Description
Untergrundlockerungsvorrichtung f#r Pfl#ge.
Subsoil loosening device for plows.
The subject of the invention is a subsoil loosening device for plows. The same has at least one tooth which can be fastened to the plow frame behind the plow blade so that it can be adjusted in height, by means of which the bottom of a furrow made with the plow can be loosened.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject of the invention on the rear part of a reversible plow.
FIG. 1 is a side view of the same, and FIG. 2 is a horizontal section along the line II-II of FIG.
The drawn device has two pairs of loosening teeth 1 respectively. 2. The teeth 2 have the shape of hooks and are with their lying sehaft each with the help of a clamping bracket 3, whose free leg ends are bent inwardly to hooks at an angle to the bracket plane and which is equipped with a clamping screw 4 on its web, on the rear stud 5 clamped on both sides of the handle 6. One leg of the clamp 3 reaches on the front side of the stud 5 under the hook shank and the other leg above the latter behind the stud 5, resting against it. As a result, the hook tooth 2 cannot be pushed up by the resistance of the ground.
After loosening the clamping screw 4, the tooth 2 can be adjusted up and down or also removed by pulling it out of the clamping bracket 3. By raising or lowering the clamping bracket, the teeth 2 can be adjusted in terms of height or direction.
Depth of engagement relative to the coulter 7 can be adjusted. The teeth 1 are inserted from below and above into a common tube 8 serving as a carrier for the same and fixed in the same by a screw 9 each in the Eöhenriehtung adjustable b #. The tube 8 is lu with the help of two Sehraubenbügel 10 and clamping plates. attached to the Riester struts 13 connecting the mouldboards 12 with the rear stud 5 on the front side of the same in an upright position, specifically in the vicinity of the mouldboards.
The teeth 1 are thus offset from the teeth 2 both in the direction of travel of the plow and across the same, so that the sole of the furrow drawn by the coulter 7 is loosened over its entire width and by the teeth 1 and 2 loosened clods of earth cannot normally become attached between the latter.
Instead of two teeth, only one could be used on either side of the plow and the attachment of the same to the plow frame could also be done by other means, for example by means of brackets to be fastened to the plow, depending on the design of the same respectively. The teeth could also be equipped with exchangeable tips.
The device described can be attached to plows of various systems and constructions without any modification to them.
