Description

  

  Angel für Türen, Fenster     ete.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine  Angel für Türen, Fenster     etc.    mit quer durch  die Angel     hindurcbgehenden    Befestigungs  schrauben.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung sind Stift und Boh  rung exzentrisch in der Angel zum Zweck,  beim Bewegen derselben ein freies Drehen  des beweglichen Oberteils ohne Scheuern auf  dem Rahmen zu ermöglichen.  



  Hierdurch kann das     Öffnen    der betreffen  den Tür oder des Fensters, wie auch das     Aus-          und    Einhängen derselben viel leichter vor sich  gehen als bei der bisher üblichen Bauart mit  zentrischem Stift, wo das bewegliche Angel  teil auf dem Rahmen satt anlag und streifte.  



  Beispielsweise     Ausführungsformen    des Er  findungsgegenstandes sind in der Zeichnung  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine erste Ausführungsform im  axialen Längsschnitt,       Fig.    2 und 3 in grösserem     1Vlassstabe    Quer  schnitte derselben, und zwar erstere in Höhe  der obersten Befestigungsschraube (Linie     I-I)     und letztere in Höhe des Berührungsfläche des  Ober- und Unterteils (Linie     II-II);

              Fig.    4 und 7 zeigen weitere Ausführungs  formen im axialen Längsschnitt, und       Fig.    5, 8 und 6, 9 entsprechende Quer  schnitte hiervon nach Linie     I-I        bezw.        II-II.     Die in den     Fig.    1, 2 und 3 dargestellte,  wie üblich aus einem Oberteil 1 und einem  Unterteil 2 bestehende Angel ist nicht, wie  sonst gebräuchlich, aus Blech gestanzt und  zusammengebogen, sondern aus dem Vollen  gearbeitet. Im Unterteil ist die Pfanne ex  zentrisch eingelassen und .im Oberteil sitzt  der Stift 3 ebenfalls exzentrisch. Jeder Teil  ist durch zwei quer hindurchgehende Flach  kopfschrauben 4 am Holz befestigt.

   Die Köpfe  der Schrauben sind versenkt und durch je  eine auf abgedrehte Stellen des Ober- und  Unterteils aufgestülpte Hülse 5     bezw.    6 mit  Schlitz versteckt, so dass nach Aufbringen  des Anstriches überhaupt nichts mehr von  der Befestigung sichtbar ist. Gleichzeitig si  chern die Hülsen die Schrauben gegen Her  ausfallen. Die     Anschlagsweise    der Angel ist  aus     Fig.    2 gut ersichtlich. Es ist klar, dass  sich beim Öffnen der     betreffenden    Tür  das Oberteil infolge der Exzentrizität des  Stiftes und der Pfanne vorn Rahmen entfernt      und nicht einfach, wie bei den bisherigen       Ausführungen,    sich konzentrisch zum Unter  teil auf diesem dreht.  



  Bei der     Ausführungsform    nach     Fig.    4, 5  und 6 sind die Befestigungsschrauben anstatt  durch aufgestülpte Hülsen durch     aufgezwängte     federnde Hülsen 7 und 8 verdeckt.  



  Bei der dritten Ausführungsform nach       Fig.    7, 8 und 9 sind Oberteil und Unterteil  auf einen Teil ihrer Länge flach eingefräst  und in die     Einfräsungen    je eine kleine Deck  platte 9     bezw.    10 mit Schwalbenschwanz  führung     eingepasst,    welche an der Oberfläche  überall mit dem Angelumfang genau bündig  und durch eine kleine Schraube 11 gegen  Herausfallen gesichert ist.

  As a result, the opening of the door or window concerned, as well as the unhooking and hanging of the same go much easier than with the previously common design with a central pin, where the movable hinge part on the frame was full and grazed.



  For example, embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the drawing, namely: Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment in axial longitudinal section, Figs. 2 and 3 in larger 1Vlassstabe cross sections of the same, namely the former at the level of the uppermost fastening screw (line II) and the latter at the level of the contact surface of the upper and lower part (line II-II);

              Fig. 4 and 7 show further execution forms in axial longitudinal section, and Fig. 5, 8 and 6, 9 corresponding cross-sections thereof along line I-I respectively. II-II. The tang shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, consisting of an upper part 1 and a lower part 2 as usual, is not, as is usually the case, punched from sheet metal and bent, but made from solid material. In the lower part, the pan is let in eccentrically and in the upper part the pin 3 is also eccentrically. Each part is fastened to the wood by two flat head screws 4 passing through.

   The heads of the screws are countersunk and respectively by a sleeve 5 that is turned up on turned points of the upper and lower part. 6 hidden with a slot so that nothing at all of the fastening is visible after the paint is applied. At the same time, the sleeves secure the screws against falling out. The way in which the tang is attached is clearly shown in FIG. It is clear that when the door in question is opened, the upper part is removed from the frame due to the eccentricity of the pin and the pan and not simply, as in the previous versions, rotates concentrically to the lower part on this.



  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the fastening screws are covered by forced-on resilient sleeves 7 and 8, instead of being pushed on by sleeves.



  In the third embodiment according to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, the upper part and the lower part are milled flat over part of their length and a small cover plate 9 respectively in the millings. 10 fitted with a dovetail guide, which is exactly flush with the circumference of the hinge on the surface and secured against falling out by a small screw 11.

Claim: hinge for doors, windows, etc. with fastening screws going through the hinge, characterized in that the pin and hole are eccentric in the hinge, for the purpose of allowing the movable upper part to rotate freely without chafing on the frame when moving the same lichen.
