Abstract

Méthode pour la conception et la fabrication à la demande de turbines à cuillères à jet calibré, caractérisée par le fait que les squelettes des turbines présentés à l'écran permettent de les concevoir et ensuite de les fabriquer en toutes dimensions, en toutes matières et en toutes quantités, et ils sont construits à l'aide de lames conçues avec le principe arithmétique dit des cinq paramètres, le squelette de la turbine est représenté à l'écran à l'aide de "fibres neutres virtuelles" qui sont par après habillées de matière, les turbines étant contenues sur toute leur longueur dans une enveloppe circulaire en principe légèrement bombée dont le diamètre sur la longueur évolue en fonction de son contenu, la longueur de cette enveloppe monobloc est montrée sur dessin et divisée en quatre zones coupées par des disques virtuels éphémères qui séparent chacune les zones selon les fonctions remplies à ces endroits, le bord avant de cette enveloppe étant très effilé où à la demande pourvu d'une bride Br pour permettre le raccordement à des installations, les quatre zones comprenant : une première zone (1) d'introduction du fluide, espace vide ou occupé par des vantelles ou inducteurs, du type tire-bouchon, qui engendrent éventuellement une pré-rotation du fluide qui entre en une deuxième zone (2), un bouclier pointu écartant à l'arrivée la veine de fluide du centre, et la dirigeant en l'écartant vers la deuxième zone (2), la deuxième zone (2) ou se crée la rotation du fluide, dans des canaux qui s'enroulent en spirales et qui débouchent à l'arrière de la deuxième zone (2) en faisant tourner le fluide, une troisième zone (3) ou se situe la roue rotative pourvue de cuillères à jets calibré qui captent l'énergie fournie par les jets de fluide qui sortent de la deuxième zone (2), et une quatrième zone (4) ou se situe un boîtier fixé à la chemise fixe de la turbine, placé après la roue rotative, qui contient des canaux qui orientent le fluide vers la sortie à l'arrière de la turbine, et le fluide est conduit dès son arrivée dans la deuxième zone (2) par des canaux, contenus dans des tubes qui sont mis en continuité face à face, sur toute la longueur de la turbine.
