Abstract

A cable with an elastic braided layer includes multiple wires and an elastic braided layer, wherein the multiple wires are connected and are sleeved with the elastic braided layer. The elastic braided layer comprises a left-handed braided layer and a right-handed braided layer, and the left-handed braided layer and the right-handed braided layer are braided in different directions and are interlaced to form a cylindrical structure. According to the cable with an elastic braided layer, the left-handed braided layer and the right-handed braided layer are interlaced to form the elastic braided layer, which provides good ductility and can be bent and stretched without being fractured, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.

[0002] At present, a common cable on the market comprises an outer sheath, a plurality of insulating layers, a plurality of cable cores and a filler layer, wherein the plurality of cable cores are wrapped in the plurality of insulating layers, the whole cable is wrapped in the outer sheath, and the internal space of the cable is filled with fillers to form the filler layer. However, this kind of cables are non-elastic and non-stretchable, and are not protected from the outside.
When applied to electronic devices, these cables cannot be freely bent or stretched, which indirectly restrains the movement of the electronic devices. If these cables are repeatedly stretched and bent in daily use, the service life of the cables will be greatly shortened.

The multiple conductive wires 10 are arranged abreast and the elastic braided layer 20 are sleeved around the multiple conductive wires 10. The elastic braided layer 20 comprises a left-handed braided layer 30 and a right-handed braided layer 40, and the left-handed braided layer 30 and the right-handed braided layer 40 are interlaced to form a flat cylindrical structure. Preferably, the conductive wires 10 are sequentially arranged in a row and the elastic braided layer 20 has a waist-shaped cross section, as shown in FIG. 2. According to the cable with the elastic braided layer provided by the invention, the left-handed braided layer 30 and the right-handed braided layer 40 are interlaced to form the elastic braided layer 20, which provides good ductility and can be bent and stretched without being fractured, so that the service life of the cable with the elastic braided layer is prolonged.

Each conductive wire 10 comprises one or multiple wire cores 11 and an insulating layer 12, wherein the one or multiple wire cores 11 are wrapped in the insulating layer 12. the elastic braided layer comprises a left-handed braided layer and a right-handed braided layer, and the left-handed braided layer and the right-handed braided layer are interlaced to form a cylindrical structure;
the left-handed braided layer comprises first left-handed wires, second left-handed wires, third left-handed wires, fourth left-handed wires, fifth left-handed wires and sixth left-handed wires which are sequentially arranged abreast;
the right-handed braided layer comprises first right-handed wire, second right-handed wires, third right-handed wires, fourth right-handed wires, fifth right-handed wires and sixth right-handed wires which are sequentially arranged abreast; and any one of the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires is interlaced with the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires and the sixth .. right-handed wires around the conductive wires.
2. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein any one of the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-handed wires, the fourth left-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires and the sixth left-handed wires covers two adjacent ones of the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires, and is then covered by another two adjacent ones of the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires.

The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein gaps are provided between adjacent two of the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-handed wires, the fourth left-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires, the sixth left-handed wires, the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires.
7. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 6, wherein the gaps are even.
8. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-handed wires, the fourth left-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires, the sixth left-handed wires, the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires are made of fiber woven materials or hybrid woven materials.
9. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-handed wires, the fourth left-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires, the sixth left-handed wires, the first right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed wires, the fourth right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed wires are in different colors.
10. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein the wires are sequentially arranged in a row and the elastic braided layer has a waist-shaped cross section.
11. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 1, wherein each of the conductive wires comprises one or multiple wire cores and an insulating layer, and the one or multiple wire cores are wrapped in the insulating layer.
12. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 11, wherein the conductive wires abut against each other, and the cable further comprises another insulating layer located between the conductive wires and the elastic braided layer, said another insulating layer surrounding all the conductive wires.
13. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 12, wherein the elastic braided layer has a round cross section.
14. The cable with an elastic braided layer according to Claim 12, wherein each wire core has a diameter of 1.1-1.3mm.
