Description

  

  Lamellierter Körper, insbesondere aus Metall.    Die Erfindung betrifft lamellierte Kör  per, insbesondere aus Metall, welche sich be  sonders für lamellierte Polschuhe von Elek  tromagneten dynamoelektrischer Maschinen  eignen.  



  Zweck vorliegender Erfindung besteht  darin, lamellierte Körper zu schaffen, deren  Lamellen oder Pressstücke derart miteinander  vereinigt sind, dass sie nicht leicht gegenein  ander verschoben werden können, damit sie  gebohrt und mit Gewinde für die Aufnahme  von Befestigungsbolzen versehen oder ander  weitig bearbeitet werden können.  



  Erfindungsgemäss weisen die einzelnen La  mellen Löseher auf, durch welche ein stab  förmiges Organ zum Zusammenklemmen der  Lamellen hindurchtritt, wobei Löcher und  staubförmiges Organ so gestaltet sind, dass eine  relative Verdrehung zwischen stabförmigem  Organ und Lamellen verunmöglicht ist.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.  



  Fig. 1 stellt einen Aufriss eines durch  einen lamellierten Körper gebildeten Pol  schuhes dar;    Fig. 2 ist eine Vorderansicht desselben;  Fig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht einer La  melle;  Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen im Grundriss bezw.  Aufriss ein stabförmiges Organ in U-Form  abgebogen, zum Zusammenhalten der La  mellen.  



  Der dargestellte Polschuh besteht aus  einer Anzahl von Lamellen a, welche der  fertigen Form des Polschuhes entsprechend  geformt sind. In jeder Lamelle sind zwei  Löcher b von rechteckigem Querschnitt vor  gesehen. Mittelst dieser Löcher sind die La  mellen auf die entsprechend profilierten  Schenkel eines U-förmig abgebogenen Me  tallstabes c aufgebracht. Die Schenkel sind  an den Enden abgebogen, wie in Fig. 1 ge  zeigt, um die Lamellen zusammenzuklemmen  und ein Loslösen derselben zu verhindern.

  According to the invention, the individual lamellae have looseners through which a rod-shaped organ for clamping the lamellae passes, holes and dust-like organ being designed so that relative rotation between the rod-shaped organ and lamellae is impossible.



  On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown.



  Fig. 1 is an elevation of a pole piece formed by a laminated body; Fig. 2 is a front view of the same; Fig. 3 is a side view of a lamella; FIGS. 4 and 5 show respectively in plan. Elevation of a rod-shaped organ bent in a U-shape to hold the lamellae together.



  The pole piece shown consists of a number of lamellas a, which are shaped to match the finished shape of the pole piece. In each lamella two holes b of rectangular cross-section are seen before. In the middle of these holes, the lamellae are applied to the correspondingly profiled legs of a U-shaped bent Me tallstabes c. The legs are bent at the ends, as shown in Fig. 1 GE, in order to clamp the slats together and prevent them from becoming detached.

PATENTANSPRUCH Lamellierter Körper, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass die einzelnen Lamellen Löcher auf weisen, durch welche ein stabförmiges Organ zum Zusammenklemmen der Lamellen hin durchtritt, wobei Löcher und stabförmiges Organ so gestaltet sind, dass eine relative Verdrehung zwischen stahförmigem Organ und Lamellen verunmöglicht ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1 Lamellierter Körper nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stabför mige Organ von vieleckigem Querschnitt ist und die Löcher entsprechenden Quer schnitt aufweisen. 2. Lamellierter Körper nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stabför- mige Organ U-Form besitzt, dessen Schen kel von vieleckigem Querschnitt durch einen entsprechenden Querschnitt aufwei sende Löcher in den Lamellen hindurch treten. 3.
