Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de rééducation d'un patient ayant une déficience physique par fourniture d'une thérapie de mouvement répétitif. Le système est configuré pour recevoir des données biomécaniques du patient concernant des mouvements répétitifs du patient effectuées à l'aide d'un premier et d'un second côté du corps, respectivement, et sélectionner, sur la base des données, un côté d'entraînement selon lequel une thérapie de mouvement répétitif est fournie. Le système réalise en outre une thérapie de mouvement répétitif par : la fourniture du stimulus auditif de patient comprenant des signaux de battement délivrés en sortie à des temps de battement respectifs ; la réception des données biomécaniques horodatées pour des mouvements répétitifs effectués par le patient à l'aide du côté entraînement par rapport aux temps de battement respectifs des signaux de battement ; le calcul d'un potentiel d'entraînement pour le côté d'entraînement par comparaison d'une synchronisation des mouvements répétitifs à la synchronisation des signaux de battement ; et la modification du stimulus auditif en fonction du potentiel d'entraînement calculé.
