Vorsch ubrost.
Moving grate. The invention relates to a moving grate, in which the grate surface is formed from individual to the vorubriehtung transversely oscillating rod bundles, which consist of swinging crossbeams, in the upper part of which is forward-curved, at the rod head, flaky cross-grate rods are hingedly supported on the rod foot, the respective successive Cross bars receive an opposite oscillation amplitude of adjustable size.
The invention is illustrated by way of example and schematically by FIGS. 1-6. In Fig. 1, the grate bar supported on the cutting edge b is equipped with brackets c and support iron d. The grate bars e are articulated in the support iron at f. They have head edges g and nozzle holes h protruding into the burning layer. A group of oscillation levers ii, i2, is driven by a double swing arm through the handlebar k, and a second group of oscillation levers Zi, 12 through the handlebar m.
By means of the oscillation levers ii, i2, is, or the oscillation levers li, 82, the successive groups of grate bars receive an opposite oscillation amplitude of a controllable size. The rust tendency can be selected.
However, the angle of inclination of the total grate bar surface must be kept smaller than the slip angle of the burning layer, while the visual oscillation deflection of the grate bar group is to be dimensioned so that the inclination of the individual bar bundle in its steep oscillation position exceeds the slip angle, in its flat oscillation position the slip angle falls below. Accordingly, during the periodic reciprocal oscillation of the rod bundles, the following forward thrust oscillations are exerted on the burning layer: 1.
Feed through the head edge sliding on the back of each subsequent rod, with the head edge distances changing depending on the vibration position. and exert a tearing effect on the overlying burning layer in the feed direction.
2. Feed according to the changing surface inclination of the individual bundle of rods during the transition from the flat position to the steep position. The surging rise and fall of the bundles has a breaking effect on the burning layer.
3. Gradual sliding of the layer parts on the respective steep bundles of rods. The ratio in which the 3 feed effects interact is determined by the size of the oscillation amplitude.
Under certain circumstances, it may be useful to use the grate in flame tube boilers to arrange the total grate surface to be approximately horizontal and to dispense with the sliding feed, but to increase the edge feed.
The variability of the edge spacing of the swing is evident from FIGS. 2 and 3, as does the transition from the steep layers a to the flat layers o of the individual bundle and vice versa.
4, 5 and 6, the feed is provided by means of feed channel is. The feed channel 1) leads to the example under the bottom ring edge q by means of the riser duct r the fuel at s to the start of the grate. These figures also show the execution of a grate bar with a rear catch attachment t, for example.
In FIG. 4 the after-grate arrangement is shown in the middle position, in FIG. 1 in one end position and in FIG. 6 in the other end position. It is u the post-grate protruding over the fire bridge, which is connected to the lever v at iri and swings around the support point w3 through the drive at a! @. The extension plate x is moved back and forth by the oscillation of the point zv, #.
The fire bridge tube y forms the axis of rotation for the ring rollers aa, which are rotated by means of the flashing device bb.
The fire bridge pipe y can be designed as a water-cooled pipe.
The after-grate is flexibly suspended at cc using a counterweight dd_ with adjustable position. In Pig. 7 another special embodiment of the crossbeams a is illustrated. The transverse bar forms estimation chambers ff 'which cover the cutting edges h.
The cutting edges are mounted on the beams gg by means of the support frames. The individual grate bars e are pushed onto bolts hh of the crossbeam. The crossbar a is composed of two outer parts cs and a middle part a = in several parts.
