Abstract

A tracer screen for oil and gas production equipment is provided, comprising: an oil casing having a wall being provided with a through hole; a filter sleeve having a side wall being provided with filter net holes, the filter sleeve being sleeved on an outer surface of the oil casing, with one end connecting with an outer wall of the oil casing, and a gap being formed between an inner surface of the filter sleeve and the outer surface of the oil casing; a tracer ring having an accommodating space filled with a tracer agent, both ends of the tracer ring communicating with the accommodating space, the tracer ring being sleeved on the oil casing with one end being connected with the other end of the filter sleeve and communicating with the gap, and the other end being connected with the oil casing and communicating with the through hole.

Description

TRACER SCREEN
Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas production equipment, and in particular to a tracer screen.
Background Art In the production process of oil and gas, in order to follow the production better and understand the production situation of wells, it is necessary to know the information of each reservoir of the wells, i.e. to obtain the production situation of oil, gas and water in each reservoir.
In the prior art, a tracer unit with a tracer chemical agent is provided between a filter net of a sand control screen and an oil casing therein, so that oil, gas and water passing through the filter net can be mixed with the tracer chemical agent. However, in order to ensure that oil, gas and water normally pass through the filter net and enter the oil casing, the tracer units cannot be provided at all positions of the filter net of the whole sand control screen, but only be distributed between the filter net and the oil casing circumferentially at intervals, so that not all processes of oil, gas and water entering the oil casing through the filter net can be in contact with the tracer units. Therefore, the prior art cannot accurately obtain the oil, gas, water production of each reservoir and the variation of the output.
The above-mentioned technical problem needs to be solved urgently.
Summary of the Invention Therefore, an embodiment of the invention provides a tracer screen, and in order to solve the problem, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:
The embodiment of the invention provides a tracer screen comprising:
an oil casing, a wall of the oil casing being provided with through holes;
a filter sleeve, a side wall of the filter sleeve being provided with filter net holes, the filter sleeve being sleeved on an outer surface of the oil casing, one end of the filter sleeve being connected with an outer wall of the oil casing, and a gap being formed between an inner surface of the filter sleeve and the outer surface of the oil casing;

a tracer ring, an accommodating space being provided in the tracer ring, a tracer agent being filled in the accommodating space, both ends of the tracer ring being communicated with the accommodating space, the tracer ring being sleeved on the oil casing, one end of the tracer ring being connected with the other end of the filter sleeve and communicated with the gap, and the other end of the tracer ring being connected with the oil casing and communicated with through holes.
Specifically, a plurality of first passages communicated with the accommodating space are uniformly provided at one end of the tracer ring at intervals;
wherein, a passage area of the first passage from one end portion of the tracer ring to an interior of the tracer ring is gradually reduced, or the first passage has a stepped shape and comprises a first step passage and a second step passage, the first step passage is positioned on one side connected with one end portion of the tracer ring, and a section area of the first step passage is larger than that of the second step passage;
wherein, the other end of the tracer ring is provided with a second passage having the same structure and distribution mode as the first passage.
Specifically, the section of the first passage is circular or rectangular, and the section of the second passage is circular or rectangular.
Specifically, the tracer screen provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
a first connection ring, an inner ring surface of the first connection ring being provided with a plurality of convex ribs at intervals, and the convex ribs being provided along one end to the other end of the first connection ring;
wherein, the first connection ring is sleeved on the oil casing, the convex ribs are supported on an outer wall of the oil casing, a plurality of third passages are formed between the first connection ring and the outer wall of the oil casing, an outer surface of one end of the first connection ring is connected with the inner surface of the other end of the filter sleeve, allowing the third passages to be communicated with the gap; and the other end of the first connection ring is connected with one end of the tracer ring, allowing the third passages to be communicated with the accommodating space.
Specifically, the filter sleeve comprises a supporting ring, a supporting sleeve and a filter net, the supporting ring is sleeved on the oil casing and connected with the oil casing, the filter net and the supporting sleeve are sequentially sleeved on the oil casing, an inner wall of one end of the supporting sleeve is connected with an outer surface of the supporting ring, and an inner

Specifically, the tracer screen provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
a second connection ring, a section of the second connection ring is in a bent shape, the second connection ring is sleeved on the oil casing, one end of the second connection ring is connected with the other end of the tracer ring, the other end of the second connection ring is connected with the oil casing, and a fourth passage communicated with the accommodating space is formed between the outer wall of the oil casing and the second connection ring;
wherein the fourth passage is opposite to and communicated with the through holes.
Specifically, the second connection ring is welded or in threaded connection with the outer wall of the oil casing.
Specifically, support ribs are provided on the inner surface of the filter sleeve and in contact with the outer surface of the oil casing, so that the gap is formed between the inner surface of the filter sleeve and the outer surface of the oil casing;
wherein, the number of the support ribs is plural, the support ribs are provided along the direction from one end to the other end of the filter sleeve, and the support ribs are uniformly and annularly distributed on the inner surface of the filter sleeve at intervals.
Specifically, one end of the filter sleeve is welded or in threaded connection with the outer wall of the oil casing.
Specifically, the number of the through holes is plural, and the through holes are uniformly distributed on periphery of the wall of the oil casing at intervals.

According to the technical scheme, the tracer screen provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages:
A tracer screen provided by the present invention comprises an oil casing, a filtering sleeve and a tracer ring, when the tracer screen is used, products such as oil, gas, water and the like filtered by the filtering sleeve cannot directly enter the oil casing, and all products need to pass through a tracer ring and enter the oil casing via through holes on the oil casing.

Detailed Description of the Invention In the following, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part but not all of the embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without involving any inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention.
4 Embodiment 1 As shown in Figs. 1-5, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a tracer screen comprising: an oil casing 1, a filter sleeve 2 and a tracer ring 3; a wall of the oil casing 1 is provided with through holes 11; a side wall of the filter sleeve 2 is provided with a filter net hole 21, the filter sleeve 2 is sleeved on an outer surface of the oil casing 1, one end of the filter sleeve 2 is connected with an outer wall of the oil casing 1, and a gap is formed between an inner surface of the filter sleeve 2 and the outer surface of the oil casing 1; an accommodating space 31 is provided in the tracer ring 3, a tracer agent 4 is filled in the accommodating space 31, both ends of the tracer ring 3 are communicated with the accommodating space 31, the tracer ring 3 is sleeved on the oil casing 1, one end of the tracer ring 3 is connected with the other end of the filter sleeve 2 and communicated with the gap, and the other end of the tracer ring 3 is connected with the oil casing 1 and communicated with the through holes 11.
The tracer screen provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same function as the sand control screen in the prior art, namely, the tracer screen may be used as the sand control screen to be placed at a corresponding reservoir in an well to collect oil, gas and water, and in addition, the oil, gas and water produced by the corresponding reservoir pass through the tracer ring 3 completely through the structure improvement, and the tracer agent 4 in the tracer ring 3 is mixed into the produced oil, gas and water, achieving the detection of the output. The specific connection and use of the tracer screen in wells is the same as the sand control screen, and the invention will not be described in detail.
Specifically, the oil casing 1 is a main pipe for collecting and transporting oil, gas and water, with a length set according to use requirements. Further, a through hole 11 communicating inside and outside the oil casing 1 is provided at a position corresponding to the other end of the tracer ring 3, with a size specifically set according to design requirements, preferably a circular through hole 11.
The filter sleeve 2 may adopt a filter sleeve 2 with the same structure as that in the prior art and is used for being sleeved on the surface of the oil casing 1, filtering oil, gas and water produced in a reservoir of an well and then entering the oil pipe sleeve. The filter sleeve 2 may be a single-layer filter net structure or a multi-layer filter net structure.
The tracer ring 3 is a device through which produced oil, gas and water must flow after the tracer screen is provided at the corresponding reservoir position of the well, and may enter the oil casing 1 only after passing through the tracer ring 3. The whole layer ring of the tracer ring 3 is provided with an accommodating space 31 in the middle, and passages for communicated with the accommodating space 31 at both ends, and particles or blocks of the tracer agent 4 filled in the accommodating space 31 need to be larger than the aperture of the passages at the both ends to prevent the tracer agent 4 from flowing out. In addition, since the tracer ring 3 provides one accommodating space 31, the tracer agent 4 filled in the accommodating space 31 may be granular, or when the product flow rate is large, the tracer agent 4 may be filled in the accommodating space 31 in the form of a block or a strip. Thus, the oil, gas and water flowing through the tracer ring 3 may be contacted with the tracer agent 4, and the tracer agent 4 may release chemical substances for detection to the oil, gas and water so as to realize the monitoring and detection of the quantity, the type and the variation of the output;
A tracer screen provided by an embodiment comprises an oil casing 1, a filter sleeve 2 and a tracer ring 3; when the tracer screen is used, products such as oil, gas, water and the like filtered by the filter sleeve 2 cannot directly enter the oil casing 1, and all the products need to pass through the tracer ring 3 and enter the oil casing 1 through the through hole 11 in the oil casing I.
The tracer screen provided by an embodiment of the invention can ensure that all produced oil, gas and water pass through the tracer ring 3 and are in contact with the tracer agent 4 filled in the tracer ring 3, ensures that all produced oil, gas and water carry the tracer agent 4, and can correspondingly arrange the tracer screen with the tracer agent 4 with different components in different reservoirs. Furthermore, the content of oil, gas and water produced by the corresponding reservoir and the change condition of the produced substance can be judged according to the tracer agent 4 in the produced substance.
As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, in a practical implementation, a plurality of first passages 32 communicated with the accommodating space 31 are provided uniformly at one end of the tracer ring 3 at intervals, wherein the first passages 32 gradually become smaller in passage area from one end of the tracer ring 3 toward the interior of the tracer ring 3.
Alternatively, the first passage 32 has a stepped shape and includes a first step passage 321 at one side connecting one end of the tracer ring 3 and a second step passage 322, the section area of the first step passage 321 being larger than the section area of the second step passage 322.
Wherein, the other end of the tracer ring 3 is provided with a second passage 33 having the same structure and distribution as the first passage 32.
Specifically, the tracer ring 3 may be formed by an inner sleeve 34, an outer sleeve 35, a first end ring 36 and a second end ring 37, wherein the inner sleeve 34 is positioned in a barrel of the outer sleeve 35 at a certain interval, the first end ring 36 and the second end ring 37 are respectively, connected with both ends of the inner sleeve 34 and both ends of the outer sleeve 35 to form the accommodating space 31, and the inner sleeve 34 is sleeved on the surface of the oil casing 1. The first end ring 36 is provided with said first passages 32 communicating inside and outside, and the second end ring 37 is provided with said second passage 33 communicating inside and outside. Here, in order to ensure that the tracer agent 4 in the accommodating space 31 does not leak out of the first passages 32 and the second passage 33, both the first passage 32 and the second passage 33 adopt the above-mentioned structure in which the passage area from one end portion of the tracer ring 3 to the interior of the tracer ring 3 becomes smaller, or adopt the above-mentioned stepped passage.
Further, the section of the first passage 32 is circular or rectangular, and the section of the second passage 33 is circular or rectangular.
As shown in Fig. 4, in a practical implementation, the tracer screen provided by an embodiment of the invention further comprises: a first connection ring 5, the inner ring surface of the first connection ring 5 is provided with a plurality of convex ribs 51 at intervals, and the convex ribs 51 are provided along one end to the other end of the first connection ring 5;
wherein the first connection ring 5 is sleeved on the oil casing 1, the convex ribs 51 are supported on the outer wall of the oil casing 1, a plurality of third passages 52 are formed between the first connection ring 5 and the outer wall of the oil casing 1,the outer surface of one end of the first connection ring 5 is connected with the inner surface of the other end of the filter sleeve 2, such that the third passages 52 are communicated with the gap; and the other end of the first connection ring 5 is connected with one end of the tracer ring 3, so that the third passages 52 are communicated with the accommodating space 31.
Specifically, the convex ribs 51 need to be uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the first connection ring 5, so that the first connection ring 5 may not only support the filter sleeve 2 from attaching to the surface of the oil casing 1, but also form a passage with the gap between the filter sleeve 2 and the oil casing 1, so that products such as oil, gas, water and the like may enter the gap after passing through the filter sleeve 2, followed by entering the accommodating space 31 of the tracer ring 3 through the third passage 52, where the tracer agent 4 is mixed, and finally they flow into the oil casing 1 through the through hole 11. Here, the section of the convex rib 51 may be rectangular, semi-circular, etc.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in a practical implementation, the filter sleeve 2 comprises a support ring 22, a support sleeve 23 and a filter net (not shown in the drawings). The support ring 22 is sleeved on the oil casing 1 and connected with the oil casing 1, and the filter net and the support sleeve 23 are sequentially sleeved on the oil casing 1. The inner wall of one end of the supporting sleeve 23 is connected with the outer surface of the supporting ring 22, the inner surface of the other end of the supporting sleeve 23 is connected with the outer surface of one end of the first connection ring 5, and the filter net is accommodated in the space formed by the supporting sleeve 23 and the oil casing 1.
And one end of the filter sleeve 2 is welded or in threaded connection with the outer wall of the oil casing L That is, there may be a welded or threaded connection between the support ring 22 and the oil casing 1.
Specifically, the support ring 22 and the first connection ring 5 together connect the support sleeve 23 and allow a certain gap between the support sleeve 23 and the oil casing 1, through which oil, gas, water, etc. are filtered. The supporting sleeve 23 needs to be a steel mesh with a certain strength, preventing from attaching on the surface of the oil casing 1 directly under the action of pressure, which influences the filtering. The filter net provided between the support sleeve 23 and the oil casing 1 is known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein. The filter net may be fixed between the support sleeve 23 and the support ring 22 or the first connection ring 5, or fixedly connected to the support ring 22, the first connection ring 5.
Further, support ribs may be provided on the inner surface of the filter sleeve 2 and is in contact with the outer surface of the oil casing 1, so that said gap is formed between the inner surface of the filter sleeve 2 and the outer surface of the oil casing 1; wherein the number of the support ribs is plural, the support ribs are provided along the direction from one end of the filter sleeve 2 to the other end of the filter sleeve 2, and the support ribs are uniformly and annularly distributed on the inner surface of the filter sleeve 2 at intervals.
Specifically, the support ribs described above may be provided on the support sleeve 23 or the filter net, and the section of the support ribs may be rectangular. In addition to the above-mentioned arrangement in the direction from one end to the other end of the filter sleeve 2, the support ribs may also be ring-shaped, i.e., the ribs are supported between the filter sleeve 2 and the oil casing 1 in a ring-shaped, and may be plural provided at intervals in the direction from one end to the other end of the filter sleeve 2.
As shown in Fig. 5, in a practical implementation, the tracer screen provided by an embodiment of the invention further comprises: a second connection ring 6, wherein the section of the second connection ring 6 is in a bent shape, for example, the section may be rectangular or arc-shaped.
The second connection ring 6 is sleeved on the oil casing 1, one end of the second connection ring 6 is connected with the other end of the tracer ring 3, the other end of the second connection ring 6 is connected with the oil casing 1, and a fourth passage 61 communicated with the accommodating space 31 is formed between the outer wall of the oil casing 1 and the second connection ring 6; wherein the fourth passage 61 is opposite to and communicated with the through hole 11.
Specifically, the second connection ring 6 is welded or in threaded connection with the outer wall of the oil casing 1, and the connection between the second connection ring 6 and the tracer ring 3 may be welded or threaded connection.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in a practical implementation, the number of the through holes 11 is plural, and a plurality of the through holes 11 are uniformly distributed on periphery of the wall of the oil casing at intervals.
Specifically, the through hole 11 is a passage for products of oil, gas, water and other reservoirs in the well annulus to enter the interior of the oil casing 1, and needs to be communicated with the accommodating space 31 of the tracer ring 3 and only communicated with the accommodating space 31 of the tracer ring 3, rather than providing the through hole 11 at a position corresponding to the filter sleeve 2 in the prior art, thereby ensuring all the oil, gas and water enter the accommodating space 31 of the tracer ring 3 after being filtered by the filter sleeve 2, and finally enters the oil casing 1 through the fourth passage 61 and the through hole 11 after being contacted with the tracer agent 4 in the tracer ring 3.
As shown in Fig. 1, in a practical implementation, one end of the oil casing 1 is provided with an external thread to form a male connector, and the other end of the oil casing 1 is connected with a coupling 7 to form a female connector.
In particular, the tracer screens need to be located at corresponding reservoir locations in the well, and the number of tracer screens may be plural depending on the depth of the well and the reservoir of different depths, i.e. a convenient connection between the tracer screens is required, so that male and female connectors are respectively provided at both ends of the oil casing 1, wherein the coupling 7 is known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A tracer screen comprising:
an oil casing, a wall of the oil casing being provided with through holes;
a filter sleeve, a side wall of the filter sleeve being provided with filter net holes, the filter sleeve being sleeved on an outer surface of the oil casing, one end of the filter sleeve being connected with an outer wall of the oil casing, and a gap being formed between an inner surface of the filter sleeve and the outer surface of the oil casing;
a tracer ring, an accommodating space being provided in the tracer ring, a tracer agent being filled in the accommodating space, both ends of the tracer ring being communicated with the accommodating space, the tracer ring being sleeved on the oil casing, one end of the tracer ring being connected with the other end of the filter sleeve and communicated with the gap, and the other end of the tracer ring being connected with the oil casing and communicated with through holes.
2. The tracer screen of claim 1, wherein, a plurality of first passages communicated with the accommodating space are uniformly provided at one end of the tracer ring at intervals;
wherein, a passage area of the first passage from one end portion of the tracer ring to an interior of the tracer ring is gradually reduced, or the first passage has a stepped shape and comprises a first step passage and a second step passage, the first step passage is positioned on one side connected with one end portion of the tracer ring, and a section area of the first step passage is larger than that of the second step passage;
wherein, the other end of the tracer ring is provided with a second passage having the same structure and distribution mode as the first passage.
3. The tracer screen of claim 2, wherein, the section of the first passage is circular or rectangular, and the section of the second passage is circular or rectangular.
4. The tracer screen of claim 1, further comprising:
a first connection ring, an inner ring surface of the first connection ring being provided with a plurality of convex ribs at intervals, and the convex ribs being provided along one end to the other end of the first connection ring;

wherein, the first connection ring is sleeved on the oil casing, the convex ribs are supported on an outer wall of the oil casing, a plurality of third passages are formed between the first connection ring and the outer wall of the oil casing, an outer surface of one end of the first connection ring is connected with the inner surface of the other end of the filter sleeve, allowing the third passages to be communicated with the gap; and the other end of the first connection ring is connected with one end of the tracer ring, allowing the third passages to be communicated with the accommodating space.
5. The tracer screen of claim 4, wherein, the filter sleeve comprises a supporting ring, a supporting sleeve and a filter net, the supporting ring is sleeved on the oil casing and connected with the oil casing, the filter net and the supporting sleeve are sequentially sleeved on the oil casing, an inner wall of one end of the supporting sleeve is connected with an outer surface of the supporting ring, and an inner surface of the other end of the supporting sleeve is connected with the outer surface of one end of the first connection ring, and the filter net is accommodated in a space formed by the supporting sleeve and the oil casing.
6. The tracer screen of claim 1, further comprising:
a second connection ring, a section of the second connection ring is in a bent shape, the second connection ring is sleeved on the oil casing, one end of the second connection ring is connected with the other end of the tracer ring, the other end of the second connection ring is connected with the oil casing, and a fourth passage communicated with the accommodating space is formed between the outer wall of the oil casing and the second connection ring;

7. The tracer screen of claim 6, wherein, the second connection ring is welded or in threaded connection with the outer wall of the oil casing.
8. The tracer screen of claim 1, wherein, one end of the filter sleeve is welded or in threaded connection the outer wall of the oil casing.
9. The tracer screen of claim 1, wherein, the number of the through holes is plural, and the through holes are uniformly distributed on periphery of the wall of the oil casing at intervals.
10. The tracer screen of claim 1, wherein, one end of the oil casing is provided with an external thread to form a male connector, and the other end of the oil casing is connected with a coupling to form a female connector.
