Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de contrôle permettant de contrôler un rouleau non commandé de transporteur, le rouleau non commandé de transporteur comprenant au moins un capuchon d'extrémité, le rouleau non commandé de transporteur comprenant : un joint labyrinthe comprenant une partie d'étanchéité interne configurée pour tourner avec le rouleau et une partie d'étanchéité externe configurée pour rester fixe à l'intérieur du capuchon d'extrémité lorsque la partie d'étanchéité interne est en rotation ; un aimant monté sur la partie d'étanchéité interne ; et une carte de circuit imprimé montée sur la partie d'étanchéité externe, la carte de circuit imprimé comprenant : au moins un capteur permettant de détecter des informations provenant du rouleau non commandé de transporteur ; un processeur permettant d'enregistrer les informations détectées à partir de l'au moins un capteur ; et un dispositif de communication permettant de transmettre et de recevoir des informations entre le processeur et un dispositif utilisateur externe.
