Description

DESCRIPTION
Drilling Rig and Guide Rail Structure for Power Head Thereof Technical field The invention relates to the technical field of drilling machines, in particular to a drilling machine and a power head guide rail structure of the drilling machine. The present invention is based on a Chinese invention patent application No. CN201710294450. X, filed on April 28, 2017, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Background technology Most guide rails used by the traditional drilling machines are of a quadrilateral structure in cross section, wherein a power head bracket is sleeved on the guide rail through a square hole arranged on the rail, a wear-resistant sheet is arranged between the guide rail and the square hole of the power head bracket, and the power head bracket can slide up and down along the guide rail.
Due to the fact that the square hole of the power head bracket is closed, the power head bracket can only be pushed into the guide rail from two ends of the guide rail through special equipment and tools in assembly.

Requirements on assembly sites and equipment are high, assembly is difficult, efficiency is low, and wear-resistant sheets are difficult to replace in the later period.
The square hole of the power head bracket and four matching surfaces of the guide rail are influenced by the machining precision, and a certain dimension error exists in the gap between the square hole and the guide rail surface. If the friction force of the power head bracket on the guide rail meets the design requirement, the wear-resistant sheet must be matched according to different gaps each time, and therefore the time period is long and the mode is not conducive to batch production.
Due to the fact that the square hole of the power head bracket is closed, when the wear-resistant sheet is worn, the gap cannot be adjusted, which leads to the result that the power head continuously shakes during working, the guiding property and the directionality of the power head of the drilling machine are poor, the drilling effect is finally influenced, and the abrasion of the drill rod and the righting mechanism of the drilling machine is accelerated.

In a further solution, the guide rail is of a hollow structure, the cross is section of the guide rail is of a regular hexagon, and neither a front side surface nor a rear side surface of the guide rail is contacted with a front side wall or a rear side wall of the guide groove.
Optionally, the guide rail is of a hollow structure, the cross section of the guide rail is of a rhombus, and neither a front side edge nor a rear side edge
4 of the guide rail is contacted with a front side wall or a rear side wall of the guide groove.
Furthermore, a reinforcing rib is arranged in the guide rail, and two sides of the reinforcing rib are respectively connected with a left side edge and a right side edge of the guide rail.
In an optional solution, the cross section of the rail is circular, and furthermore the rail is of a solid construction.
