Abstract
Des aspects de la présente invention comprennent un système de détection et de surveillance de fuite d'eau pour un bâtiment comprenant une première zone, comprenant une mémoire, une interface de communication configurée pour être couplée en communication à un capteur d'écoulement d'eau couplé à un tuyau dans la première zone, au moins l'un d'un capteur d'humidité, d'un capteur de température, ou d'un capteur d'eau liquide configuré pour détecter des informations indicatives d'une présence d'eau dans la première zone, et un moteur analytique en communication avec une unité de base, la mémoire, l'interface de communication, et l'au moins un parmi le capteur d'humidité, le capteur de température, ou le capteur d'eau liquide, le moteur analytique étant configuré pour déterminer si une fuite est présente dans le bâtiment sur la base de données provenant du capteur d'écoulement d'eau, et déterminer, en réponse à la détermination du fait que la fuite est présente, si la fuite est dans la première zone sur la base des informations indicatives de la présence d'eau dans la première zone.
