Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de détection et de signalement de rythme cardiaque. Ce système de cardiologie comprend un système de biocapteur et un système d'analyse de données. Le système de biocapteur est porté par un individu et comprend des capteurs qui détectent des biosignaux comprenant des signaux infrasonores provenant de l'individu. Le système d'analyse de données reçoit les biosignaux provenant du système de biocapteur, et détermine les rythmes cardiaques de l'individu sur la base des biosignaux. Le système identifie au moins certains des biosignaux comme étant associés à une activité cardiovasculaire, tels que des signaux d'onde de pouls. De préférence, le système de biocapteur est un système de biocapteur intra-auriculaire qui détecte les biosignaux par l'intermédiaire d'écouteurs gauche et droit placés à l'intérieur ou au niveau des conduits auditifs de l'individu. Le système peut également identifier des arythmies comprenant des arythmies par fibrillation auriculaire (Afib) à partir des rythmes cardiaques, rapporter des informations à des professionnels de santé et de sécurité et mettre à jour des dossiers médicaux des individus.
