Abstract

L'invention concerne un collier de correction de posture permettant de régler la translation vers l'avant de la tête d'un porteur hypothétique par rapport aux épaules, lorsque le corps est vu perpendiculairement à un plan sagittal (s, e, depuis le côté du corps). Le collier comprend un premier ensemble ayant un élément de support qui est formé et dimensionné pour s'enrouler autour d'au moins une partie de la zone supérieure du corps du porteur, et venir en prise avec ladite partie, lorsque le collier est utilisé, un second ensemble étant mobile par rapport au premier ensemble. Le second ensemble comporte un premier mécanisme réglable pour se déplacer progressivement et de façon incrémentielle par rapport au premier ensemble de support et un second mécanisme réglable pour venir en prise avec une partie de la tête du porteur. Les premier et second mécanismes réglables sont utilisés pour corriger la posture du porteur, en favorisant le mouvement progressif et incrémentiel de la tête par rapport aux épaules pour obtenir un état anatomiquement souhaité. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le collier comprend un ensemble de déplacement de lordose réglable qui est fixé de manière fonctionnelle au premier ensemble de support. L'ensemble de lordose réglable est utilisé pour appliquer une force de correction à la colonne cervicale supérieure, moyenne ou inférieure afin de rétablir de manière sélective la courbure lordotique de la colonne cervicale du porteur de la matrice jusqu'à une position souhaitée sur le plan anatomique, ce qui permet de régler la translation de la tête et la posture du porteur.
