Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Befestigung    metallischer     Anschlusskappen    an drahtlosen  elektrischen Widerständen.    Bei drahtlosen elektrischen Widerstands  körpern, wie sie in der Elektrotechnik viel  fach Verwendung finden, bildet eine gute  Stromzuführung immer ein recht schwer zu  lösendes Problem.     Bekannt    ist, die Enden zu  diesem Zwecke zu     versilbern    oder zu ver  kupfern;

   in andern Fällen werden nur me  tallische Kappen auf die Enden     aufgekittet.     Bei Anwendung dieses letzteren Verfahrens  kommt es aber vor, dass bei Erwärmung der       Stromzuführung    und zufolge der daraus re  sultierenden ungleichmässigen Ausdehnung  der     Materialien    sich die Kappe lockert, wo  durch der gute Kontakt verloren geht.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Verfahren zur Befestigung metallischer       Anschlusskappen    an drahtlosen elektrischen  Widerständen, welches die Nachteile bekann  ter Verfahren dadurch beseitigt, dass die Me  tallkappe an einer Platte     befestigt    wird, wel  che in der     Widerstandsmasse    fest veran  kert ist.  



  In     beiliegender    Zeichnung ist das Ver  fahren an einem Ausführungsbeispiel er  läutert.    Es ist     a    das Widerstandsmaterial, bei  spielsweise in     Stabform.    An den Enden des  Stabes wird eine     Metallplatte    b durch ge  eignete     Mittel,    im Beispiel durch Metall  stifte, befestigt, indem     diese    Mittel in die  Masse     eingepresst    werden. Diese Metallplatte  trägt ihrerseits einen     Schraubenbolzen    e.

   Die  zu     befestigende    Kappe c wird nun auf den  Bolzen e aufgesteckt, mit dem nötigen Kitt  versehen und mittelst einer Mutter d fest auf  das Stirnende des Widerstandsstabes     aufge-          presst.    Auf diese Weise wird ein mit dem  Widerstand fest verbundener Kontakt ge  schaffen.
