Abstract

A system is provided for providing a bio-resonance treatment to a user, the system comprising: a bio-resonance device, the bio-resonance device comprising a microprocessor, an emitter in electronic communication with the microprocessor and an electro-magnetic radiation compliant wearable strap or band in which the microprocessor and emitter are embedded; a computing device which includes an electro-magnetic radiation database comprising an at least one frequency; and an electronic device which is in electronic communication with each of the computing device and the bio-resonance device and is configured to communicate the at least one frequency from the computing device to the bio-resonance device as a signal.

Description

WEARABLE PROGRAMMABLE BIO-RESONANCE DEVICE
FIELD
The present technology relates to wearable devices, systems, and methods for selectively emitting bio-resonance frequencies to induce a biological effect. More specifically, it is a wrist band for attachment to a smart watch.
BACKGROUND
Alternative medicine and health solutions have been growing in popularity for many years.
One of the areas of interest is a method of frequency medicine known as bio-resonance.
Clinical experiments, most famously conducted in France over many years by noted researcher Jacques Benveniste and Nobel Laureate Luc Montagnier, demonstrated that a substance's electromagnetic radiation (EMR) characteristics can be successfully recorded and transmitted digitally to another substance or material to achieve a similar biological effect. For example, US Patent No. 6541978 discloses a method, a system and a device for producing, from a substance, electric signals characteristic of the biological activity of an active element contained in the substance. The method consists of placing the substance in a zone subjected to a specific electric, magnetic and/or electromagnetic excitation field. The method further includes a step which consists in transforming the fields resulting form the interaction between the specific excitation filed and the substance, into signals, in particular electric signals, using a first transducer receiving the resulting fields. This is a method of collecting and characterizing electrical signals, and not employing resonant materials to generate bio-resonance based on the received signals.
United States Patent Application Publication No. 20090187232 discloses systems and methods to diagnose and then provide therapy and/or treating humans to relieve or reduce the symptoms of various disease and/or conditions, and in certain embodiments reduce the factors causing the symptoms and/or diseases. The present invention also relates to systems and methods for determining heretofore unknown internal Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-29 characteristics of patients and external environmental factors. No specific apparatus is disclosed to achieve the proposed solution.
The use of light specifically, as electromagnetic radiation, has also been disclosed. For example, US Patent No. 6528954 discloses a smart light bulb may include a housing, an illumination source, disposed in the housing, and a processor, disposed in the housing, for controlling the illumination source. The housing may be configured to fit a conventional light fixture. The illumination source may be an LED system or other illumination source.
The processor may control the intensity or the color of the illumination source. The housing may also house a transmitter and/or receiver. The smart light bulb may respond to a signal from another device or send a signal to another device. The other device may be another smart light bulb or another device. The smart light bulb may be associated with a wide variety of illumination applications and environments. This system does not provide a bio-resonance treatment, but rather an artificial treatment.
United States Patent Application Publication No. 20140128941disc1oses a phototherapy or photobiomodulation process employing the application of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) to a living organism, typically a human being. The EMR is generated by one or more strings of LEDs and is programmed to emit one or more wavelengths, typically in the visible and infrared portions of the spectrum, the EMR in each wavelength being delivered in pulses having specified on-times, off-times, photoexcitation frequencies, duty factors, phase delays, and power amplitudes. A system for providing such EMR
includes a microcontroller having a pattern library of algorithms, each of which defines a particular sequence of synthesized pulses, and an application pad, preferably flexible, containing the LED strings. This system does not provide a bio-resonance treatment, but rather an artificial treatment.
United States Patent Application Publication No. 20170007847 discloses a phototherapy or BRT process and apparatus, which, using a pre-recorded bio-resonance frequency or compilation of frequencies, causes an EMR emitter to emit within a biological window of a target organism to positively or negatively affect the organism. The EMR may be

emitter which device provides the pre-recorded bio-resonance frequency or compilation of frequencies to control the LEDs' emitted light in terms of its intensity and/or a frequency or flicker-rate.
A combination of photo-biomodulation and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) has also been employed.
What is needed is a bio-resonance therapy device that is a wearable article.
It would be preferable if the device was a wrist band that could replace the wrist band of a smart watch, a watch, a fitness tracker and the like. It would be also preferable if the device could be a pet collar or harness, replacing the normal collar or harness.
SUMMARY
This technology addresses the need for wearable bio-resonance therapy (BRT) devices.
The elements required for functionality are integrated into the structure of an attachment form factor itself, allowing it to be used simultaneously with any other existing wearable device, such as a watch, another functional wristband such as a medic-alert bracelet or the like, animal collar or harness, wearable sports or safety equipment, and similar.
The present technology relates to means of introducing bio-resonance frequencies to a user through a substrate such as a band, strap or other fitment, usable with existing functional hardware including but not limited to any brand of watch, fitness tracker, and the like, as well as other wrist bands. In other embodiments, this functionality may also be integrated into functional fitments including but not limited to animal collars, straps, harnesses, and the like. More particularly, the technology relates to a bio-resonance device embedded within the strap portion of a wearable format, such as a watch band, wrist band, or bracelet, collar, strap, harness, or other wearable accessory or equipment, which imprints a specific bio-resonance EMR frequency onto the substrate itself for the benefit of the wearer.
3 Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-29 In the preferred embodiment, a wireless power transfer method eliminates the requirement for onboard batteries or other power storage, allowing the device to be smaller, thinner, and operate for an extended period of time once the EMR
imprinting process has been completed.
In one embodiment, a method of providing bio-resonance therapy to a subscriber is provided, the method comprising: providing a bio-resonance device to the subscriber, the bio-resonance device comprising a microprocessor, an emitter in electronic communication with the microprocessor and a electro-magnetic radiation compliant wearable strap or band in which the microprocessor and emitter are embedded;
the subscriber receiving one or more control signals on an application on an electronic device;
the application sending the one or more control signal to the microcontroller of the bio-resonance device; the microcontroller analyzing the one or more control signals; the microcontroller determining a treatment protocol based on the one or more control signals; the microcontroller controlling the emitter; and the emitter emanating the treatment protocol, thereby providing bio-resonance therapy to the subscriber.
The method may further comprise recording electromagnetic emanations from one or more of herbs, herbal supplements and nutritional supplements; and storing the electromagnetic emanations in a database prior to the subscriber receiving one or more control signals on the application on the electronic device.
In the method the bio-resonance device may further comprise a wireless power source and the method may further comprise charging the bio-resonance device for a time sufficient to permit the emitter to emanate the treatment protocol.
In the method, the treatment protocol may be a single frequency, which is not a visible light frequency.

In another embodiment, a system is provided for providing a bio-resonance treatment to a user, the system comprising: a bio-resonance device, the bio-resonance device comprising a microprocessor, an emitter in electronic communication with the microprocessor and an electro-magnetic radiation compliant wearable strap or band in which the microprocessor and emitter are embedded; a computing device which includes an electro-magnetic radiation database comprising an at least one frequency;
and an electronic device which is in electronic communication with each of the computing device and the bio-resonance device and is configured to communicate the at least one frequency from the computing device to the bio-resonance device as a signal.
In the system, the bio-resonance device may further comprise a wireless power source in electrical communication with the microprocessor.
In the system, the bio-resonance device may be a watch strap.
In the system, the bio-resonance device may be a wearable for an animal.
In the system, the wearable may be a collar or a harness.
In the system, the emitter may be an emitter electromagnetic coil.
In the system, the emitter may be a light emitting diode.
In the system, the emitter may a copper wire or pad.

In the system, the computing device and the bio-resonance device each may further comprise a wireless radio for transmitting and receiving the signal, respectively.

Nevertheless, the specification and claims should be read with the understanding that such combinations are entirely within the scope of the technology and the claims.
New bio-resonance therapy devices, apparatuses, and other methods for emitting frequencies to a user are discussed herein. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present technology. It will be evident, however, to one skilled in the art that the present technology may be practiced without these specific details.

The present technology will now be described by referencing the appended figures representing preferred embodiments.
Figure 1 depicts an exploded perspective view of the bio-resonance device, generally referred to as 10, in a wrist-wearable format according to various embodiments of the present technology. In this preferred embodiment, the elements are contained within a wrist band 12 or strap which may or may not also include fastener attachments 14 for use with any watch 16 or other wrist wearable device. In this configuration, it is able to be used with any watch, fitness tracker, or other wrist wearable device with compatible mounting points. The fastener 22 allows the wrist band 12 or strap to be attached to the watch 16 or other wrist wearable device, replacing the watch's watch strap or the strap of another wrist wearable device. The upper outer layer 18 and the lower outer layer 20 of the bio-resonance device 10 may consist of, but is not limited to, silicone rubber, polyurethane, polyvinylchloride, or other flexible plastic polymers and other similar materials able to be fashioned into a wristband form that do not block EMR, in other words, EMR compliant material. There is a small bio-resonance module 24.
As shown in Figure 2A, embedded between the upper outer layer 18 and the lower outer layer 20 is the bio-resonance module 24. As shown in Figure 2B, the bio-resonance module 24 includes a flexible integrated circuit 28 that includes a microcontroller 30, a resistor 32, and a wireless power source 34 such as a wireless radio or receiver, including but not limited to a Near-field communication (NFC) electromagnetic coil, a Bluetooth0 radio and a WiFi receiver. The microcontroller 30 includes or is electronic communication with an emitter 36. The microcontroller 30 is programmable. In one embodiment the emitter 36 is a copper wire or copper pad 38 which contacts the upper layer 18 or lower layer 20. In another embodiment the emitter 36 is at least one light emitting diode 40. In Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-29 yet another embodiment the emitter 36 is an emitter electromagnetic coil 42 which is etched on the microcontroller board 44.
As shown in Figure 2C, in an alternative embodiment, which can be used with any of the emitters 36, a direct power source 50 which may be a capacitor or a battery, is employed instead of the wireless power source 34.
As shown in Figure 3, the bio-resonance device 10 is part of a bio-resonance system, generally referred to as 100. The system 100 includes a capture chamber 102 in which herbs, herbal supplements or nutritional supplements, generically referred to a natural source material 104, are placed. The capture chamber 102 records EMR patterns consisting of one or more frequencies emanated from the natural source material 104 which are stored in a EMR database 106 in a computing device 108. An electronic device 110, for example, but not limited to, a smartphone, tablet or smartwatch is in electronic communication with the computing device 108, which in turn, is in electronic communication with the bio-resonance device 10.
In use, herbs, herbal supplements or nutritional supplements are placed within a controlled environment and electromagnetic emanations are recorded. The electromagnetic emanations are stored in a database. Access to the database is by subscription. A user is provided with a treatment protocol which may be one or more control signals. The control signals are sent to an application on the user's electronic device, for example, but not limited to a smartphone, tablet or smartwatch.
The wireless radio 32 or transceiver enables the transmission of the control signal from the application running on electronic device. The wireless radio 32 communicates the signal to the microcontroller 30, which analyzes the control signal, determines a treatment protocol and controls one or more of the emitter electromagnetic coil 42, the light emitting diode 40 and the copper wire or pad 38. The charger electromagnetic coils 34 functions to receive energy from an external source which may include, but is not limited to, a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, wireless charger, or another similar device.
This energy is received wirelessly, with means including, but not limited to, Near-Field Communication Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-29 (NFC) wireless power transfer. By using wireless power transfer to only energize the integrated circuit 28 momentarily for the purpose of applying the appropriate EMR
frequency, the bio-resonance device 10 is not limited by power storage devices and may operate for extended periods of time once imprinted.
In other embodiments, the device may receive one or more bio-resonance signals directly from a transmission source which may include but is not limited to, a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, or another similar device. The user will select the desired BRT
frequency program via an application on a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, or another similar device held nearby, and that selection will be transmitted to the device wirelessly.
At such time, the integrated circuitry will apply the corresponding output waveform to the device material for the required duration and then send a confirmation signal back to the control application.
In other embodiments, the waveforms may be stored digitally within the electronics in the device and merely a selection signal is sent rather than the waveform data itself.
The applied BRT frequency remains imprinted onto the device material until the user wishes to repeat the process to apply a different frequency.
Figure 4 is a perspective view of a bio-resonance device which is configured as an animal collar, strap, harness or other wearable suitable for animals.
Figure 5 is a schematic of another alternative embodiment bio-resonance device 200.
depicts an exploded perspective view of an additional embodiment of the device that may comprise the above-mentioned bio-resonance device integrated within a self-contained adjunct accessory module for use with additional activity-specific accoutrements. This module may be affixed to activity accessories including but not limited to sports and safety helmets, pads, straps, restraints, gloves, footwear, as well as foot accessories including but not limited to skates, roller skates, rollerblades, skis, snowboards, and other similar wearable equipment.

Claims (18)

1. A method of providing bio-resonance therapy to a subscriber, the method comprising: providing a bio-resonance device to the subscriber, the bio-resonance device comprising a microprocessor, an emitter in electronic communication with the microprocessor and a electro-magnetic radiation compliant wearable strap or band in which the microprocessor and emitter are embedded; the subscriber receiving one or more control signals on an application on an electronic device;
the application sending the one or more control signal to the microcontroller of the bio-resonance device; the microcontroller analyzing the one or more control signals; the microcontroller determining a treatment protocol based on the one or more control signals; the microcontroller controlling the emitter; and the emitter emanating the treatment protocol, thereby providing bio-resonance therapy to the subscriber.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising recording electromagnetic emanations from one or more of herbs, herbal supplements and nutritional supplements; and storing the electromagnetic emanations in a database prior to the subscriber receiving one or more control signals on the application on the electronic device.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the bio-resonance device further comprises a wireless power source and the method further comprises charging the bio-resonance device for a time sufficient to permit the emitter to emanate the treatment protocol.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the treatment protocol is a single frequency, which is not a visible light frequency.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the treatment protocol is at least two frequencies, which are not visible light frequencies.

a bio-resonance device, the bio-resonance device comprising a microprocessor, an emitter in electronic communication with the microprocessor and an electro-magnetic radiation compliant wearable strap or band in which the microprocessor and emitter are embedded; a computing device which includes an electro-magnetic radiation database comprising an at least one frequency; and an electronic device which is in electronic communication with each of the computing device and the bio-resonance device and is configured to communicate the at least one frequency from the computing device to the bio-resonance device as a signal.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the bio-resonance device further comprises a wireless power source in electrical communication with the microprocessor.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the bio-resonance device is a watch strap.
11. The system of claim 9, wherein the bio-resonance device is a wearable for an animal.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the wearable is a collar or a harness.
13. The system of any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein the emitter is an emitter electromagnetic coil.
14. The system of any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein the emitter is a light emitting diode.
15. The system of any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein the emitter is a copper wire or pad.
16. The system of any one of claims 8 to 15, further comprising a capture chamber, the capture chamber configured to capture an at least one frequency emanating from a natural source material and to transfer the at least one frequency to the electro-magnetic radiation database.
17. The system of claim 16, further comprising the natural source, wherein the natural source material is selected from the group consisting of a herb, a herbal supplement and a nutritional supplement.
18. The system of any one of claim 8 to 17, wherein the computing device and the bio-resonance device each further comprise a wireless radio for transmitting and receiving the signal, respectively.
