tipparat für orthopädische Gymnastik. Gegentand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Apparat für orthopädische Gym nastik. Gemäss Erfindung besitzt derselbe zwei sich hnuzende, miteinander verbundene @ltähc, von denen der vertikale Stab be stimmt ist, sich auf den Rückgrat, und der horizontale in die Kreuzgegend zu legen und von den Armen nach vorn gezogen zu werden.
Die Mehnttng veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes durch Fig. 1 im Aufriss in Gebrauchsstellung, durch I'ig. 2 in der Seitenansicht, und durch Fig. 3 im Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie x-x (Fier. 1); Fig. 4 zeigt in zwei Ansichten eine Einzelheit.
Ein flacher, vertikaler Stab 1 und ein runder, horizontaler Stab 2 kreuzen sich und sind an der Kreuzungsstelle miteinander ver bunden. Im obern und untern Teil besitzt der vertikale Flachstab 1 je einen Längs schlitz 3 bezw. 4, durch welchen ein Schrau benbolzen 5 bezw. 6 mit Flügelmutter 7 bezw. 8 gesteckt und auf die gewünschte Höhe einstellbar ist. Jede dieser Schrauben dient zum Einstellen und Befestigen eines zweiteiligen Halters 9 bezw. 10 .aus federn- dem Stahlband am Stab 1.
Jeder Teil des Kopfhalters 9 und des Hüfthalters 10 besitzt einen Schlitz 11 zur Einstellung der Halter teile auf die betreffende Kopfgrösse bezw. Hüftweite. Der horizontale Stab 2 besitzt auf jeder Seite Querlöcher. 12, in deren jedes ein Schraubenbolzen 13 mit Flügelmutter 14 eingesteckt werden kann. Mittelst dieses Bol zens wird ein am obern Ende hakenförmig gebogener Achselhalter 15 aus federndem Stahlband mit Schlitz 16 im untern Teil am Stab 2 einstellbar festgehalten.
Zum Gebrauch des Apparates für ortho pädische Heilzwecke wird er so zum Beispiel auf den Rücken eines Kindes gelegt, dass der vertikale Stab 1 auf dem Rückgrat und der horizontale Stab 2 in die Kreuzgegend zu lie gen kommt. Durch die um den Stab 2 ge legten Arme wird der Apparat fest an den Rücken gehalten, wodurch ein Geradhalten des Körpers-erzielt wird. Der Kopfhalter 9 verhindert ein Neigen des Kopfes nach vorn und nach der Seite, und der Hüfthalter ein seitliches Ausbiegen der Hüfte. Der Achsel halter 15 wird auf die Normalhöhe der Ach seln eingestellt, wodurch ein fehlerhaftes Höherhalten einer Achsel gegenüber der an dern korrigiert werden kann.
Gegebenen falls können auch zwei Achselhalter verwen det werden. An Stelle des Achselhalters könnte eine Achselstütze 16' aus starkem Draht, wie sie Fig. 4 darstellt, mit dem ver tikalen Teil durch eines von im horizontalen Stab vorgesehenen vertikalen Löcher ge steckt, in der Höhe passend eingestellt und mittelst Stellring 17 und Stellschraube 18 fixiert werden (Fig. 1). Auch könnten je nach Notwendigkeit an der einen Achsel ein Achselhalter und unter der andern Achsel eine Achselstütze, oder dann beidseitig Ach selstützen verwendet werden.
In seiner einfachsten Form besitzt der Apparat nur die Stäbe 1 und 2 ohne Kopf-, Hüft- und Achselhalter. Durch im obern und untern Teil des Stabes 1 parallel zum Stab 2 angebrachte Löcher können Bänder zum Festhalten des Kopfes und der Hüfte gezogen werden. Ebenso könnten am Kopf-, wie am Hüfthalter, Bänder zur Fixierung des Kopfes und der Hüfte angebracht sein.
Mit dem Apparat am Bliehen können 3Zarsch:- oder andere Übungen gemacht wer den. Er bildet ein vorzügliches Nittel zur Angewöhnung einer geraden Körperhaltung und zur Korrektur fehlerhafter Körper- lialtunben und dienil ferner als Hilfsmittel für Atembvmnastik.
Um den Apparat leicht verpacken und für die Reise gebrauchen zu können, könnte der horizontale Stab umlebbar an den Vertikal- stab angebracht sein. Zu diesem Zwecke ist an der Kreuzungsstelle der beiden Stäbe zum Beispiel eine Schraube mit Flügelmutter vorzusehen.
Infolge seiner geringen Herstellungs kosten kann er von jedermann angeschafft werden.
