Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the entire GOLF CLUB SHAFT. In particular, the novel and distinctive features include the upper generally cylindrical butt end having a darkened tonal contrast when compared to the lower generally cylindrical tip end having a lighter tone. The portion between the upper butt end and the lower tip end is encircled by a generally cylindrical ferrule element. The first variant of the GOLF CLUB SHAFT shown in figures 1 to 4 displays a constant diameter portion in the tip. The second variant of the design, shown in Figures 5 to 8, displays a shaft having a straight taper from butt to tip end.
