Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un récipient pour la préparation d'une boisson dans un dispositif de préparation de boisson, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a. fournir une paroi d'injection d'eau (3) dudit récipient, b. fournir une paroi de distribution de boisson (4) dudit récipient, au moins l'une, de préférence les deux, desdites parois d'injection et de distribution (3, 4) ayant une forme de coupelle, c. placer un corps d'ingrédient de boisson dans ladite au moins une paroi en forme de coupelle (4), d. fermer ensemble de manière étanche des parties de bord (3A, 4A) desdites parois d'injection et de distribution (4, 3) dans une station d'étanchéité, de manière à former une chambre (1), ladite station d'étanchéité comprenant un élément de boîtier ayant une température de boîtier (Th), ledit corps (2) étant conformé et dimensionné de manière à ne pas remplir complètement ladite chambre (1), ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape d'étanchéité, le récipient est refroidi à une température de refroidissement (Tc) qui est soit : - au moins 15 °C inférieure à la température du boîtier, ou - comprise entre -10 °C et +25° C.
