Therefore, the above-mentioned terminologies shall not be interpreted as confine to the present invention.
[0078] It should be understood that the term "a" or "an" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more". In other words, in one embodiment, the number of an element may be one, and in another embodiment, the number of the element may be plural. The term "a" or "an" should not be understood as a limitation on the number.
[0079] Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 8C of the drawings, a pet bath container according to a first preferred embodiment is illustrated, wherein the pet bath container is adapted to contain the water or a cleaning solvent therein so as to function as a bath tub or a swimming pool. The pet bath container comprises a supporting frame, an operation switch 20, a containing body 30 and a supporting pad 60. The supporting frame is preferred to be a foldable supporting frame 10. The operation switch 20 is adapted to switch the state of the foldable supporting frame 10 between an unfolded state and a folded state through a single-pulling operation. The containing body 30 is fixed or detachably connected with the foldable supporting frame 10. In the other words, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is unfolded, the containing body 30 is followed to be unfolded to contain a bathing liquid. Meanwhile, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the folded state, the containing body 30 and the foldable supporting frame 10 are folded together, such that the whole bath container is adapted to be stored in a folded manner.
[0080] Preferably, during the unfloding process of the foldable supporting frame 10, the containing body 30 is automatically unfolded following the unfloding of the foldable supporting frame 10, correspondingly, during the folding process of the foldable supporting frame 10, the containing body 30 is automatically folded following the folding of the foldable supporting frame 10.
[0081] Preferably, the foldable supporting frame 10 is a rigid frame whose material is selected from the group consisting of wood, metal, metal alloy, plastic and the combination thereof. For example the material metal of the foldable supporting frame 10 can be iron, copper or aluminum.
[0082] The containing body 30 is preferably a flexible body made of PE
(polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PP (polypropylene), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) or other flexible waterproof material. Thus, the containing body 30 is constructed to be easily folded with the folding of the foldable supporting frame 10 and easily expanded with the foldable supporting frame 10. When the foldable supporting frame 10 is expanded and unfolded, the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the unfolded state and supported by the operation switch 20 to provide rigid support for the containing body 30.
When the foldable supporting frame 10 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the operation switch 20 can be operated to release the rigid support of the foldable supporting frame 10.
[0083] It is worth to mention that the single-pulling operation mentioned in the present invention represents the operation mode switching the state of the bath container from the unfolded state to the folded state is a unidirectional mode, that is, the bath container is able to be switched from the unfolded state to the folded state by operating the bath container towards one direction. Preferably, the single-pulling operation mentioned in the present invention represents the operation mode switching the state of the bath container from the unfolded state to the folded state is a unidirectional single pulling mode, that is, the bath container is able to be switched from the unfolded state to the folded state by operating the bath container towards one direction at one time. Even so, one skilled in the art will understand that pulling the bath container in the same direction in stages may also cause the bath container to switch from the unfolded state to the folded state, for example, pulling the bath container twice in the same direction may also cause the bath container to switch from the unfolded state to the folded state.
[0084] According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the containing body 30 is placed at the foldable supporting frame 10. The containing body 30 is driven by the foldable supporting frame 10 to be folded or unfolded. When the containing body 30 is able to be unfolded, foldable supporting frame 10 is also be unfolded.
It is worth to mention that no extra step is needed, the bath container is adapted to be unfolded completely. No extra step is needed to open the containing body 30 or improve the supporting stability to the containing body 30. When the foldable supporting frame 10 is operated to be unfolded, the containing body 30 is extended at the same time.
Moreover, it is similar that folding the containing body 30 by folding the foldable supporting frame 10. When folding the foldable supporting frame 10, the foldable supporting frame 10 is adapted to drive the containing body 30 to fold. Thus, the easy operation is adapted to switch the folded or unfolded state of the bath container.
[0085] The foldable supporting frame 10 comprises at least two top arms 11, at least two folding arms 1 and at least four supporting legs 13, wherein each top arm 11 is adapted to be placed on the folding arms 12 and the supporting legs 13, wherein the supporting legs 13 support the folding arms 12 and the top arms 11. Preferably, the quantity of the top arms 11, folding arms 12 and the supporting legs 13 are arranged correspondingly, also each top arm 11 and each folding arm 12 are supported by the supporting legs 13 correspondingly.
[0086] It is worth to mention that the folding arms 12 are pivotally connected with each other by the operation switch 20. The rotation of the folding arm 12 is adapted to drive the folding or unfolding movement of the top arms 11 and the supporting legs 13. When the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the folded state, the two folding arms 12 can be folded and overlapped with each other, and when the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the unfolded state, the two folding arms 12 can be deployed to expand. Thus, when the folding arm 12 is folded, the top arms 11 and the supporting legs 13 are folded following the folding of the folding arm 12. Therefore, it is convenient to operate through folding the folding arm 12 only to fold the whole foldable supporting frame 10. And when the foldable supporting frame 10 is folded, the containing body 30 is also folded.
[0087] The operation switch 20 is connected at ends of the two folding arms 12, so as to control the foldable supporting frame 10 to switch between the folded and unfolded state.
The operation switch 20 can be further operated by being pulled to change the folding arm 12 from the unfolded state to the folded state. In other words, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the unfolded state, the operation switch 20 is pulled, and the situation of the folding arm 12 is changed, that is, the folding arm 12 is folded due to the loss of support and the effect of gravity. Through the single-pulling operation, pull the operation switch 20 to fold the foldable supporting frame 10.
[0088] To be specific, two folding arms 12 form the pivot connection with each other around a rotating rod 121 and the rotating rod 121 is positioned between the ends of two folding arms 12. The rotating rod 121 is installed on the operation switch 20.
The two folding arms 12 rotate around the operation switch 20, and the operation switch 20 limits the rotation of the folding arms 12 with respect to each other. According to this embodiment, one of the folding arms 12 is fixed on the operation switch 20 and the other rotates relatively freely with respect to the operation switch 20. One of the folding arms 12 is defined as a fixed arm 1201 and the other is defined as a free arm 1202.
The fixed arm 1201 is installed on the operation switch 20 together with the rotating rod 121. The free arm 1202 is adapted to be rotationally arranged on the operation switch 20 around the rotating rod 121.
[0089] In addition, the rotation of the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 around the rotating rod 121 is asymmetrical. That is to say, when the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 are folded with each other, the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 are staggered and stacked with each other, and will not contact or collide with each other. On one hand, no mechanical damage during the folding and unfloding process of the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 will occur. On the other hand, after folding, a holding channel is formed between the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202.
[0090] It is worth mentioning that the end of the free arm 1202 is further transversely connected to a switching rod 122. When the folding arm 12 flatly and horizontally unfolded, the switching rod 122 is firmly supported by the operation switch 20, and the free arm 1202 is parallel to the fixed arm 1201. When the switching rod 122 is supported, the free arm 1202 is supported at the same side of the fixed arm 1201 and is opposite to the fixed arm 1201. If the operation switch 20 maintains the support for the switching rod 122, the free arm 1202 remains relatively parallel to the fixed arm 1201. If the operation switch 20 releases the switching rod 122, the free arm 1202 loses its support and rotates around the rotating rod 121 under the action of gravity and folds toward the fixed arm 1201. In other words, when the switching rod 122 is supported by the operation switch 20, the folding arm 12 is unfolded and difficult to change position due to the limitation of the operation switch 20. Once the switching rod 122 leaves the operation switch 20, the folding arm 12 can be rotated around the rotating rod 121 to be folded.
Therefore, the folding arm 12 is controlled in terms of movement by the operation switch 20, and the folding or unfolding state of the foldable supporting frame 10 is indirectly determined by the operation switch 20.
[0091] In addition, the supporting legs 13 and the folding arms 12 are respectively pivotally connected with respect to a connecting pivot 130. When the folding arm 12 rotates around the rotating rod 121, the angle and distance between the folding arms 12 are changed. And the supporting leg 13 is forced to rotate about the connecting pivot 130.
Each of the supporting legs 13, each of the folding arms 12 and the connecting pivot 130 are formed to be a rotatable X-shaped frame. Since the movement of the folding arms 12 is transmitted to the supporting legs 13, there is no need to move the supporting legs 13 to further fold or unfold.
[0092] Moreover, each top arm 11 is driven by the supporting legs 13 to rotate through a folding assembly 110, and the folding assembly 110 is installed on the top of the supporting legs 13. When the supporting legs 13 folds or unfolds with the rotation of the folding arm 12, the top arm 11 is forced to rotate around the folding assembly 110. Each supporting leg 13, each top arm 11 and the folding assembly 110 are formed to be a rotatable A-shaped frame. Because the driving of the folding assembly 110, it is not necessary to fold or unfold the supporting legs 13 because the movement of the folding assembly 110 is transmitted to the supporting legs 13.
[0093] In particular, the folding assembly 110 comprises a folding base 111 and a linked element 112. The folding base 111 is arranged at the end of the top arm 11 and contains the upper ends of the supporting legs 13 therein. The linked element 112 comprises two interlocking members 1121 respectively mounted on the top of the supporting legs 13 and the ends of the top arms 11. The interlocking member 1121 is connected through an interlocking shaft 1122 so that the angle between each of the top arms 11 and each of the supporting legs 13 is adapted to be controlled, also the maximum angle is limited. Each of the top arms 11, each of the supporting legs 13 and the interlocking member 1121 is constructed to A-shaped, the top arms 11 will drive the supporting legs 13 to move, the supporting legs 13 will drive the top arms 11 to move around the folding base 111.
[0094] Preferably, through operating the operation switch 20 to release the switching rod 122 so as to fold the folding arms 12, further the supporting legs 13 and the top arms 11 are folded. Preferably, the top arm 11 are unfolded to further drive the folding arms 12 to be supported on the operation switch 20, adn drive the supporting legs 13 to unfold.
[0095] What's more, each of the supporting legs 13 is adapted to be installed with an extending leg 14 correspondingly for raising the height of the top arms 11 and keeping the containing body 30 on the top arms 11 in a predetermined position, as shown in Fig. 5.
Through the extending legs 14, the containing body 30 is supported at a predetermined height off the ground for relatively hygienic cleaning while using the water or clean solvent. Moreover, the user can comfortably use the container without bending over.
[0096] The containing body 30 comprises a surrounding wall 31 and a bottom wall 32 sealed connected with the surrounding wall 31 to form the containing body 30 with a bowl shape. The edge 310 of the surrounding wall 31 is placed at the top arm 11 of the foldable supporting frame 10. In some alternative modes of the invention, the containing body 30 is detachably placed on the top arms 11 for replacement. The containing body 30 also comprises at least one pocket 33 placed on the surrounding wall 31. The pocket 33 is adapted to hold other items in it to facilitate grasping items while using liquids for cleaning or playing.
[0097] It is worth mentioning that the bottom wall 32 has an water outlet 322 to discharge water or cleaning solvent in the containing body 30. Preferably, the water outlet 322 is positioned at the area having a lower height with respect to other area, so as to effectively drain the internal liquid. The water outlet 322 is adapted to be connected with a drain pipe 40 so that the liquid flows out of the containing body 30 along a certain path. The water outlet 322 is adapted to be covered and plugged by a plug for the use of the liquid contained in the containing body 30.
[0098] In particular, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the folded state, the drain pipe 40 is placed in the holding channel. The holding channel has a certain width because of the asymmetric folding of the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202.
The drain pipe 40 is not squeezed by the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 in the holding channel. That is, the drain pipe 40 is kept in the holding channel in the folded state and is enclosed in the holding channel by the fixed arm 1201 and the free arm 1202 from both sides. Therefore, the drain pipe will not be damaged by the force of clamping, and the drain pipe 40 is maintained in the certain position to avoid random swing.
[0099] The bottom wall 32 also comprises a handle 321 connected to the operation switch 20. By operating the handle 321 can operate the operation switch 20 to fold the folding arm 12.
[00100] The operation switch 20 comprises a body 21, a slider 22 removable in the body 21 and an elastic element 23 connecting the body 21 to the slider 22 so as to fasten the slider 22 in the body 21. The body 21 is constructed and formed to remain at an end of one of the folding arms 12. In particular, the body 21 rotationally accommodates the free arm 1202 and fixedly accommodates the fixed arm 1201. It is worth mentioning that the slider 22 is partially protruding outside the body 21 due to the pushing force of the elastic element 23. When the elastic element 23 pushes the slider 22 to protrude out of the body 21, the slider 22 can support the folding arm 12 in position. Once the slider 22 moves into the body 21, the folding arm 12 falls due to losing its support and rotates around the rotating rod 121. When the folding arms 12 are no longer supported by the slider 22 of the operation switch 20, the folding arms 12 is folded, that is, the two folding arms 12 overlap with each other.
[00101] When the free arm 1202 rotates to be supported by the slider 22 and parallel to the fixed arm 1201, the folding arms 12 are unfolded flatly and the foldable supporting frame 10 is in the unfolded state. When the slider 22 moves back in the body 21, the free arm 1202 falls and folds with the fixed arm 1201.
[00102] According to this preferred embodiment, the body 21 is formed by two fixed arm cavities 211, two free arm cavities 212 and a sliding cavity 213. The end of the fixed arm 1201 is fixed in the fixed arm cavities 211, and the rotating rod 121 passes through the fixed arm cavities 211. The end of the free arm 1202 is movably arranged in the free arm cavities 212 and rotationally connected about the rotating rod 121. Therefore, the rotating rod 121 passes through the fixed arm cavities 211 and the free arm cavities 212. In other words, both ends of the free arm 1202 and both ends of the fixed arm 1201 revolve about the rotating rod 121. The fixed arm 1201 remains stationary within the fixed arm cavities 211 of the body 21, and the free arm 1202 is adapted to rotate within the free arm cavities 212 of the body 21. The slider 22 is movably arranged in the sliding cavity 213 for being moved in or being pushed out of the sliding cavity 213 by the elastic element 23.
[00103] The switching rod 122 is arranged outside of the body 21 and is capable of applying a pushing force to the slider 22 for backwardly moving the slider 22 in the sliding cavity 213. When the switching rod 122 is lifted to force the slider 22 to move in and the free arm 1202 rotates about the rotating rod 121 to unfold, the slider 22 is pushed to move back into the sliding cavity 213. When the switching rod 122 passes through the slider 22 and does not exert a force on the slider 22, the slider 22 is pushed out of the sliding cavity 213 through the elastic element 23 again. And the switching rod 122 is supported by the protruded slider 22. In this situation, the switching rod 122 is not only unable to push back the slider 22, but the slider 22 also bears the weight of the switching rod 122. If the slider 22 is maintained protruding, the switching rod 122 is still supported by the slider 22 of the operation switch 20, then the free arm 1202 is unfolded relative to the fixed arm 1201 and the folding arm 12 are unfolded flatly and steadily.
[00104] The slider 22 comprises a supporting end 221 formed as a unidirectional slope.
The switching rod 122 pushes the supporting end 221 to move on the slope. The surface of the supporting end 221 supports the switching rod 122 to bear the weight of the switching rod 122 without being pushed back.
[00105] The slider 22 comprises a pulling end 222 suitable to be securely connected to a pulling belt 24. By pulling out the pulling belt 24, the slider 22 resists the elastic force of the elastic element 23 and moves backward in the sliding cavity 213.
[00106] The slider 22 also comprises a stopper 223 protruding into the body 21 to clamp the slider 22 in the sliding cavity 213 so as to prevent the slider 22 from leaving the sliding cavity 213 through the push of the elastic element 23. In the other words, the slider 22 is pushed by the elastic element 23 and kept by the stopper 223, thus being kept within the sliding cavity 213. And the slider 22 is restricted to move along a specific path in the sliding cavity 213. According to this preferred embodiment, the sliding cavity 213 also comprises at least one sliding rail 2134 formed inside the sliding cavity 213 to limit the movement direction and movement distance of the slider 22. The slider 22 further comprises at least one gliding foot, wherein the guiding foot 224 is engaged correspondingly with the sliding rail 2134 of the sliding cavity 213.
[00107] The sliding cavity 213 has a supporting opening 2131 corresponding to the free arm 1202 and a pulling opening 2132 corresponding to the fixed arm 1201. The slider 22 is protruding from the supporting opening 2131 by the elastic element 23, and when pressed by the switching rod 122, the slider 22 is pulled back toward the pulling opening 2132. The sliding cavity 213 also comprises a limiting window. The limiting window is preferably located at the top of the body 21. The limiting window accommodates the stopper 223 of the slider 22 therein. The limiting window is adapted to limit the stopper 223 to move within the area of the limiting window. Among other feasible alternatives, the limiting window can be shaped into a slot to limit the movement of the stopper 223.
[00108] The pulling belt 24 extends out of the body 21 from the pulling end 222 of the slider 22 through the pulling opening 2132. When the pulling belt 24 pulls the slider 22 back to the sliding cavity 213, the supporting end 221 moves backward, and the switching rod 122 loses support because of the backward movement of the supporting end 221. The stopper 223 is limited by the limiting window to continue moving backward to avoid excessive movement of the slider 22.
[00109] One end of the pulling belt 24 is connected to the handle 321 of the bottom wall 32 of the containing body 30. The other end of the pulling belt 24 is connected to the slider 22. Therefore, when the handle 321 is pulled to lift the containing body 30, the pulling belt 24 transmits a force to pull the slider 22 to move into the sliding cavity 213.
Only one step is needed, the operation switch 20 can be operated, that is, only pulling the handle 321 of the containing body 30, the operation switch 20 can be operated further to fold the foldable supporting frame 10.
[00110] As the bath container needs to be used, the top arms rae opened from the folded state. The top arms will drive the supporting legs 13 to move and unfold about the folding assembly 110. The supporting legs 13 drives the folding arms 12 to deploy about the connecting pivot 130. In other words, the folding arm 12 is driven to rotate about the connecting pivot 130 by the movement of the supporting legs 13. When the folding arms 12 are to be unfolded to lie flat with each other, the folding arms 12 rotate about the rotating rod 121. The folding arm 12 will be supported by the operation switch 20 to restrict further movement.
[00111] Specifically, when the free arm 1202 rotates to be aligned with the fixed arm 1201, the free arm 1202 rotates to a position that is supported by the slider 22 of the operation switch 20 and parallel to the fixed arm 1201 to flatly unfold the folding arms 12. The foldable supporting frame 10 is in the unfolded state. When the free arm 1202 rotates, the switching rod 122 is lifted to exert a force on the supporting end 221 of the slider 22. The slider 22 is then pushed back into the sliding cavity 213.
After the switching rod 122 is continuously raised over the slider 22, the slider 22 is not subject to the pushing force, and the slider 22 is pushed out of the sliding cavity 213 by the elastic element 23 to pop out of the sliding cavity 213. The switching rod 122 is supported by the protruding slider 22 on the slider 22, in which case the switching rod 122 cannot push the slider 22 back, but instead applies its weight on the slider 22.
Therefore, the folding arm 12 are extended and stably supported by the operation switch 20. The foldable supporting frame 10 is also in the unfolded state. The containing body 30 opens with the expansion of the top arm.
[00112] Generally, with the deployment of the top arms 11 of the foldable supporting frame 10, the folding arms 12 are stably supported by the operation switch 20, and the containing body 30 is opened under the movement of the top arms 11.
[00113] To fold the bath container, the handle 321 is pulled to lift the containing body 30, and the pulling belt 24 transmits the pulling force to pull the slider 22 back in the sliding cavity 213. When the folding arm 12 are unfolded, the supporting end supports the switching rod 122 on its plane and bears the weight of the switching rod 122 without being pushed back. When the slider 22 moves backward in the sliding cavity 213, it will resist the elastic force of the elastic element 23. The switching rod 122 of the folding arm 12 drops after losing support and causes the free arm 1202 to rotate about the rotating rod 121. In other words, the free arm 1202 falls to fold with the fixed arm 1201.
[00114] When the two arms of the folding arm 12 are folded with each other, the top arms 11 and the supporting legs 13 are also folded. The rotation of the folding arm 12 drives the supporting legs 13 to move about the connecting pivot 130. In other words, the supporting legs 13 are rotated with the folding of the folding arms 12, and the top arms 11 are driven to rotate about the folding assemblies 110, so as to be folded.
[00115] Generally, the pulling belt 24 is pulled to operate the operation switch 20, the folding arm 12 loses its support by the operation switch 20, and then the folding arm 12 folds due to the gravity, also the supporting legs 13, the top arms 11, and the containing body 30 are also folded along with the folding of the folding arms 12. Thus, the bath container is folded by the single-pulling operation.
[00116] In this embodiment of the invention, the supporting pad 60 is arranged on the containing body 30, wherein the supporting pad 60 has a flat supporting surface 601 for supporting the pet in the containing body 30 when the pet bath container is unfolded.
[00117] According to this preferred embodiment, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is unfolded, the containing body 30 and the supporting pad 60 are automatically unfolded with the folding operation of the foldable supporting frame 10. In the other words, during the folding process of the foldable supporting frame 10, when the foldable supporting frame 10 is folded, the foldable supporting frame 10, the containing body 30 and the supporting pad 60 are automatically folded.
[00118] According to this preferred embodiment, the supporting pad 60 is introduced to provide rigid and stable support for the pet in the flexible containing body 30 for bathing, cleaning or playing. In other words, under the support by the supporting pad 60, the pet is able to stand or sit firmly in the containing body 30 above the supporting pad 60.
[00119] The supporting pad 60 comprises two pad bodies 61 and a flexible connector 62 connected between the two pad bodies 61. Each of the two pad bodies 61 is made of a stiffer material to provide stiffer support for the pet while the pet bath container is in the unfolded state for the pet' bathing. When the pet bath container is in the folded state, the containing body 30 are folded with the folding of the foldable supporting frame 10, and the two containing bodies 30 are folded along with the folding of the containing body 30 and are overlapped with each other. Each of the two containing bodies 30 can be made of wood, metal, metal alloy, plastic or other materials. It can be made of latex cushion, sponge cushion, air cushion and other materials, which only need to be able to provide the relatively stable and flat supporting surface 601, in order to firmly support the pet.
[00120] The containing body 30 comprises two wall layers 302, and the supporting pad 60 can be embedded between two wall layers 302 of the bottom wall 32 so that the supporting pad 60 can provide the rigid support at the bottom and can be folded along with the fold of the containing body 30.

In this preferred embodiment, the supporting pad 60 is adapted to be positioned above the bottom wall 32 within the containing body 30 to support the pet. The supporting pad 60 has the flat supporting surface 601 for supporting the pet in the containing body 30 when the pet bath container is unfolded.
[00122] The supporting pad 60 can be implemented as an integrated padding body 61.
When the containing body 30 is in the unfolded state, the supporting pad 60 can be arranged in the containing body 30, and when moving from the unfolded state to the folded state, the containing body 30 can be removed before folding of the containing body 30. Alternatively, the bottom wall 32 of the containing body 30 are formed integrally to become the flat supporting surface 601 of the supporting pad 60.
In the other words, the supporting pad 60 provides the bottom wall 32 of the containing body 30.
[00123] According to this preferred embodiment, the supporting pad 60 is detachably coupled to the containing body 30 and the supporting pad 60 comprises two pad bodies 61, an elastic connector 62 connected between the two pad bodies 61 and two connecting devices 63 used to connect these two pad bodies 61 and the elastic connector 62. The pad bodies 61 are connected to the surrounding wall or the bottom wall 32 of the containing body 30, so that the two pad bodies 61 can provide rigid support for the pet when the foldable bath container is in the unfolded state and can be folded along with the folding of the containing body 30 to be overlapped with each other when the pet bath container is in the folded state. Each connecting device 63 can comprise a pair of connector members and is adapted to be a zipper connecting device , a button connecting device , a hook connecting device, an adhesion and attachment device, etc.
[00124] Referring to Fig. 10 and Fig. 11A of the drawings, a foldable pet bath container according to a second alternative mode of the first preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. [00129] The supporting pad 60A comprises two pad bodies 61A, wherein the two pad bodies 61 are connected to the two folding arms 12A so as to provide a rigid and stable support for a pet in the flexible containing body 30A for bathing, cleaning or playing when the pet bath container is folded. In the unfolded state. When the folding arm 12A is folded, the two pad bodies 61A can also be folded and overlapped to drive the two pad bodies 61A to rotate.
[00130] Refer to Figs. 15 to 20C of the drawings, a foldable pet bath container according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. The foldable pet bath container is suitable for containing water or liquid to clean the pet. The foldable pet bath container comprises a supporting frame preferably a foldable supporting frame 10B, an operation switch 20B for switching the foldable supporting frame 10B between an unfolded state and a folded state, and a containing body 30B placed and supported on the foldable supporting frame 10B. When the folding bracket is switched to the folded state, the containing body 30B
and the foldable supporting frame 10B can be folded together, so that the whole folding bath container can be stored in the folded state.
[00131] According to this preferred embodiment, the containing body 30B can be compressed to be switched from the unfolded state to the folded state. In the other words, the containing body 30B can be compressed along the height direction to reduce the thickness of the containing body 30B in the folded state. More specifically, in this embodiment, the containing body 30B comprises surrounding wall 31B, a bottom wall 32B connected to the surrounding wall 31B, and a top wall 34B connected along the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 31B. The surrounding wall 31B is a foldable wall that can be folded between the bottom wall 32B and the top wall 34B to form a compact structure.
[00132] The surrounding wall 31B is adapted to be made of a softer material than the top wall 34B and the bottom wall 32B, such that the surrounding wall 31B is adapted to be folded to switch the containing body 30B from the unfolded state to the folded state. As an example, the surrounding wall 31B is adapted to be made of TPR
(thermoplastic rubber), while the top wall 34B and the bottom wall 32B is adapted to be made of PP
(polypropylene). The bottom wall 32B is adapted to be made of a stiffer material, in order that the bottom wall 32B can provide stable support for the pet when standing or sitting on the bottom wall 32B of the containing body 30B and therefore no additional supporting pad is required.
[00133] The top wall 34B and the bottom wall 32B can be made by an injection molding process, and the surrounding wall 31B can be formed between the top wall 34B
and the bottom wall 32B by an injection molding process. The surrounding wall 31B
comprises at least one folding line 313B to divide the surrounding wall 31B into a plurality of wall segments 314B, wherein the plurality of wall segments 314B can be folded between two adjacent wall segments 314B along the corresponding folding line 313B so that the plurality of the wall segments 314B can be overlapped between the top wall 34B
and the bottom wall 32B. See Figs. 16 to 18.
[00134] In this preferred embodiment, the surrounding wall 31B is adapted to be folded toward the top wall 34B to move the containing body 30B from the unfolded state to the folded state. Pressing the bottom of the bottom wall 32B to fold the plurality of the wall segments 314B toward the top wall 34B so that the containing body 30B is switched into the folded state.
[00135] Similarly, the foldable supporting frame 10B comprises at least two folding arms 12B and at least four supporting legs 13B, wherein the folding arms 12B
and the four supporting legs 13B are matched correspondingly, wherein each of the folding arms 12B corresponds to be supported by two supporting legs 13B. Likewise, the supporting legs 13B are pivoted with each other about a pivot arm 131B, wherein the supporting legs 13B are driven by the folding arm 12B to rotate about the pivot arm 131B. As the folding arm 12B rotates about the rotating rod to fold or extend, the angle and distance between the two folding arms 12B changes and the support leg is also driven to rotate about the pivot arm 131B. The operation switch 20B is connected to one of the folding arms 12B.
The structure and function of the operation switch 20B are the same as mentioned in the first embodiment above and will not be repeated here.
[00136] The top wall 34B is preferred to be a wall extending in a circumferential direction and is detachably connected to the supporting leg 13B. For example, the top wall 34B has two coupling holes 341B, and each of the supporting legs 13B
comprises a hook part 132B arranged on the pivot arm 131B or on the body of the supporting leg 13B
for engaging with the corresponding coupling holes 341B. A person of generally skilled in the art can understand that the containing body 30B is adapted to be detachably connected to the supporting lesg 13B of the foldable supporting frame 10B by any other means of connection.
[00137] The containing body 30B can be pivoted to the foldable supporting frame 10B, so that as the foldable pet bath container is in the folded state, the plurality of the wall segments 314B of the surrounding wall 31B of the containing body 30B are folded toward the top wall 34B, the containing body 30B is rotated and aligned with the two folding arms 12B to overlay, so as to form a compact structure for easy storage and transportation. When the foldable pet bath container is in the unfolded state, the plurality of the wall segments 314B of the surrounding wall 31B of the containing body 30B is extended and the containing body 30B is rotated above the folding arm 12B to contain the liquid. When the foldable pet bath container is in the unfolded state, the folding arm 12B is also adapted to be configured to support the bottom wall 32B of the containing body 30B.
[00138] Referring to Figs. 21 to 22 of the drawings, a foldable pet bath container according to a first alternative mode of the second preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. The foldable pet bath container comprises a supporting frame preferably a foldable supporting frame 10C and a containing body 30C arranged and supported on the foldable supporting frame 10C. In other words, when the foldable supporting frame 10C
is unfolded, the containing body 30C can be unfolded and supported on the foldable supporting frame 10C to contain the liquid therein. When the foldable supporting frame 10C is switched to the folded state, the containing body 30C and the foldable supporting frame 10C can be folded together, so that the whole folding bath container can be stored in the folded state.
[00139] In this preferred embodiment, the foldable supporting frame 10C
comprises two folding arms 12C respectively pivoted to the containing body 30C and be adapted to be switched between an unfolded state and a folded states. The containing body comprises a surrounding wall 31C, a bottom wall 32C connected with the surrounding wall 31C, and a top wall 34C connected with the surrounding wall 31C. The surrounding wall 31C is a folding wall that can be folded between the bottom wall 32C and the top wall 34C, and the two folding arms 12C are respectively pivoted to the bottom wall 32C
to support the containing body 30C on the bottom side of the container.
[00140] More specifically, in this preferred embodiment, each of the folding arms 12C
