Abstract

Lexposition convertit le matériau de formation de plasma sélectivement en plasma non thermique. Le plasma non thermique forme au moins une banderole. Le matériau précurseur dhydrocarbures est exposé à la fois à toute banderole et au rayonnement par micro-ondes. Lexposition du matériau précurseur dhydrocarbures convertit le matériau précurseur dhydrocarbures sélectivement en un produit qui, selon un mode de réalisation, peut prendre la forme dau moins un matériau enrichi en carbone et dau moins un matériau enrichi en hydrogène.
