Abstract
L'invention concerne des outils virtuels utilisés pour manipuler des aspects d'un volume d'image médicale en trois dimensions. Les outils virtuels sont géo-enregistrés avec le volume d'image. La présentation du volume d'image est manipulée par un processeur d'image en réponse à l'utilisation des outils virtuels. Les outils virtuels peuvent être utilisés pour faciliter l'analyse du volume d'image. Les outils virtuels peuvent comprendre : un stylo à point focal virtuel ; un curseur 3D virtuel ; un visualiseur de transport virtuel ; un socle virtuel ; un couteau virtuel ; un cathéter virtuel ; un panneau de signalisation virtuel ; un outil d'ablation virtuel ; une table virtuelle ; un outil de contraste virtuel ; et des icônes virtuelles.
