Abstract
La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des techniques destinés au suivi des articles d'inventaire dans une zone d'espace réel comprenant des structures d'écran d'inventaire. Une pluralité de caméras sont disposées au-dessus des structures d'écran d'inventaire. Les caméras dans la pluralité de caméras produisent des séquences respectives d'images dans des champs de vision correspondants dans l'espace réel. Une mémoire mémorise une carte de la zone d'espace réel identifiant des emplacements d'inventaire sur des structures d'écran d'inventaire. Le système est couplé à une pluralité de caméras et utilise les séquences d'images produites par au moins deux caméras dans la pluralité de caméras pour trouver un emplacement d'un événement d'inventaire en trois dimensions dans la zone d'espace réel. Le système met en correspond l'emplacement de l'événement d'inventaire avec un emplacement d'inventaire.
