Abstract

L'invention concerne un guide pour guider des forets afin de former des trous dans un os selon un motif prédéterminé pour recevoir des éléments de fixation afin de fixer un implant à l'os. Le guide comprend un corps de guidage ayant un côté interface osseuse opposé à un côté fonctionnel, le côté interface osseuse ayant une surface de contact avec l'os pouvant venir en prise avec une surface de l'os. Le guide comprend également une pluralité de guides de forage s'étendant depuis le côté fonctionnel du corps de guidage pour guider des forets correspondants, la surface de contact avec l'os du corps de guidage étant configurée pour se conformer sensiblement aux contours de surface de l'os à une position prédéterminée sur l'os. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de conception du guide.
