Klammer zum Befestigen und Wenden von aufeinanderllegendeneBlättern. Bis jetzt bestanden gewisse Schwierig keiten, beispielsweise bei losen Notenblät- tern; die nur aufgelegt sind, beim Spielen rasch zu wenden, da diese dabei verschoben und in Unordnung gebracht werden, daidurch Störungen und Verzögerungen verursachten und durch das hastige Zugreifen beschädigt und ebenso beschmutzt wurden.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung hilft diesem Übelstand ab. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klammer, :die drei Teile aufweist: einen flachen Klemmteil, der gestattet., ein .oder mehrere Blätter miteinander ,auf die Unter lage festzuklemmen, sowie nur ein einzelnes Blatt für sich mit dem Klemmteil zu fassen; einen Griffteil, welcher über den Rand der Untersage b@ezw. des oder der geklemmten Blätter hervorsteht und einen Federteil, wel cher dem Klemmteil :den Druck verleiht.
Die Klammer kann aus irgend einem Material, wie Metall, Draht, Blech, Zelluloid etc., her gestellt sein. Derjenige Teil, welcher auf das Papier drückt, kann zwecks Vergrösserung der Reibung, was gleichbedeutend ist mit besserem Festsitzen der Klammer, gerippt, gewellt oder garniert sein mit einem Mate- rial wie Stoff, Gummi.. etc., welches nicht glatt von Natur aus ist.
Derjenige Teil der Klammer, welcher über den Papierrand vor steht, kann noch mit einem speziellen Zei chen in Form einer Figur, - Zahl oder Buch staben versehen werden, um besser erkennt lich zu -sein oder um die einzelnen Klammern unter sich -zu unterscheiden.
Einige- Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin- dungsgegenstandes und Einzelvarianten sind auf beiliegendem Zeichnungsblatt dargestellt.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die Verwendung der Klammer für :den Fall, d:ass die Blätter in Haftform gebunden sind; Fig. 1 zeigt das aufgeschlagene Heft mit fünf Klammern, von welchen diejenige auf Seite 2 das Befestigen auf der Unterlage, Pult etc. andeutet; Fig. 2 zeigt :das Heft in Draufsicht und ein von rechts nach links umgelegtes Blatt mit einer daran befestigten Klammer;
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in :der Frontansicht und Draufsicht, bei welchem die Klammer ,aus Draht hergestellt ist. 1 ist der Klemmteil, 2 der Griffteil und 3 der Federteil; Fig. 5 ist eine Ausführungsvariante .des Klemmteils 1 der Klammer nach Fig. 3 und 4.
Damit der Klemmteil 1 möglichst gut seinen Zweck erfüllt, ist .der Draht an dieser Stelle gewellt; Fig. 6 zeigt. eine Ausführungsva:ria.nte der gleichen Klammer mit dem Unterschied, dass der Griffteil, statt :mit einer Figur, mit einer Zahl versehen ist. Statt dieser Zahl können auch Buchstaben verwendet werden; Fig. 7, 8 und 9 zeigen ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, das un ter Verwendung von Blech oder Zelluloid hergestellt ist.
Die Klammer besteht aus zwei Platten 1 und 2, welche im mittleren Teil durch ausgebogene Lappen bei den Öff nungen 4 und 5 mittelst Stab 7 und Feder, 6 zusammenscharniert sind; Fig. 10 zeigt eine Variante des Klemm teils dieser Klgmmer, bei welcher die Bleche 1 und 2 auf den Innenseiten mit einer Gar nitur aus Leder oder Gummi 8 belegt sind; Fig. 11 zeigt den Belag 8 in Fig. 10 in Frontansieht; .
Fig. 12 -und 13 zeigen ein weiteres Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in der Ansicht und im Grundriss. Die Klam mer ist aus einem Blechstreifen hergestellt, welcher so geformt und .gebogen ist, dass er Klemm- und Griffteil .aufweist und zugleich federt. Der Klemmteil 1 kann glatt oder ge- wellt oder belegt sein. 2 bildet den Griffteil und 3 die Feder.

The present invention remedies this drawback. The invention relates to a clip, which has three parts: a flat clamping part which allows one or more sheets to be clamped together on the base, as well as to grasp only a single sheet by itself with the clamping part; a handle part, which over the edge of the prohibition b @ ezw. the or the clamped sheets protrudes and a spring part, wel cher the clamping part: gives the pressure.

Fig. 3 and 4 show a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention in: the front view and plan view, in which the clip is made of wire. 1 is the clamping part, 2 is the handle part and 3 is the spring part; FIG. 5 is a variant of the clamping part 1 of the clamp according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
So that the clamping part 1 fulfills its purpose as well as possible, the wire is corrugated at this point; Fig. 6 shows. a variant of the same bracket with the difference that the handle part is provided with a number instead of a figure. Letters can be used instead of this number; 7, 8 and 9 show an embodiment example of the subject invention, which is made un ter using sheet metal or celluloid.
The clamp consists of two plates 1 and 2, which are hinged together in the middle part by bent tabs at the openings 4 and 5 by means of rod 7 and spring, 6; Fig. 10 shows a variant of the clamping part of this Klgmmer, in which the sheets 1 and 2 are covered on the inside with a set of leather or rubber 8; FIG. 11 shows the covering 8 in FIG. 10 in front view; .
12 and 13 show a further exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a view and in plan. The clamp is made from a sheet metal strip which is shaped and bent in such a way that it has a clamp and handle part and at the same time springs. The clamping part 1 can be smooth or corrugated or coated. 2 forms the handle part and 3 the spring.
