Le transformateur tri-bobine peut être une cavité résonante tri-bobine employant une conception tri-bobine soit Maxwell ou Helmholtz. La présente invention consiste en une approche physique délectrolyse fondée sur la tension, et non pas sur lintensité de courant, pour dissocier un milieu diélectrique sélectionné, une approche qui est déphasée de 180 degrés de lélectrolyse Faraday traditionnelle.
