Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé mis en uvre par ordinateur et un système décentralisé et automatisé de stockage, de traitement et de partage de données. Le système comprend une pluralité d'unités locales, comprenant un serveur primaire local situé à l'endroit dudit client donné et un serveur de sauvegarde local situé à distance sur un local différent. Le serveur local principal stocke des fichiers propriétaires et des données opérationnelles concernant la configuration et le fonctionnement du serveur ; et exécute un système d'exploitation (OS); des applications associées au serveur, et des applications spécifiques au client. Un système central reçoit périodiquement, pour chacune des unités locales, les données opérationnelles provenant du serveur primaire local et du serveur de sauvegarde local, et effectue automatiquement une gestion à distance ; la maintenance ; et la surveillance des unités locales, sur la base des données opérationnelles reçues, sans stocker les fichiers propriétaires ni accéder à ceux-ci sur les serveurs primaires locaux et sur les serveurs de sauvegarde locaux.
