Claims (10)
- - 18 - Claims 1. Method for calendering an electrode tape, comprising: a calendering process, wherein an electrode tape (37) is passed through a roller gap (15) of a pair of rollers (9) of a calendering device (1), namely by compressing the electrode tape (37), in which calendering process a defect detection step is carried out in which at least one defect (39) of the electrode tape (37) is directly or indirectly detected, and in which calendering process, if a defect (39) is detected during the defect detection step, the pair of rollers (9), and this before the defect (39) reaches the roller gap (15), is adjusted in an opening step from a calendering position of the pair of rollers (9) to an open position of the pair of rollers (9), characterized in that the defect detection step and / or the opening step is carried out, preferably automatically or fully automatically, by means of an open-loop and / or closed-loop control system of the calendering device (1).

Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the open-loop and / or closed-loop control system has a data storage (35) and that data storage position information about the position of the defect (39) of the electrode tape (37), preferably in relation to the electrode tape (37) and / or a longitudinal direction of the electrode tape (37), is stored in the data storage (35), and that an open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit (31) of the open-loop and / or closed-loop control system retrieves and / or receives the data storage position information, preferably at the defect detection step and / or for the detection of the defect, as a data storage signal.
