Die zurückkehrende Spannung kann eine Station in drei verschiedenen Stadien an treffen: 1. Die Schalterbetätigung ist vollzogen; 2. Die Schalterbetätigung ist im Gange, und 3. Die Schalterbetätigung hat noch nicht eingesetzt. Im ersten Falle sind die #ankommenden" Streckenschalter ausgeschaltet; beim Wieder erscheinen der Spannung bewirken die Re lais RÚ und Pê die Einschaltung der Strecken schalter, beabsichtigen aber gleichzeitig durch Offnen der Hilfskontakte rÚ, wie oben er wähnt, am Schalter M das Schliessen der Kon takte mn und das Offnen der Kontakte in,Ú herbeizuführen;
Apparatus for automatic route insulation in a contact line network system with a feed point. In electrical traction, one encounters certain difficulties for finding short circuits on the catenary system and their safe and quick disconnection from the healthy part of the same with a minimum of operational interruption.
The invention now relates to an Appara ture for automatic route isolation in a contact line system with a feed point, by means of which it is possible to locate the disturbed part of the network in the event of faults in the network and to separate it from the healthy part.
This apparatus has a switching regulator, an electromagnetic switch and several controlling voltage relays, and is characterized by the fact that the switching regulator has two electrically driven jointly but unevenly running contact rollers, the drive of which is controlled by the electromagnetic switch depending on the voltage relay and by means of which the actuation of automatic line switches for the successive disconnection and connection of catenary lines can be controlled in such a way that with the help of these line switches the disturbed part of the catenary is searched for and separated from the healthy part of the same.
The accompanying schematic drawing serves to explain an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the formation of the Appara structure; one can be found at every station of the system; Fig. 2 shows the scheme of a driving network system, for example, with four stations; Fig:: 3 shows a table, aris-ch the sequence of the switching at the stations.
The catenary system (Fig. 2) it holds voltage only from one side, namely via an automatically to maximum current from releasing switch 16, which the network system over. a high-resistance resistor for the test operation connects to the power source. Due to this resistor, the entire operating voltage is practically used up between the ends of the resistor, and the disappearance of the voltage on the line now initiates the commissioning of the automatic apparatus described below for locating and disconnecting a faulty part of the line.
The network system itself comprises four stations A, B, C, D and, from station to station, two cable strands a, b, and stations B, C, D each have a station contact line e. Accordingly, station A with two outgoing line heads, station B with two incoming and three outgoing line heads, station C in a similar manner with two incoming and three outgoing line heads, and station D with two incoming line heads and one outgoing line head hen. In the stations, these line heads can be switched through line switches 1, 2, 3 (station D), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (station C), 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 (station B) and 14, 15 (Station A) to be connected with contact line busbars d.
The equipment mentioned is at the ends of the catenary lines, i.e. H. in the case before such an apparatus is provided at each train station. The same has a switching regulator s, an elec tromagnetic switch M and two control relays B1, R2.
The switching regulator S has the task of monitoring the circuits of the section switches necessary when there is no voltage on the catenary network by switching them off and on to find and switch off the disturbed part of the line. It consists of two contact rollers driven by a motor a, the so-called switching roller s and the feed roller t, and is characterized on the one hand by the presence of two mutually adjustable contact segment groups on the feed roller t for the purpose of a time shift for starting up the drive motors a from station to station depending on the number of section switches to be actuated in the overall system, and on the other hand also by a tour controller connected to the drive motor a,
which by opening and closing the motor circuit by means of a contact lever that reacts to the speed of the motor forces it to an average of the same number of revolutions in all switching stations, which could not be achieved due to an inconsistent supply voltage, for the purpose of synchronous cooperation between the Switching regulators S distributed over the entire route. The Eiletromagnet- switch IV has the task of starting or stopping the drive motor a of the switching regulator; it is monitored by the two minimum voltage relays R1, R2, the number of which is based on the number of incoming line heads us on the relevant station.
The switching drum s of the switching regulator has as many switch-on and switch-off segments that belong together in pairs as there are outgoing contact lines to be checked; In Fig. 1. six such outgoing lines are given at r.
The feed point switch 16 at the main station A, to which the line switches 1, 2, 3... 15 are subordinate, is provided with maximum current relays, while the line switches 1,? ... 15, which are partly in an incoming, partly in an outgoing line head, not automatic relay, but with a magnetic remote control for both switching off and on.
The sequence of the necessary circuits is indicated in the table according to FIG. 3, from which it can be seen that the actuation begins with the most distant station D from the feed point, in such a way that by means of the switching regulator initially the " outgoing "section switch 1 off and on (is switched on and then the" arriving "section switch 2,
3 can be switched off at the same time. These actuations then propagate to station C, where the individual line switches 4, 5, 6 (in the outgoing line heads) are switched off and on by means of the switching controller and then the line switches 7, 8 (in the incoming line heads) are switched off, then after station B, etc. These scarf lines have the consequence that each route section is completely disconnected during the time a "outgoing" route switch is switched off. With regard to the faulty route, e.g.
B. between switches 8 and 9, therefore during this off switching time, the mains voltage will appear again, whereby at the same time the self-operating apparatus not only prevents any further switch actuation, but also the "arriving" section switches, insofar as they have been switched off and belong to healthy lines, From this moment on, the new vehicle system is again in a ready-to-use condition, since the faulty line section is isolated.
In the case of the aforementioned switching on and off, care must be taken that these processes only affect those line switches that are switched on during operation, but not those switches that have to remain switched off due to repairs, for example. Furthermore, a device ensures that the actuation sequence cannot be disturbed by the station personnel.
Fig. 1 shows the entirety of a station switching regulator S with the associated electromagnetic switch M and the two voltage relays R1 and R2. The switching regulator S monitors the aforementioned switching conditions by means of the feed roller t and the switching roller s. The feed roller t completes a complete rotation during an actuation period, while the switching roller s performs a whole number of them. The former has, as indicated above, two mutually adjustable contact segment groups, of which the lower in Fig. 1 controls the drive motor a, while the upper group in Fig. 1 mediates the transfer of the supply voltage to the shift drum s.
The purpose of the adjustability of the two contact segment groups of the feed rollers is to be able to shift the transmission of the feed voltage from station to station in relation to the start-up of the motor. The size of this shift is determined for each station on the basis of a setting table which, in addition to the number of switches to be operated in the overall system, also takes into account the time intervals between the stations. It can be seen from this that the shift drum s actuates the remote controls in the sense mentioned earlier when the set point in time occurs.
The rotation of the rollers s, - t is caused by the drive motor a, which is fed by mediation of the electromagnetic switch M via the auxiliary contacts n1 with battery voltage which, due to its inconstant height, could bring the motor to unequal number of revolutions. But in order not to disturb the synchronous Ar work of the switching controller from station to Sta tion as a basic condition for the good functioning of the whole apparatus, each motor a of the tour controller u. associated with it, which uses a contact lever that reacts to the speed of the engine to open and close the engine circuit, thereby forcing the engine to perform the same number of tours on average at all stations.
The voltage relays R1 and R2 are connected to the voltage of the "incoming" line heads of the station, and their number depends, as mentioned above, on the number of # incoming "line heads at a switching station; in the. In this example there are two of them.
In the operating state, d. H. If voltage is present in the incoming line heads of the station, the relay coil, which is energized during operation, keeps its associated three-pole switch r closed and the auxiliary contacts .r1 in the circuit to the electromagnet, ch @ older 'il open.
This bypasses the automatic apparatus, and the actuation voltage + - at x from the battery goes directly to the - power supply to the - command device (not shown), by means of which the same circuits as described above are carried out by hand the station personnel can be executed. This command apparatus will not be described further here because it is not directly related to the automatic apparatus.
If there is no voltage in the "arriving" line heads in the event of a short circuit on them, for example, the associated relays R1, R2 release their switch r, thus putting the command device to be operated by the station staff out of operation so that the automatic work that is now starting of the switching regulator cannot be disturbed by the personnel, because at the same time as this switch r is opened, the auxiliary relay contacts rÚ ge are closed and the switching coil of the electromagnetic switch M is thus supplied with power via segment o of the roller t.
This switching coil closes the associated four-pole main switch m and opens the auxiliary contacts mÚ of the same, where as a result of the removal of a short circuit at mÚ the drive motor a. and the tour regulator u can be fed from the battery voltage via the lower contact segment group of the feed roller t, and the motor a now causes the roller t to rotate completely regardless of the position of the relay.
If the catenary voltage reappears for any reason, the relays RÚ and Rê open their auxiliary contacts rÚ and interrupt the circuit of the closing coil of the switch lM, which triggers it and interrupts the control voltage for the switch actuation and thus all further switching prevents.
The returning voltage can hit a station in three different stages: 1. The switch has been actuated; 2. The switch operation is in progress, and 3. The switch operation has not yet started. In the first case, the "incoming" line switches are switched off; when the voltage reappears, the relays RÚ and Pê cause the line switches to be switched on, but at the same time intend to close the cone by opening the auxiliary contacts rÚ, as mentioned above, at switch M clock mn and bring about the opening of contacts in, Ú;
However, this is prevented from the immediate movement by its (strongly pulled out) compound winding, which keeps the switch in the drawn position until the remote control current has disappeared, d. H. until the # incoming "section switches are switched on. The original operating status is restored.
In the second case, the voltage will usually return at the moment when an "outgoing" section switch is switched off. The relays RÚ and Rê will close - but since the "incoming" section switches are still switched on, no remote control current is passed through the compound winding of the switch M flow and therefore trigger the slide IN immediately and prevent further switching.
This means that the section switch, the deactivation of which caused the return of the contact wire voltage, remains switched off, where the faulty section will remain isolated.
As an exception, the voltage can only return after switching off the last "incoming" section switch, e.g. B, in the event of a double short circuit of the two parallel contact lines, failure of an automatic device, etc. The relays R1 and 11.2 close their contact switches r, but the section switches will not be switched on because the control circuit is still through the insulation gap y1 is interrupted in the segment of the upper contact segment group of the roller t .
The switch 111 will therefore switch off immediately, which makes it impossible for the "arriving" section switch to be held again, ie, for "commuting." In the third case, the returning contact wire voltage will only switch off switch M with the aid of relays R1 and Pê before any actuation has taken place on the ward.
After completion of a full revolution of the roller t, the apparatus is like that in the initial position, ready to speak in a new fault.
For the sake of completeness, a lamp L is assigned to the control relays, which lights up temporarily when the network fault occurs and lights up continuously in the event of a failure of the automatic apparatus.
When the contact wire voltage returns, the previously interrupted supply voltage is fed back to the command apparatus by means of the bump relays R1 and Rê, whereby the signals of those route switches are made to respond that have remained switched off by the previous operation.
The automatic apparatus is provided with a four-pole changeover switch V, by means of which it can be switched on or off as desired.
