Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele eines Wechsel getriebes mit Flüssigkeitsgetrieben zur Aus führung des vorliegenden Verfahrens sind auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt, in welcher Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein Flüssigkeitswechselgetriebe darstellt, bei welchem Primär- und Sekundärgetriebe in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse angeordnet sind; Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch das Pri märgetriebe; Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt durch das Se kundärgetriebe; Fig. 4 ist ein Schnitt durch ein Detail; Fig. 5 und 6 sind ein Längs- bezw. Quer schnitt durch das Primärgetriebe eines zwei ten Ausführungsbeispiels;
Fig. 7 und 8 sind ein Längs- bezw.
Je kleiner die gewünschte Übersetzungs variation ist, um so grösser ist der jeweilige Leistungsanteil, welcher direkt duroh Kupp- lung, bezw. um so kleiner der Leistungs anteil, welcher hydraulisch übertragen wird, so dass der Ges;
Fluid change and reverse gear. The present invention relates to fluid change-speed and reversing gears which have a primary and at least one secondary gear with star pistons, the rotors of which are necessarily connected to one another, and means to change the piston stroke and thus the delivery rate of at least one gear. According to the invention, the supply and discharge of the driving fluid is controlled by channels provided in hollow shaft parts around which the gears rotate.
With the liquid V @, - echsel- and reversing drives of this type, part of the output of the driving shaft is directly provided by the primary gear in order to generate speeds of the driven shaft that are less than the speeds of the driving shaft and the rest of the power is transmitted through the secondary gear to the driven shaft, while at speeds of the driven shaft which are higher than the number of revolutions of the driving shaft, the secondary gear works on the primary gear, and also a direct coupling between the rotors and the driving shaft,
where the primary gear transmits all the power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft, and the driving shaft can be idle.
Two embodiments of a change gear with fluid gears for the implementation of the present method are shown in the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 is a longitudinal section through a fluid change gear, in which the primary and secondary gear are arranged in a common housing; Fig. 2 is a cross section through the primary transmission; Fig. 3 is a cross section through the secondary transmission Se; Fig. 4 is a section through a detail; 5 and 6 are a longitudinal respectively. Cross section through the primary transmission of a second embodiment;
7 and 8 are a longitudinal respectively. Cross section of the associated secondary transmission, and FIGS. 9 and 10 show respectively in elevation. Ground plan of the connections between the two transmissions and their arrangement in an 01 engine locomotive.
In the first embodiment, the transmission consists of primary and secondary transmissions, and the inevitable connection of rotating parts of both transmissions he follows from the fact that the two transmissions have a common rotor.
The secondary drive consists of a two-stage piston star machine with a rotating cylinder housing, which is built with the cylinder rotor of the first gearbox and whose stroke can be changed by adjusting the crank pin. The fluid pumped away by the pistons of the primary gear I acts by means of the pistons of the two stages IIa, Ilb of the secondary gearbox on the same rotor and transfers part of the torque introduced into the gearbox.
By moving the crank pin of the secondary gear, any desired transmission ratio can be produced within the limits given by the size of the stroke volume of the primary and secondary gear. also idle.
A further change in the translation could be achieved by letting hydraulic fluid flow out or by switching on further secondary stages.
In the gear housing 1 is the cylinder rotor? as a driven shaft in which the Zy cylinder 3, 13 and 23 of the primary transmission I BEZW. of the secondary gear with the stages 11a and 11b are arranged, the laser 7, 8 and 9 are mounted on both sides. By cover 17 a guide box 18 is formed in the housing 1, in which the movable in the radial direction by screw 19. non-rotating crank pin 10 for the secondary piston gear stages with the right ecl @ igen guide piece 20 is mounted.
In the cylinder rotor? the driving crankshaft 11 is supported on both sides in the bearings 21 and 22. All three transmissions respectively. Gear stages consist of six cylinders each in a star arrangement, with pistons 4, 1.1 and 24, hollow drive rods A, 15 and 25 and crank bearing shells 6, 16 and 26. The number of cylinders is chosen so that as much displacement as possible can be accommodated. From each cylinder 3 of the primary transmission I channels 30 lead to the control slide 31, which is finely assembled with the crankshaft.
In the control slide 31 (Fig. 1 and 4) are a pressure channel 3? and a suction channel 34 arranged in such a way that all the cylinders 3 that are in the pressure period with the center channel 33 in disk 37 (which is connected to the rotor with screws 38) and the remaining cylinders through the suction channel with the rotor interior 40 are in Ver connection.
Crank pin 10 contains a pressure -k- channel 44, 45. through which the drive means from channel 33 through the hollow drive rods 15, 25 and pistons 14? 4 into cylinders 1: 3 and The drive medium can flow through the channels 48 and 49 in the crank pin 10, after it has performed work in the cylinders, through the hollow piston drive rods into the gear interior 39.
In Fig. 3, the channels 44, .15 and 49 and the old slide formed bearing shell? 6 of stage 111) are shown. Channel 45 is designed in such a way that it communicates with all of the cylinders? 3 which are supposed to perform work, while channel 49 is connected with the emptying cylinders. The two channels 45 and 49 are closed abge by the webs 46 and 47 against each other.
By pressing the valve 50 onto the valve seat 51, the connection with the transmission I can be closed off from the connection with the transmission I stage II of the secondary transmission. so that nu: stage IIa works and Ilb runs idle, where a compensating flow of the drive by means of the cylinders of stage IIb takes place at cross section 53 of the valve back seat 52. If valve 50 is placed on the rear seat 52, both stages work, while idling is achieved by a central position of the valve.
The pressure channel 44 in the pin 10 has against channel 33 a zen tric extension 43 to the pin axis, and the pin carries a sealing flange 41 at the end, which seals against the rotating disk 37 by means of sealing rings 42.
The inside of the cylinder rotor is filled with engine oil, so that all engine workstation run in 01. Bores 38 in disk 37 and rotor 2 connect the two crank gear chambers 39 and 40 miteinan the, so that the 01 exiting channel 49 'in space 39 flows back through holes 36 to space 40 and through channel 34 in slide 31 and channels 30 from the Kol ben 4 of the transmission I is sucked in again.
In order to maintain larger flow cross sections, pistons 4 and drive rods are also drilled up and channels 55 and 56 are provided in the crank pin 12 so that the pressurized oil can flow through channel 55 to chamber 33 and can be sucked in through channel 56. As a result, lubrication of the crank pin 12 is achieved at the same time. From channel 55, pressurized oil is fed to the loaded side of the bearing 21 through a bore 5.9 .
A web 59 is shown in dotted lines in the pressure channel 44, 43. which is provided who can, in the middle position of the pin 10 channel 33 from .14 completely close.
The cylinder rotor 2 carries a ring gear 60 through which the work is delivered to a shaft, not shown.
A stuffing box 61 seals the oil in the rotor interior 39 from the outer housing space 62, while the leakage oil from bearing 21 penetrates through bearings 7 and 8 into the housing 62. To the outside is sealed by means of splash ring 63 and cover 64; an oil drain is provided in the housing 62. Through the spindle of the valve 50 a bore 65 is guided to the outside, with which the pressure in the cylinders or the torque can be measured. The pressurized oil removed through bore 65 can also be used easily. achieve actuation of the valve 50.
Assuming that the present change gear would be used instead of the usual gear transmission in an automobile, it also replaces the clutch and the brake at the same time. When starting up, the crank pin 10 is brought into the idle position, i. H. to the greatest piston stroke, in which position channel 43 is connected to the inside of the housing 3r9, 40 by cross section 66.
When the engine starts up, the pistons of gearbox I pump the entire cylinder content through channels 30, 32, 44, 45, 53 when the valve 50 is in the middle position into the housing space 39. and the rotor 2 stops. The pin 10 can be shifted so far that even when the valve 50 is seated on the rear seat 52, an idle gap between the pin flange 41 and disk 37 is created. If the crank pin 10 is now gradually pushed ver against the center of the rotor, the idle gap 66 is narrowed more and more; - There is pressure in the cylinders 13 and 23 and rotor 2 begins to turn. and the car starts moving.
The further pin 10 is moved to the center, the faster the gnaw travels. In the middle position channel 33 is respectively by web 59. Stage IIb completed by valve 50 and rotor 2 is coupled directly to the crankshaft.
If the gear ratio or the secondary torque, e.g. B. on a slope, are increased again, so Zap fen 10 is moved outwards and connec tion between the primary and secondary gear made. It should z. B. n, / n2 = 2/1: be set. During two crank shaft revolutions respectively. One rotation of the rotor, transmission I thus delivers its entire cylinder content to the secondary transmission.
If, as in the exemplary embodiment, the number and diameter of the cylinders of stage IIw are the same as in transmission I, pin 10 is set to the same piston stroke as the pistons of transmission I, and stage IIb is completed by valve 50.
Should a larger transmission ratio, e.g. B. 5/1 are set, valve 50 is placed on the rear seat 52 and pin 10 is set so that the amount to be recorded by stage IIa and IIb (Jl quantity is equal to that which the transmission I creates away, in this case during five primary revolutions four times the total cylinder content of gear I.
The adjustment of the ratio, idling and direct clutch, as well as brakes (in connection with switching off the fuel of the engine) can be done by a single foot or hand lever in continuous movement.
At. In the present embodiment with two secondary stages, only stage Ih is switched on for gear ratios from 1/1 to 2/1, valve 50 being set to seat 51 and stage IIb running empty, and only for larger gear ratios from 2/1 to 6/1. and more both stages IIa and IIb operate with valve 50 being pushed onto the rear seat.
If the pin 10 is displaced diametrically in the opposite direction to the previously described one, the secondary gear works hydraulically on the primary gear, and the number of revolutions of the driven shaft increases over the number of revolutions of the driving shaft.
In a similar way to the pressure oil, the suction oil can also be returned from the secondary gear to the primary gear through corresponding channels in the crank pin. Fer ner devices for adjusting the crank pin 12 BEZW. of the stroke of the pistons of gearbox I. whereby any translation ratio can be set.
With the two-stage secondary transmission, the end web 59 in channel 44 is unnecessary, since with a direct clutch n1 - n2 stage IIb is closed by valve 50 and transmission IIa has low friction losses in the idle position, while with only a single-stage transmission either web 59 or a valve in the channel. 1d with a back seat to complete the:
Secondary gear can be seen easily.
The two-stage secondary gear has the advantage over the single-stage that even with small gear ratios Ge gear IIa can work with a large piston stroke and high efficiency.
For vehicle drives such as automobiles and 112-engine locomotives, one secondary stage is usually sufficient, while two-stage secondary gears are used especially for hoists and machines with large gear ratio variations.
By changing the power and the speed of the engine, the car can drive most of the time with the direct clutch, and only on steep gradients is the translation changed by moving the crank pin. The combination of the present transmission rides oversized respectively. Overload-capable motors results in an excellent elasticity of the drive, and very simple operation.
Modifications of the present exemplary embodiment are that the cylinder rotor of the Printiii gearbox is angetric -ben from the engine i and the litirbel- # shaft is connected to the secondary rotor, or that the pin of the secondary gear is fixed or rotates as a crank pin and the cylinder housing is moved to change the stroke.
In the second embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 10, the primary and secondary gears are carried out separately and their rotors are mechanically connected to each other and to the ge exaggerated \ skins. as will be described later.
An oil motor 100 (Fig. 10) outputs its power to the heads 101 of the primary gear 110 (Fig. 5). Shaft 101 is designed as a hollow shaft with crank 102 and the crank pin is provided with control channels for the inflow and outflow of the oil, 104 the pressure channel and 105 the suction channel.
On crank pin 102, the cylinder block 109, consisting of six cylinders, with flow openings 111 after the Kanä len 104, 105 besieged; Pistons 112 drive with drive rods 114 on the primary rotor 120, which on the one hand is mounted in the covers of the gear housing 121 by means of two roller bearings 122 and on the other hand forms the bearing for the crankshaft 101 by means of the two roller bearings 124.
The stuffing box housings 126 and 127 with the stuffing boxes 128 and 129 are assembled with the covers 119. The fuel oil can be pumped through channel 104. "'## plate openings 131, housing 197 and tube 132 to the secondary gear and from the latter through tube 133, building I26, openings I: 3-1 and channel 105 in the cylinder block 109 flow back.
Rotor 120 is with. see two sprockets ver, to transfer the power via gears 1.11 to a countershaft 140 (Fig. 9). A positive movement of the rotor 120 with the cylinder block 109 is produced by auxiliary cranks 138.
The secondary gear 150 (Fig. 9 and 10) consists of a housing 151 (Fig. 7), a secondary rotor 152, which is rotatably mounted in the covers 154 / cles housing 151 by means of the two roller bearings 153, a cylinder block 155, Consisting of 12 cylinders, arranged in two cylinder stars next to each other, with the same bore and maximum stroke as the cylinder 109 of the primary gear, and a crank pin 160,
which the cover 15.1 is slidably mounted in guides 161. The fuel oil can be pumped from the primary gear through pipe 162 and through channel 163 in crank pin 160 and the two control channels 165 and 166 to the cylinders 155 arranged in two rows and performs work via pistons 167 and drive rods 168 Rotor 1.52, which drives with two ring gears 169 via gears 144 on a blind shaft 170 (FIGS. 9 and 10).
The control channels 165, 166 have a greater extent on the periphery of the crank pin, seen in the axial direction, than the control slots on the cylinder bottoms; This difference in dimension can be selected in such a way that an almost complete relief of the pressure between the crank pin and cylinder block is achieved. Through control cross-sections 171 and 172, channel 173 in the pin 160 and pipe 174, the drive oil is returned to the primary transmission.
Control pin 160 can be moved by means of shaft 180, two pairs of bevel gears 1.81 and 182 and tie rods 183 and 184, which run in threaded bushings 185 and 186 of bearing brackets 187 and 188 of housing 151, so that any piston stroke can be set .
Countershaft 140 transmits the performance of the primary transmission 110 (Fig. 9 and 1.0) by means of bevel gears 142 and 143 also to blind shaft 170, as that from the secondary transmission through gear pairs 169 and 144 on shaft 170 is transmitted.
The shafts of engine 100 and of the primary gearbox 110 are in the longitudinal direction of the locomotive, the axis of the secondary gearbox 1.50 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the locomotive, so that only the transmission of the power of the primary motor through bevel gears and that of the secondary gearbox, which can achieve considerably greater forces, is transmitted by spur gears to the jackshaft, which works on the drive axles by means of cranks 177 and drive rods.
To reverse the locomotive, either the oil machine is reversible or the bevel gear 142 drives the jackshaft 170 via bevel gear 147. The bevel gears 142 and 147 are driven by disengageable clutches (not shown in the drawing). connected to the jackshaft.
In the pressure line 132, a wind boiler 190 is provided and in the pressure and suction line each a control member 191 and 192, for the purpose of switching on the secondary gear, respectively. to produce idling of the transmission, the primary transmission from the pressure line 73? conveyed back through idle line 193 into suction line 133.
The present transmission allows the following operating conditions to be established: Idling by connecting the pressure and suction lines of the primary transmission. Direct transmission of the power of the 3lotor shaft via (.las primary gear, which acts as a clutch in the case of a nus-clialte secondary gear, and gears to the jackshaft 170.
Continuous lowering of the speed of the blind wool compared to direct coupling by switching on the secondary gear. Shifting the crank pin in one direction and setting the stroke for any tTl) replacement, with part of the power from the primary rotor and the remaining power from the secondary rotor the jackshaft is transmitted.
Continuous increase in the speed of the blind shaft compared to direct coupling, by moving the crank pin of the secondary gear in the opposite direction from the central position, as vorste starting indicated, the secondary gear acting as a pump and the primary gear as a motor; the secondary gear works hydraulically on the primary gear.
The present operating method and the gear for gear change Ha ben compared to known methods have the following advantages: Continuous gear change under avoidance of gear shifts. Transfer of part of the power through direct coupling.
Use of high-performance piston gears with low friction and looseness. -which are suitable as a pump and motor for high pressures.
Any selection of the speed for direct coupling for normal driving, from which speed can be translated up and down. This means that the transmission efficiency is best during normal driving. This free choice is only made possible by the fact that both the primary and the secondary gear can be operated as a pump and as a motor.
The smaller the desired gear ratio variation, the greater the respective performance share, which is directly due to the coupling, resp. The smaller the power share, which is transmitted hydraulically, so that the Ges;
The transmission effect remains high. .1e g, larger the variation of the translation, uni as smaller are the efficiencies for the smallest and largest translation, but these can also be chosen arbitrarily relative to each other, depending on the choice of the position of the speed of the driven shaft with direct coupling.
In particular, these last-mentioned properties of the present invention offer significant advantages over the known and can be fully utilized in particular in vehicles of all types. The driving and driven shafts of the exemplary embodiments can also be interchanged, with a change gear being obtained.
