Description
Durchleuchtungs- und Kontrollapparat für Bohrungen. Im Maschinenbau besteht in vielen Fällen das Bedürfnis, Bohrungen genau zu unter suchen, sei es auf genaue Ausführung, sei es auf Materialfehler usw. Besonders bei langen Bohrungen mit verhältnismässig klei nem Durchmesser ist dies oft schwierig. Nach der bisherigen einfachen Verfahrens weise wurde ein ebener Spiegel mit Lampe davor benützt, wobei der Spiegel in mehrere Lagen gedreht werden musste, um den gan zen Umfang der Bohrwandung beobachten zu Dünnen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat zum Gegen stande eine besondere Konstruktion eines der artigen Apparates, der den erwähnten Nach teil der bisherigen Vorrichtungen nicht auf weist, indem er erfindungsgemäss einen Konus- spiegel mit dahinter angeordneter Lampe auf weist.
Nach beiliegender Zeichnung, die ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar für durchgehende Bohrungen, dar stellt, weist der Apparat einen hohlen Stab 1 auf, der in seinem Innern eine Stromzulei- tungsschnur 2 für eine am vordern Stab- ende aufgesetzte Glühbirne 3 enthält. Letz tere befindet sich hinterhalb eines in der Achsrichtung des Stabes einstellbaren Konus- -Spiegels 4. Der Stab 1 trägt noch eine Zen triervorrichtung, bestehend aus zwei Gruppen von je drei Hebeln 5 (in der Figur sind nur je zwei Hebel ersichtlich), welche an ihren freien Enden Rollen 6 besitzen zum axialen Verschieben des Apparates in der Bohrung B.
Die Rollen 6 werden mittelst einer Druck feder 7 an die Wandung der zu untersuchen den Bohrung 8 gedrückt.
Die Lampe 3 beleuchtet über den Rand des Spiegels die Wandung der Bohrung 8, wobei im Spiegel bei senkrechter Aufsicht auf die Spiegelspitze der ganze vor dem Spie gel gelegene Teil der Bohrung als Scheibe sichtbar wird. Zur Beobachtung des Spie gelbildes kann ein Teleskop benützt werden. Durch Verschieben des Apparates auf den Roller) 6 lässt sich nach und nach die ganze Länge der Bohrung im Spiegelbild beobachten.
Durch Verlegen der Leitungsschnur nach vorn, an dem Spiegel 4 vorbei, kann der gezeigte Apparat zum Ableuchten auch von nicht durchgehenden Bohrungen benützt werden.

In mechanical engineering, there is in many cases the need to examine bores carefully, be it for exact execution, be it for material defects, etc. This is often difficult, especially for long bores with relatively small diameter. According to the previous simple procedure, a flat mirror with a lamp in front of it was used, whereby the mirror had to be rotated in several positions in order to observe the entire circumference of the bore wall.
The subject matter of the present invention is a special construction of one of the type of apparatus which does not have the mentioned disadvantage of the previous devices by having a conical mirror with a lamp arranged behind it according to the invention.
According to the accompanying drawing, which represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically for through bores, the apparatus has a hollow rod 1, which contains a power supply cord 2 for a light bulb 3 placed on the front end of the rod. The latter is located behind a cone mirror 4 adjustable in the axial direction of the rod. The rod 1 also carries a centering device, consisting of two groups of three levers 5 (only two levers can be seen in the figure), which at their free ends have rollers 6 for axial displacement of the apparatus in the bore B.
The rollers 6 are pressed against the wall of the bore 8 to be examined by means of a compression spring 7.
The lamp 3 illuminates the wall of the bore 8 over the edge of the mirror, the whole of the bore located in front of the mirror part of the bore is visible as a disc in the mirror with a vertical view of the mirror tip. A telescope can be used to observe the mirror image. By moving the device onto the roller) 6, you can gradually observe the entire length of the hole in a mirror image.
By laying the cord to the front, past the mirror 4, the apparatus shown can also be used to illuminate non-through holes.
