direction by the mass to be beaten. to be turned around. In this way an extremely thorough beating of the mass is achieved and the working time is shortened significantly.



  The wires forming the basket 1 are interchangeably arranged in the chuck 2, so that any necessary repairs can be carried out easily and conveniently.
