Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de vieillissement d'un produit corroyé en alliage d'aluminium de série 2XXX ayant subi un traitement thermique de mise en solution et trempé, comprenant les étapes consistant : (1) à vieillir le produit lors d'une première étape de vieillissement à une ou plusieurs températures dans une plage de 90 °C à 120 °C pendant une durée cumulée d'au moins 10 heures ; et (2) à vieillir ensuite le produit lors d'une seconde étape de vieillissement à une ou plusieurs températures dans une plage de 150 °C à 205 °C pendant une durée cumulée d'au moins 4 heures. L'alliage d'aluminium corroyé peut être transformé en diverses formes de produit, par exemple, en feuille, en plaque mince, en plaque épaisse, en produits extrudés ou forgés.
