The Venus Belt is a piece of athletic (martial arts) equipment designed to protect female reproductive anatomy. This garment is made with vinyl fabric, covering layers of foam to give absorption from direct impact below the waistline. Elastic harness and large velcro closure secure the belt, for maximum comfort and adjustment free sizing capabilities.
This innovative piece of equipment has been designed not only to protect but to reduce permanent damage.
Females have been struggling with the selection of pelvic protection for many years, as the only belts available have been designed for male anatomy. Thus, leading female athletes to be uncomfortable and restricted in their full potential of movements. With the Venus Belt's light weight and specific attention to design contouring details, it gives the athlete protection while moving without restrictions.

Claims (8)
1. An athletic garment comprising:
a) a plurality of flexible vinyl fabric panels sewn together to form a full protective support b) having a continuous interior cavity which contains a three layer impact zone padding system c) three point harness system for both leg opening for securing wearers legs d) having a front face and a rear face; Velcro closures completely secure on rear side of garment

2. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1, will have a main body with closed sides
3. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1, will have varying sizes for main body, width and length but not thickness
4. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1, will have layers of foam each with different densities to form a protection barrier
5. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1 will have will have two sides of Velcro fitted to separate panels sewn together for closures at rear of protector
6. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1 will have one continuing elastic varying in length attached to connection tethers on both hip sides running through mid loop at mid section of protector
7. An athletic protector as defined in claim 1 Is designed to be contoured to best fit the female form for comfort and adjust free movement
8. The athletic protector of claim 1, made to be light in weight
