Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'avancement d'instruments (100) destiné à entraîner au moins un premier instrument (210) en translation et/ou en rotation, ledit dispositif d'avancement d'instruments (100) comprenant les éléments suivants : un dispositif de guidage (110) comprenant au moins un premier corps d'arbre (111) s'étendant dans une direction d'entraînement en translation dudit premier instrument (210) au moins ; au moins un premier moteur (120) conçu pour être mobile le long du premier corps d'arbre (111) de façon motorisée ; et au moins un deuxième moteur (130) conçu pour être mobile le long du premier corps d'arbre (111) ou le long d'un deuxième corps d'arbre (112) de façon motorisée, ledit deuxième corps d'arbre étant aligné parallèlement au premier corps d'arbre (111), le premier moteur (120) étant relié ou pouvant être relié à un premier dispositif de maintien (125) destiné à maintenir et/ou déplacer le premier instrument (210), et le deuxième moteur (130) étant relié ou pouvant être relié à un deuxième dispositif de maintien (135) pour maintenir et/ou déplacer le premier instrument (210) ou un deuxième instrument (220). L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un dispositif à broche (150) avec un double filetage dans un dispositif d'avancement d'instruments (100).
