Abstract
the design is shape of the handle namely an oval mid-portion and an oval lower portion as seen in Figure 1, the oval mid-portion having slightly concave front and rear surfaces as seen in Figure 2, the oval lower portion also being oval in side view, as seen in Figure 2, the mid-portion and the lower portion being joined by a narrow neck portion as seen in Figures 1 and 2.Drawings of the design are included, in which:Figure 1: is a front elevation view showing a toothbrush handle;Figure 2: is a left side elevation view thereof;Figure 3: is a back elevation view thereof;Figure 4: is a right side elevation view thereof;Figure 5: is a top plan view thereof;Figure 6: is a bottom plan view thereof;Figure 7: is a front perspective view, as seen from the front left side, thereof;andFigure 8: is a back perspective view, as seen from the back right side, thereof.
