Description
Einrichtung zur Betätigung von Spülkästen mittelst Druckknopf. Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine. Einrichtung zur Betätigung von Spül kästen mittelst Druckknopfes.
Die Zeichnung betrifft ein Ausführungs- beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1. zeigt die Einrichtung im Quer schnitt und in Ruhestellung; In Fig. 2 ist die Einrichtung im Schnitt dargestellt bei niedergedrücktem Druckknopf, also bei. in Tätigkeit gesetztem Spülkasten.
Im Gehäuse<I>a</I> ist die Bohrung<I>h,</I> durch welche das eine Kettenende der Zugkette c in das Gehäuse a gesteckt ist, rechtwinklig zur Bohrung g gerichtet. In dieser Bohrung g ist der mit einem Druckknopf versehene Stossbolzen b gleitend gelagert. Beide Boh rungen g und h tangieren an eine gewölbte Clleitflä ehe f. Das Gehäuse a ist mit einer Wandbefestigungsplatte i versehen.
Die in die Üffnung h gesteckte Zugkette c ist über dict Gleitfläche /' geführt und mit dem letz ten K ettengliede vermittelst eines Querstiftes d an dem der Wandplatte zugekehrten Ende des Stossbolzens b befestigt. In der Längs nute e des Stossbolzens b findet ein Teil der Zugkette c Platz.
Die Wirkungsweise. der Einrichtung ist folgende: Wird der Stossbolzen b in der Rich tung gegen die Wandplatte i hin gedrückt, so wird die mit dem Stift<I>d</I> am Stossbolzen <I>b</I> befestigte Kette c ebenfalls in gleichgerichtete Bewegung gesetzt; dabei gleitet ein Teil der Kette c über die gewölbte Gleitfläche f nach (vergleiche Fig. 2). Diese Gleitfläche f dient dazu, dia Zugkette aus der Axenrichtung der Öffnung h in die Axenrichtung von g einzulenken.
Wie bei den bisher bekannten Spülkasten-. betätigungszügen, wird auch bei der vor beschriebenen Einrichtung die Zugkette und mit dieser auch der Stossbolzen durch die Ar matur im Spülkasten, mit welcher das andere Ende der Zugkette verbunden ist, wieder selbsttätig in die Anfangsstellung (vergleiche Fig. 1) zurückgezogen, worauf die Einrich tung für die nächstfolgende Betätigung des Spülkastens bereit ist.
An Stelle einer Kette kann naturgemäss auch ein Drahtseil oder ein bewegliches Metallband oder sonst ein flexibles Zugorgan angewendet werden, um die Bewegung des Stossbolzens auf die Ar matur im Spülkasten zu übertragen. Die Fläche f kann auch chirch ein Segment einer Lenkrolle gebildet werden.

In the housing <I> a </I> the bore <I> h, </I> through which one end of the chain c is inserted into the housing a is directed at right angles to the bore g. In this bore g, the pushbutton provided with a push bolt b is slidably mounted. Both bores g and h are tangent to a curved Clleitflähe f. The housing a is provided with a wall mounting plate i.
The pull chain c inserted into the opening h is guided over the sliding surface / 'and attached to the last chain link by means of a transverse pin d on the end of the pintle b facing the wall panel. In the longitudinal groove e of the bolt b, part of the pull chain c takes place.
The way it works. The device is as follows: If the pusher bolt b is pressed in the direction against the wall plate i, the chain c attached to the pusher bolt <I> b </I> with the pin <I> d </I> is also in the same direction Movement set; part of the chain c slides over the curved sliding surface f (see FIG. 2). This sliding surface f serves to guide the pull chain from the axial direction of the opening h into the axial direction of g.
As with the previously known cistern. control cables, the pull chain and with this also the pusher bolt through the Ar matur in the cistern, with which the other end of the pull chain is connected, is automatically withdrawn to the starting position (see Fig. 1), whereupon the device device is ready for the next actuation of the cistern.
Instead of a chain, a wire rope or a movable metal band or some other flexible pulling element can naturally also be used to transmit the movement of the pusher bolt to the arm in the cistern. The surface f can also be formed as a segment of a steering roller.
