Abstract

L'invention concerne un fluorimètre à gradient spatial comprenant un processeur de signal ou un module de traitement configuré : pour recevoir une signalisation contenant des informations concernant une lumière réfléchie par des fluorophores dans un liquide et détectée par un réseau de capteurs linéaires présentant une longueur ainsi que des rangées et des colonnes d'éléments optiques ; et pour déterminer une signalisation correspondante contenant des informations concernant une concentration de fluorophores du liquide dépendant d'un gradient spatial de la lumière réfléchie et détectée le long de la longueur du réseau de capteurs linéaires, en fonction de la signalisation reçue.
